మొంథా తుపాను ముప్పును అంచనా వేస్తూ, సహాయక చర్యల్ని పర్యవేక్షిస్తూ, క్షేత్రస్థాయిలోని మంత్రులు, ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు, అధికారుల్ని ఎప్పటికప్పుడు అప్రమత్తం చేస్తూ ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు మంగళవారం ఉదయం నుంచి అర్ధరాత్రి 11.30 గంటలు దాటే వరకు సచివాలయంలోని ఆర్టీజీ కేంద్రంలోనే విరామం లేకుండా గడిపారు. మంగళవారం అర్ధరాత్రి వరకు ఆయన సుమారు 15 టెలి, వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్స్‌లు, సమీక్ష సమావేశాలు జరిపారు. తుపాను పరిస్థితులపై పర్యవేక్షించాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో మంత్రి లోకేశ్‌ రాత్రంతా కూడా సచివాలయంలో ఉండిపోయారు.
