00:06I just, yeah, I had seen it for the first time 20 years ago with visiting with my wife and her family in Sweden.
00:17Otherwise, I never would have known about it.
00:18It just, I was really smitten with everything from the music to the staging to, you know, the pageantry and the silliness to the beauty.
00:33Everything that kind of mixes together and it's unlike anything we have here in the U.S.
00:40And I just remember thinking, oh, this could possibly make for a really good movie.
00:45So I just was always thinking about it.
00:49In the movie, you're talking with some magical elf and it's amazing because in your career you were actually one of them, not the same type.
00:57You actually got that. You're the first one to get that.

01:03Do you believe we need magic in our life and can music or maybe movies can be magical?
01:13Yeah, I mean, I think cinema and music kind of share the same space in the way they touch us emotionally.
01:22And I know for everyone there's either a certain song or a certain movie or a certain moment in a movie where, for whatever reasons,
01:34it touches us and it touches us and transports us to a place that is kind of a beautiful thing and allows us to escape for just that moment in time
01:47and refuel us and refuel us and give us energy to kind of continue with our lives and be better people.
