00:00Tropical Storm Melissa dumped heavy rain on parts of Haiti and the Dominican Republic
00:06as forecasters warned of a significant risk of flooding in parts of the Northern Caribbean this week.
00:12Dominican authorities announced that schools in nine provinces under alert would close on Wednesday and Thursday.
