A disability horse riding centre in Middlesbrough has avoided shutting down after securing new trustees, fundraising support and sponsorship. The charity says it remains under financial pressure but is determined to continue its work.

00:11and from local fundraising efforts. It has now a new voluntary board of trustees with
00:17events and sponsorship helping keep the centre open. The centre, which supports riders with
00:23disabilities and additional needs, offers riding and grooming experiences. Director and
00:29trustee Kate Wythe says they are still in need of funding but determined to continue. They
00:35say rising food and energy costs are increasing pressure, so they are hiring facilities to
00:40raise funds and keep vital services running for riders.
