00:00The game of the day, just from the back-and-forth scoring,
00:05took place at 330 in Athens.
00:07You and I both like Georgia in the matchup,
00:09but if I would have told you that both teams would combine
00:12for 78 total points, I don't think you would have believed it,
00:15but Georgia pulls out an eight-point victory.
00:18They get the winning cover against Trinidad, Chambliss, and Ole Miss.
00:22Another dominant offensive effort by Gunnar Stockton
00:26in that Bulldogs offense.
00:27What a game that was.
00:29That was probably the most enjoyable game I've seen for a while.
00:32And, again, it was funny.
00:34I mean, Trinidad Chambliss played like a pro for about 58 minutes
00:41or about 57 minutes.
00:42Then he had two three-and-outs when you had to have it.
00:46Kirby Smart showed why he's winning championships there.
00:49Great halftime adjustments, great play calling at the end of the game.
00:54Team was powerful in the running game.
00:56By the fourth quarter, they were physically whipping Ole Miss.
01:01And they couldn't stop Ole Miss for three quarters,
01:04but they stopped them dead solid for the fourth quarter,
01:06whereas Georgia kept piling on and piling on and physically whipping them.
01:10And then Georgia won it the way Georgia wins football games.
01:14Kirby Smart, I think, still the best coach in the country
01:16because he goes out there and understands what it means to make adjustments,
01:20play great for four quarters,
01:22and wear people down with a strong, physical football team.
01:26I agree.
01:26And they rushed for 221 yards on the ground.
01:29We talked about how dominant the Georgia rushing attack has been this year.
01:33They're averaging 190 rushing yards per game.
01:36The weakness of Ole Miss entering that ball game last Saturday was the front seven.
01:41They were allowing 156 rushing yards to opposing offenses.
01:45Another dominant effort.
01:47And credit Kirby Smart.
01:48This Georgia front seven, even though they gave up four rushing touchdowns,
01:52held Ole Miss to only 88 rushing yards on the ground
01:55and only 3 1⁄2 yards per carry coach.
01:59Yeah, really a great job of Georgia controlling the front against Ole Miss.
02:05And, again, I want to take my hat off to that young quarterback,
02:08Chambliss, at Ole Miss, the way he played.
02:11But the pressure got to him at the end.
02:13And I want to add this.
02:15Georgia's tight end caught three touchdown passes.
02:17When they throw their tight end and run the football and play defense,
02:21they're hard to beat.
02:22They've got a tight end in their offense again, too.
02:25They got two tight ends, Oscar Dill and Lucky Lawson.
02:28I tell you, in red zone opportunities, they go 6-5, 6-6, respectively.
02:34They could create mismatch problems.
02:36I will say this.
02:37We think about Georgia defensively, and rightfully so.
02:40But I've seen two games now where that offense has turned it on, Tennessee,
02:44and now against Ole Miss.
02:47I tell you what, from an offensive perspective, one of the best offenses in the nation
02:51when you can run it and throw it the way they can.
02:54That's right.
02:55And you have to be able to do that.
02:56I don't care how good you play.
02:58There are going to be games that you have to outscore people.
03:01And there's a lot of ways to win football.
03:03But being good only one side of the ball is not one of the ways to win championships.
03:09I think that's what – I think Georgia against Tennessee and against Ole Miss,
03:12they've showed what they can do when they have to and score points.
