00:00It's helped me a lot. When I've needed them, they've come to the house.
00:04When my husband was living with me then, he also got a lot of help with them as well.
00:10But now he's in care, and I am a bit lonely after two and a half years.
00:16And I'm grateful that they come, and we come out to these outings,
00:20because I meet people like Joyce, and this lady over here,
00:24and it gives me an outing and something to look forward to.
00:27In most weeks, I enjoy coming here because it's something I can do,
00:32and I'm not lonely, and that's important.
00:34Today, we've got our Launchpad group here,
00:37which is our School of Employment Support Program,
00:39and our All Care group, which is the members of our aged care community
00:42who have come together for an afternoon tea,
00:45hoping to build a bit of connection within the community,
00:47and enjoy some stories and friendships over cups of tea and a little bit of food.
00:52So the theme is a nostalgic theme.
00:55We thought, being an All Care client, it would be an opportunity for them to have setback in time.
01:02So we decorated the whole space in 50s theme,
01:05and after lunch, we'll be also having a performance, the last scene of grief.
01:12Through Bungie, I've managed to gain work experience with them.
01:16So what we do is we go out with All Care and take them out for a good day.
01:21It helped me keep in my own home.
01:24I find that they'd come every morning and help me get up and organise me.
01:31I'm with my showering and get my breakfast, take my puppy dog for a walk,
01:36and they come and do the lawn mowing, and they take me shopping once a week,
01:43and if I need to go to the doctors, they will pick me up and take me to the doctors
01:47and things like that.
01:51And I'm with my program.
