00:40From what I'm seeing, I mean, I've seen him make a lot of mistakes that he shouldn't be making, and I think just to go clean it up, the guy looks like he needs a reset a little bit mentally as much as anything for me.

01:14Both were major league players sent back down, or both were very good players.

01:19It's just a sign of the times right now that we get overly sensitive about doing the right thing because you're worried about the social media impact or hurting a guy's feelings.
01:28Sometimes you've got to be a little bit tougher with it.
01:30I thought Alvarez did a great job going back down, said all the right things, came back up, looks like a different cat right now.
01:36But this is a young player, and they're not always, even after a good first year or first one and a half years, whatever, sometimes the reset is necessary.
01:47I mean, when you go down to one year to catch a regular infield routine ground ball, that's a concern to me.
