00:00Ian, just looking ahead to Sunday, obviously on the back of a difficult result, but how is the mood in the camp?
00:06Yeah, mood's really good. I think we needed that on Saturday because our performance wasn't good enough to win the game
00:12and I think it's really important that we understand that. You definitely need to feel loss to grow as a team, as an individual,
00:20as a sports person, as a footballer, and we definitely felt that it hurt a lot on Saturday, but we've showed the boys why they didn't win the game
00:28and that's really important as well. They need to understand why we didn't win it and I think the boys have reacted to that really well.
00:35They've came back in. We've trained hard for two days now. We've got another session tomorrow, then another session before the game Sunday
00:40and we just need to reiterate the points, the key points in which we want to go through to try and win the game.
00:45So the mood's good. We've got an unbelievable group of boys. We've got some real leaders in there.
00:50We've got a lot of energy from the young boys as well. So listen, we're going to lose games of football this season, that's for sure,
00:55but we just have to make sure that we react in the right way and we understand why we've lost.
01:00I think that's such a powerful thing to understand why you've lost the game of football.
01:03Free yourself your first season as a manager to reach the first round of the FA Cup.
01:07It's a big achievement early on. I know you're not big on achievements, but it is.
01:10No, yeah. I suppose when you sit back and you take stock, I'm really proud of the work that everyone's done, to be honest.
01:19Ultimately, the game belongs to the players and they deserve all the credit and they should get all the credit
01:23because they've been amazing from the day we've walked in, the energy that they come in with every day,
01:28the bravery that they play with, the way they run for each other is really impressive.
01:32So it's a really big day for the football club. I'm proud of everyone at the football club.
01:35And I think, as you say, sometimes you take stock and I'm proud of where we've came so far.
