00:00This restaurant quality dinner is perfect for fall
00:02and it only really requires two main ingredients.
00:04Start by seasoning bone-in or boneless pork chops
00:07with salt and pepper.
00:08Get a large skillet screaming hot,
00:10add in a little olive oil,
00:11then place your pork chops season side down.
00:13Let them cook undisturbed for several minutes
00:15until they're nice and brown.
00:16Take your pork chops out and add in your apples
00:18and some garlic.
00:19Let those take on a little color
00:21and then we'll add in our honey
00:22and go back in with our pork chops.
00:23Add back any accumulated juices,
00:26then we're gonna reduce the heat and cover it
00:27and let it finish cooking for just about five minutes.
00:29And look at that.
00:30Told you it'd be like restaurant quality.
00:32A little sage to add to the fall effect.
00:35It's the updated pork chops and applesauce.
