00:00This 24-year-old just broke the internet with her life update post.
00:04Except it didn't read like one and left internet users wondering if there's anything she can't do.
00:09Srishti Moreh, advocate karate champion, horse rider and NCC cadet who met the Prime Minister.
00:14She told us she grew up in Pune, raised by her mother and grandparents after her parents
00:18separated soon after her birth. When a mother worked full-time, her grandparents filled the
00:23home with discipline and warmth and somewhere between it all, Srishti said she found her
00:27balance through sport. She started karate in grade 4. What began as an after-school class
00:32turned into a lifelong commitment. She went on to represent India and win medals at national
00:37tournaments. After her 12th, she and a few teammates started their own karate academy in Pune,
00:42which now trains over a thousand students. But deep down, she always wanted to join the
00:47army, which is why she joined the NCC. After years of training, she cleared the serious interview
00:51from the Selection Centre East but got merit out. Srishti said that setback taught her patience
00:57and trust in timing, lessons she now carries everywhere, from the courtroom to the dojo.
01:01Her love for horses began at a Republic day camp, watching show jumping for the first time.
01:06That same camp gave her another memory, the day she met Prime Minister Narendra Modi after
01:11being named Best Cadet, SW Navy, from the Maharashtra Directorate and second overall in India.
01:16So when asked if there's anything she couldn't do, her answer was one word, cooking.
01:21Law.
