00:10It's part of the high street. This is newly opened restaurant where we're sitting now called Salt and Pepper.
00:17First Pakistani restaurant open in Hampshire. There is no other proper Pakistani restaurant in Hampshire before.
00:24So this is our first Pakistani food served in Port Mouth.
00:31Our food is pure desi food which was missing in Port Mouth and there was nothing available.
00:40No proper desi food available in Port Mouth. That's why we choose Port Mouth and it is also the center of Hampshire.
00:47A lot of surrounding towns. Southampton, Winchester, Reading, Beddingstoke, Eastleigh.
00:56That's one of the reasons. The town is very popular and lots of Pakistani families coming in last year and so in Port Mouth.
01:04We opened on Wednesday.
01:05What was the response like when you opened those doors?
01:07The response was massive response. Lord Mayor of Port Mouth and Lady Mayor of Port Mouth and the former Lord Mayor of Port Mouth and fellow councillors.
01:18They all inaugurated the place and on the first day it was extremely busy.
01:23We had a very welcoming response from the people and since morning this is our second day and since morning the response is overwhelming.
01:32And we are looking forward for this rush and we are still enjoying this desi vibe now which is already created in Port Mouth.
01:42The offer is for English breakfast. We are doing the full English breakfast this weekend and the next weekend for only £1.
01:50So people can come and book a table with us because it is extremely busy.
01:53And we have put this offer for everybody, for English, for local people, for the communities as well.
02:02All the breakfast which we are serving today is especially weekend, Friday, Saturday and Sunday is £1.
02:08They can try our English breakfast as well and which is the offer available this weekend and the next weekend.
