00:00My journey started in 2005 when Nirmandesh Pandeyji came to Kashmir and I had a response to the earthquake.
00:12The journey started from there. We started training in Kashmir.
00:19After that, we started training with the Red Cross, the Civil Difference and the other organizations.
00:27We started training with the mission of how we can train the maximum.
00:32With this passion, we have been working on this journey and we have served in this sector.
00:41We were only doing some recognitions, but it was so neat.
00:44But our only job was to train more.
00:47With this passion, we didn't know that we were trained so many people.
00:53The Red Cross, thanks to the Red Cross, who have worked with the Secretaries,
00:59the Civil Difference, thanks to all the DSP and DIB who have supported us.
01:05They gave us the opportunity for training.
01:09With the rest of the organization, there was also Kashmir University,
01:13the other universities, the IRPA,
01:14and the other universities.
01:15There was a lot of people who didn't have different Lakharti students,
01:18from the community levels, officers levels, police levels,
01:21all of them were trained.
01:23But I still need that we have to do a lot of work.
01:27We have to do a lot of volunteers in Kashmir who want to work in Kashmir.
01:39Now there is a disaster.
01:41First aid is the first and search and rescue.
01:43Search and rescue is the first job.
01:45In the flood, the first thing is search and rescue,
01:48then the first aid has injuries or disease.
01:51The third thing is that we have to train in the early morning system,
01:59we have to train in the early morning system,
02:01we have to train in the camp management system,
02:03we have to train in the relief distribution.
02:05These are the things that we need to train in every society.
02:08If there is a disaster,
02:09then our community should be ready to be solved.
02:12For example, there is an accident.
02:22He is already injured.
02:23But unfortunately, people who don't know how to lift it.
02:27Therefore, there are secondary injuries.
02:30So that's why we train in the first aid,
02:32that we have to lift the situation,
02:34so that the hospital conditions will stabilize.
02:38Second, our cardiac arrest has increased.
02:41It's the same.
02:42So, it's the same.
02:43And so, every patient is being held.
02:44So, at least, the CPR needs to get to the hospital,
02:46and then, that he doesn't have to be dead.
02:47And the patients will also be able to get back.
02:50So, that's what we are teaching the people,
02:52that at least,
02:53to be trained in the best way,
02:55to be trained in the best way.
02:56So, that's what we teach people,
02:57that at least,
02:58to be trained in the best way those people.
02:59This week, I have trained on the next day,
03:00but I don't count,
03:02but roughly I say more than 15,000 people around.
03:05I am in India,
03:06then there are 20 people,
03:08who give me training in 20 years.
03:10In my week there is one training and I feel blessed because it is my passion and I think I will continue to train this mission
03:20and how many people will be able to train this mission and how many people will be able to train this mission
03:25I had to do this in Sudhi Arab with Master Trainer Red Cross
03:29where I was in the first training hospital workshop
03:32I was in Nepal and I was in the first responders to respond to the casualties
03:41and I have responded to the police department
03:43There is a lot of good force, it is not that it is not
03:46but it is important that the government is doing a good job
03:51disaster management authorities are doing a good job
03:56but I think we have to work on the ground field
04:01we have to work on some remote areas
04:03so our team needs to be trained to identify such particular areas
04:07Look, first aid is very important, roadside action is very important
04:10My mission is that if there are national highways
04:13there are 4-5 volunteers that need to be trained
04:17so that those who are the first responders
04:20can respond to anyone
04:22I am a Master Trainer in Sexual Reproductive Health in Disasters

04:28that women's health when there are disasters

04:34how do they keep their attention?
04:36We call them the MIST
04:37Minimal Incentive Service Package on Reproductive Health in Disasters
04:41In that we have doctors and paramedicals
04:42we have trained to do that
04:43that if a pregnant woman is in camps
04:46and a long camp is in camps
04:47how do they take care?
04:49If they have to deliver
04:50how do they do it?
04:51How do they get to work?

05:01and doctors and paramedicals
05:04to do that

05:07if there are women's health in disasters

05:11Get trained
05:12and upgrade our community
05:13and knowledge
05:14get trained
05:15and train in disaster management
05:17so that if there is a disaster
05:19then we don't have to wait in the other team
05:21our community is well prepared
05:23so we can save our own lives
05:25to do.
