00:04excited to have you here. I'm so excited about this new season. And I feel like based on this
00:08first episode, it almost seems like we're going to get maybe a softer Tamra this season. Would
00:12you agree with that? I will agree with that, absolutely. Going in from a very bad last season
00:19where it really took a toll on me and made me think like maybe I didn't want to come back.
00:24And then it took Teddy to tell me, listen, if I can push through this, you got to push through
00:29that, get your ass back out there and start working. I'm going through therapy and then
00:35literally a week into filming and Teddy gets diagnosed. So my head wasn't really all there
00:40the entire time. It took me really a while to get myself back together. Right, right. And
00:46you know, this is your 15th season, making you the longest running housewife, right? So if
00:52you could go back in time, what would you tell that first season, Tamra? Nothing. I think
00:58that I do what I do. And that's why I have been here for 15 years. It's because I don't
01:04edit myself. I don't self-produce. I say how I feel. I'm brutally honest. And I live, that's
01:10how I live my life. So I mean, have I made mistakes along the way? Yeah. I mean, there's
01:15some scenes I wish I could take back a lot of them. But you know, I am who I am. Love
01:19me or hate me. That's the best way to be. Yeah. Well, I thought it was really brave of you
01:23to invite cameras into your therapy session in that first episode. I have been crying
01:29since last week's session. Because of what we talked about? These past three, four months,
01:35however long it's been, just talking about stuff that I don't want to talk about. We
01:44opened up a lot. You're kind of coming up on a year, I guess, in a few months-ish. You know,
01:49how would you say that this journey has changed you or changed your outlook or helped you even?
01:54Yeah. You know, going into therapy is very difficult because they want to dig up things
01:58from the past. And you have to go through your childhood. And you go through, you know,
02:02your parents' divorce and, you know, your own divorce and custody battles and all that kind
02:06of stuff. And I grew up where you don't cry unless you get something to cry about, you know,
02:14or we sweep everything under the rug. So I literally was never taught how to process
02:18emotions and things like that. And that's why oftentimes when I can't get my words out,
02:23I will scream and I will yell. And Michaela's just giving me the tools to, like, deal with life,
02:30you know? And it's never too late to learn. I am 57 years old. And I had gone to therapy before,
02:36but not for, like, with kids and things like that, but not necessarily just for me
02:41for a consistent amount of time. I just don't want to ruin my edge for reality TV now.
02:46Well, at the end of last season, you and Shannon kind of seemed to bury the hatchet a little bit.
02:51But when we come back, we see maybe you're not as close as you used to be.
02:54Shannon betrayed me in the worst way. You know, a 10-year friendship.
02:59Simon got cancer and she would not respond to my texts.
03:02When did I talk behind your back?
03:04That I'm a horrible friend, that I have a giant ego.
03:07She texts me evidence of the background check.
03:09Like, I haven't had the chance to talk to Shannon yet, but how can you get close to anybody,
03:15especially like Shannon, that will just turn on you?
03:17Would you like to be? What would you take?
03:20You know, but at this point, I've done everything I could do to get close to her,
03:26and she just doesn't want any part of it, which is really,
03:30it's confusing to me because I was her bestest friend for 10 years.
03:34I was the one that carried that friendship. I was the one that was there for her.
03:39I don't have struggles in regular life. I really don't. I'm very blessed with my life.
03:43I've got a great husband. I have great children. I have a thriving business. I have a great podcast.
03:48So I'm very busy in life, and I would always take the time to help her or talk to her or talk her off a cliff or whatever it is.
03:57And, you know, there are some things that happened before last season started where I caught her saying some really horrible things about me.
04:03And when confronted, I said, I can't do this with you anymore.
04:07This is the second time I've heard you said horrible things.
04:09I've warned you if you do it again, which she denied it.
04:12And to this day, she denies it. And I know 100% it's true.
04:16So when we went into the season, I'm like, I'm just not putting up with her nonsense anymore.
04:19I did try very hard to move forward, but she's not that type.
04:24She's not that girl that can move on.
04:26She wants to hold a grudge. She wants everybody around her to hate me.
04:31You know, it's just, it's very childish.
04:33Right. You know, speaking of grudges, Jen, I want to talk about everything going on there.
04:38But first, I need to know, what did you think about her wedding bikini idea?
04:43No way.

05:14to stop.
05:15She's almost 50.

05:16It's one thing to post a bikini picture once in a while, but now you're bikini shopping
05:21for your wedding?
05:23Like, okay.
05:24But I thought it was really cute that they thought that I even want to go to their wedding.
05:27I know.
05:27I'm like, she's not going.
05:28I don't want Tamara at our wedding.
05:30Not even, like, in a spiteful, vindictive way.
05:32I just have no interest.
05:34Like, why would I want to go?
05:35And then another thing I thought was really cute, she's like, how was I friends with her
05:39for so many years?
05:40I'm like, girl, I didn't meet you until you became a member at my gym.
05:44And I knew you, like, two years, loosely, and we would, I invited her to group things
05:50that we did, and, I mean, we weren't best friends by any means.
05:53And then there was a time after she left her husband and was with Ryan, I didn't talk to
05:58her hardly at all until she called me or texted me one day and said, hey, you know, producers
06:04reached out to me to try out for the show.
06:05I'm like, oh, great.
06:06Any help you need, just let me know.
06:07I'm here to help, you know, because I knew it was like her lifelong dream to be on the show.
06:11There's a lot of stuff coming up about Katie this season.
06:15She's apparently talking to bloggers about you, about Emily.
06:18What was your reaction when you found that out?
06:20We have a sit down.
06:22I think it kind of got made as a flashback.
06:25You reached out to her to consult her.

07:05I think she truly got caught up in thinking that bloggers are her friend.
07:10And there is a lot of amazing content creators out there that are just here for the good of
07:15the show and just to talk about it.
07:17But there's some, like this person that she was talking to, that are not.
07:22They want to get involved.
07:24They want to cause conflict.
07:25So maybe they're going to get shown on the show.
07:27And those aren't the people that you want to talk to.
07:29And of course, you know, a lot of girls do.

07:49She dips herself in formaldehyde.

07:53And I got a call right away.

07:56For 12 years, you've been going after me.

08:02I have to know, where did that stem from?
08:04And is there anything you want to clear up before that whole storyline comes out?
08:08First of all, I didn't have an affair.
08:10And that's quite comical.
08:11And she's talking about something 15 years ago.
08:15So I had just left Simon, was shortly after that dating Eddie.
08:21So if I wanted to sleep with this person, guess what?
08:24I could have.
08:25You know what I mean?
08:26Like, it's so silly.

08:28It just goes to show, like, she can't move forward.
08:32She's still talking about things that weren't even filmed in HD.
08:36So, I mean, you know, she likes that blur.
08:38So the flashbacks, she'll get that blur that she loves.
08:40I'm not interested in that, you know, I move forward and I get over things pretty quickly.
08:47She acts like I destroyed her life and all these things.
08:51But really what all she's doing, it's very stupid.
08:54She's bringing it back up and resurfacing it.
08:57You know, me personally, I would have done things differently if I was her.
09:00I would have not gone there.
09:01I would have moved forward, showed how a strong person, how, you know, what I'm doing in life.
09:05But the problem is she's not doing anything different in life than she was 15 years ago.

10:44And you know what, I almost feel like social media has made it so much bigger.
10:47Because, like, people have a villain, and then they're like, get them off the show.

10:52You need somebody stirring the pot.
