00:15I think that to be fully inhuman, you have to understand that humanity is a real thing. I think that when you are weird and on the outskirts, like a lot of these mutants who are members of X-Men are, you understand humanity on a totally different, more intense level because you've been put out by it because of your difference.
00:40And I think that that type of understanding, when you're on the other end of it, when you're the one who's being shunned, you really understand and have compassion for all people, especially the ones who are different.
00:53In the movie, your characters discover what it means to become an adult, to manage the emotion and to grow up, basically. So how hard is all of this? To grow up, to...
01:08Being an adult is... Yeah, being an adult. Yeah. Yeah. I just want to be a kid for me. Yeah, that'd be amazing. Yeah. I think that our characters are dealing with more than just adult stuff, though, you know?
01:21Like, I don't think we all pay rent at the X-Mansion. Mm-hmm. I don't think so. You know? No. No, but you have a responsibility.
01:28Who pay the rent? Yes. Who pay... Ah, good question. Thank you. Do we have benefits? Do we have health insurance?
01:34Like, how adult are these mutants? Yeah. Who's doing our dental? I have no idea. I mean, we obviously don't have mental, because otherwise, Sophie would have been in therapy a long time ago.
01:47She wouldn't have gotten dark. She would have been Light Phoenix, right? He's maybe the President of the United States. I don't know.
01:54Yeah, he's paying, definitely. He's paying for the bill. Is there any superhero you would like to date? You know, if you had the chance?
02:01I would like to date. Yeah.
02:05I see something, you know? No, I'm, like, looking off into the distance, thinking about which.
02:11Mystique? Do a lot of role-like. Just for choice. Yeah, buddy. I like that. Do that. Yeah, I would totally date Mystique.
02:20Well, I mean, she's... She could be anyone. She could be anyone. I do like that. God, that was smart. I don't know, maybe.
02:27I couldn't cheat on Jean Cray. I mean, there is a little love. Yeah. Oh, no, it's on Jean.
02:31Oh, yeah.
02:32They're loyal. Yeah, yeah. Quicksilver and Storm had a relationship at one point in the comics, so...
02:39It's true. Oh, did you read the comics?
02:42Yes. Oh, yes, yes, yes. I had to read the comics to play this role.
02:47Oh, too many. Okay. To play this role, not before?
02:50Yeah, I read comics about X-Men before, but not in the same regard. Now I'm, like, studying them.
02:56Interesting. Did you have fun during the shoot? I don't know, during the set?
03:01Oh, yeah. Absolutely. Yeah?
03:03It's not too much fun.
03:04Too much fun.
03:05No, just the right amount, actually. We made this film and the last film in Montreal.
03:11Mm-hmm. And, uh, it's an amazing city. We've got an amazing group of cast members and crew.
03:17And, uh, yeah, everybody's, like, one big family. We all have a ton of fun, but everybody's very professional,
03:22and, uh, it's a great balance.
03:23Any funny, funny memories?
03:26You know what? You know what? Everybody's, like, uh, you know, pretty serious actors, but, uh, they're all, like, the biggest jokesters.
03:33Goofballs. Yeah. Especially McAvoy. McAvoy. Nick is, Nick Holt is really funny.
