01:52I definitely had that growing up

01:54And so that's definitely something that limits her

01:56And that's something that's definitely a product of her environment

01:58And I think that her strength comes as the series progresses

02:01And Ariana's character kind of shows her a way

02:04To gain independence

02:07And maybe give her a sort of like a

02:09You have to value yourself and your own opinion about yourself more

02:13Than a man

02:14And I think that that's like, you know

02:17Very relatable for a very unrelatable world

02:20Her character is incredible

02:24She's managed to understand what is happening

02:29And for love

02:30She managed to set her loved one free

02:35What are they, her strength and her weakness?

02:42Oh, well, her strengths are that she

02:45Her love for her husband is absolutely unconditional

02:48And that she's completely devoted to him

02:50And she thinks that he's the most wonderful man in the world

02:54You know, he's the only man that ever paid attention to her

02:57And ever made her feel special

02:59So, you know, her strength is like her unshakable devotion to him

03:05And her weakness is, is that she's a little oblivious

03:09You know, that sometimes things go by her

03:12And they just go right over her head

03:14And she just, you know, it doesn't

03:16And she doesn't register them

03:17She's not always the most perceptive person

03:21But, you know, she's got a big heart, obviously

03:25And she's, and she's very loving

03:27So I think of her, you know, as a very strong person

03:35Nice to meet you, Chiara

03:37And thank you for this wonderful, wonderful woman

03:40Who is Melissa

03:41I love her for the first, for the minute one

03:44I decided to love Melissa

03:46She's wonderful

03:49She, she's a doctor

03:50She's independent

03:51She's lovely

03:53She's caring

03:54But she always tries to fix things for the others

04:00So, what are her strengths and her weaknesses?

04:07Well, I think you, you said it perfectly

04:10She is, she is absolutely independent and smart

04:14And, you know, she can, she can sort of do everything

04:19And, and she is funny

04:21But, yeah, but she is a little controlling

04:24And it's, I like that she gets to go on this journey

04:28Where she gets to change

04:30Because we don't get to see the female characters

04:32Do that as often

04:33Yeah, and you say that perfectly

04:35She learns, learns to let go

04:38As, as the Mildred character should, should have learned

04:42And, well, how hard it is to let go in real life?

04:48I think, you know, it was, I think we all just went through a lot of having to let go

04:54And we didn't really have a choice in that

04:56And sort of, if you, if you rage against it

04:59You'll be less successful than, than the day you, you have to accept it

05:04And I think it's one of those things where it's very hard

05:08But it's much easier if there's a, you get a, you get something good on the other side

05:13You know, and she gets to have this, she gets to have Josh

05:17She gets to have this person she loves

05:19In the end, what do you think?

05:23Are they out of Shmigadun?

05:25You know, I go back and forth

05:27I, I like to, I love that it's open-ended

05:30And there, because life is too, you know

05:32And so I think it's, the right answer is whatever somebody thinks while watching it

05:37And what was the thing that convinced you to accept the role of Melissa?

05:45I mean, I'm not even sure what the exact thing was

05:48I was pretty much on board as soon as I was allowed to be

05:52Just meeting Cinco, we, our meeting, talking about Shmigadun

05:56Was really just us talking about musicals

05:59And he was so wonderful

06:00And the minute I read the script

06:02It was, I was so, I thought I was in love

06:05I thought it was so funny

06:06And also special and had a heart

06:09And I, I love comedy with a heart

06:11I thank you so much for, for this wonderful show
