00:00Tonight on Healthy, Wealthy and Wise.
00:03Hello!
00:04A makeover for a former dancer who's lost her mojo.
00:07I have lost my confidence.
00:10Are you ready to go shopping?
00:11So ready.
00:12Let's go.
00:13I'm so smiling.
00:14Yay!
00:15You won't believe the results.
00:17Oh!
00:18No, I was joking.
00:19A moment superstar chef Gary Meagan will never forget.
00:23Oh, my God.
00:24What?
00:25I just saw something stick its nose out of the air.
00:28And a delicious recipe that will also warm your heart.
00:32Last year, we served 220,000 people.
00:35That is insane!
00:45Let me go back, back to this moment.
00:53Hello and welcome to Healthy, Wealthy and Wise.
00:56Whether you're back for another helping
00:58or just tuning in for the first time,
01:00you're definitely in the right place, welcome.
01:02This is a show where we try and make your life
01:05just a little smarter, a little easier,
01:07and hopefully a little bit more fun as well.
01:10No preaching, no pressure.
01:12I am Chrissie Swan and joining me as always
01:15is our resident researcher slash info whisperer, Ash Wicks.
01:19Hey girl.
01:20Hey girl.
01:22Now I have been hired to mainly research and support,
01:25but this is all the money for the swear jar from last episode.
01:29So I need to try and keep you in check.
01:31Me?
01:32You.
01:33Swearing?
01:34Take that back.
01:37The disrespect.
01:39Okay.
01:40I appreciate you attempting the impossible, my darling.
01:42My pleasure, Chrissie.
01:44Now this one is close to my heart.
01:46Our resident style guru, Chika,
01:48is lending a hand to a woman who's been
01:50through some massive changes.
01:52Her body has changed, her buzzies have changed,
01:55and she is ready to feel at home in her own skin again.
01:58How good.
01:59Her friends knew she deserved this,
02:01so they nominated her for a full wardrobe revamp.
02:05Her friends, how gorgeous.
02:06Today is not just about clothes, it's about confidence.
02:10Let's take a look.
02:11Hello, Chika, how are you, Kira?
02:27Thank you for having me.
02:29Thank you for coming.
02:30I'm very excited to come and play with you in your wardrobe.
02:32Woo-hoo!
02:35Before my accident, I was a very confident person.
02:39I was a professional dancer.
02:41We were training in LA.
02:43I did a flip, dropped, and got a really bad injury.
02:47I couldn't dance anymore.
02:49I lost everything I knew.
02:51I'd always been a dancer.
02:53So, when that was taken away, I kind of lost my identity a little bit.
02:58Six months in bed after that, weight on chronic back pain was awful,
03:05and I went through a lot.
03:07Since then, I have lost my confidence.
03:12Ooh, what a beautiful bedroom.
03:16Boom.
03:17And the wardrobe.
03:18Doo-doo-doo-doo-doo-doo-doo-doo.
03:21Now, tell me, why are we doing this?
03:23Um, okay, so firstly, not much of my stuff fits me anymore.
03:28Okay.
03:29Right.
03:30I've lost 18 kilos and also had a breast reduction.
03:34Oh, my God, you must feel like a new woman.
03:35I do.
03:36We've got to recreate something new just for this beautiful new body you've got.
03:40Yes, absolutely.
03:41Okay.
03:42My back issues all stemmed from very, very large breasts.
03:46I've had them since I was a teenager.
03:50It started becoming a problem once my back was injured.
03:53Are you happy with the new girls to show off?
03:55Oh, yes.
03:56Do you want to wear cleavage?
03:57I love that.
03:58Yep.
03:59Okay, good.
04:00So we can go some lower tops?
04:01Absolutely.
04:02Perfect.
04:03Because they're going overseas.
04:04Yeah, now tell me about that.
04:05Yes.
04:06The whole family are going.
04:07We've just sold our business.
04:08Congratulations.
04:09It was family holiday and I don't even remember how long.
04:13So we kind of need a bit of a capsule that you can take all the bits and pieces that you
04:17need so that when you're traveling, it's absolutely foolproof and you can just use the pieces
04:21time and time again.
04:22When you're going out, what kind of things do you gravitate towards?
04:25I love dresses.
04:26Yes.
04:27I used to cover as much as possible.
04:29Yep.
04:30Never anything sort of...
04:31Fitted.
04:32Yeah.
04:33Or with a belt.
04:34So it's all very...
04:35Loose.
04:36I can see.
04:37I'm really wanting the makeover so that I can show my children that it's good to love
04:41yourself and not try and cover up as I did for so many years.
04:46And then pants.
04:47Um...
04:48Just jeans.
04:49Yes.
04:50Just jeans.
04:51And trackies.
04:52I'm starting to get used to wearing pants.
04:54It always used to be just dresses.
04:56Okay.
04:57I'd like to sort of mix things up a little bit.
04:59Sure.
05:00Yep.
05:01And then as far as shoes goes, sandals, sneakers?
05:03Yes.
05:04And I do love wearing heels.
05:05Yeah.
05:06I do.
05:07Okay, good.
05:08I do.
05:09Because what we want is for you to feel really confident and just love your new look and
05:12feel so that when you walk out that door everyone goes, who is that gorgeous woman?
05:15Yes.
05:16Wonderful.
05:17We've got some fun ahead of us.
05:18Yes.
05:19It's going to be really exciting.
05:20Yes.
05:21It's going to be really exciting.
05:22Are you ready to go shopping?
05:23So ready.
05:24Let's go.
05:25Time to stop smiling.
05:26Yay!
05:27This is the beautiful Donna.
05:28Hi Donna.
05:29Nice to meet you.
05:30Hi Kira.
05:31Lovely to meet you.
05:32She owns Blue Illusion.
05:33Kira's travelling.
05:34She needs a travel capsule.
05:35We should talk about all the things that you might need.
05:37Well, you haven't really got anything, have you?
05:38So we need to start from scratch.
05:39I don't have anything.
05:40Okay.
05:41So I think we should try everything.
05:42I think so too.
05:43Just have fun.
05:44We'll pull out things, play and see what they look like and you either like them or you
05:47won't like them.
05:48I'm really loving these for you.
05:49I think this is such a great colour as a base and then tying it back into the shirt like
05:55this.
05:56I do love the design.
05:57Isn't it gorgeous?
05:58Yeah, that's so pretty.
05:59A little bag like this then to tie it all in together.
06:03Oh wow.
06:04I've never worn this colour before.
06:07Haven't you?
06:08No.
06:09It's so you.
06:10I love the earrings too.
06:13Something maybe a bit fitted because she's got this whole body.
06:16That's exactly right.
06:17Oh.
06:18And I just thought some denim would be fantastic.
06:20Look at you with the waist.
06:21I know.
06:22I never would have worn something so tight fitting before.
06:25I'm loving this bag too for just a pop of colour.
06:28And I think for travel, a scarf can either be tied on or you can tie it around your neck.
06:33You're a new woman.
06:34Yeah.
06:35How good does she look at everything?
06:36Amazing.
06:37I know.
06:38She is like a little doll.
06:39Yeah.
06:40And we can just dress her in everything.
06:41It's so exciting.
06:50Oh, that material's gorgeous.
06:51And isn't the colours gorgeous?
06:52Yeah.
06:53You can play around a lot with that.
06:54Use this more of a layering piece as opposed to it just being a cardigan.
06:57And then pop a denim jacket over your shoulders.
07:01And that just changes it up again too.
07:02Mmm.
07:03Doesn't she look beautiful in those pinks and reds?
07:05She just glows.
07:06Stunning.
07:07You look beautiful.
07:08I'm just gonna cry.
07:11You know what?
07:12It's so exciting.
07:13You look amazing.
07:14Aren't they happy tears?
07:15They are so happy.
07:16Oh.
07:17Beautiful girl.
07:19It's weird to actually focus on myself.
07:22Need to do it more.
07:23I haven't had my hair straightened for, oh, probably 20 years.
07:28Oh my gosh.
07:29Exciting.
07:30I've known Kira for 30 years now.
07:32Oh wow.
07:33Yeah.
07:34I love her to death.
07:35I was her old dance teacher.
07:36Before she had her accident.
07:37And it stopped her from dancing.
07:38She sort of lost her confidence and didn't wanna be putting herself forward anymore.
07:42That's right.
07:43She's been challenged a lot over the years.
07:45Yeah.
07:46So I feel like she's gonna be center stage now.
07:47Right where she should be.
07:48I'm looking forward to it.
07:49I know.
07:50I can't wait for you to see her.
07:51This is all about getting out of your comfort zone.
07:55I'd really like to love myself a little bit more and have this confidence for my children so that they're happy, confident people.
08:03She's such a little sparkle.
08:04Yeah.
08:05I just adore her.
08:07Such an amazing experience.
08:09I'm so lucky.
08:10Are you nearly ready Kira?
08:11Yes.
08:12Time for your grand entrance.
08:14We're excited.
08:15Oh my god.
08:16Look at this.
08:17Oh my god.
08:18You look magnificent.
08:19Oh my god.
08:20You look magnificent.
08:21Oh that's gorgeous.
08:2312.
08:24Little 12.
08:25You just look so gorgeous.
08:28Yeah.
08:29Look at you.
08:30Your hair.
08:31Your family gonna die when they see you.
08:33Oh I know.
08:34I love it.
08:35And the colours.
08:36You just look amazing.
08:37A million dollars.
08:38Oh thank you.
08:39What a great travelling outfit.
08:40Oh my god.
08:41It's gorgeous.
08:42It's so beautiful.
08:43Look at that smiley face.
08:44I feel so confident in this.
08:46Do you?
08:47Yeah I really do.
08:48I really love it.
08:49I feel like I can walk down the catwalk.
08:50And you can.
08:51Well done.
08:52So nice.
08:53Yay.
08:54What a joyful morning it's been.
09:01Oh it's so pretty.
09:04Shabbos.
09:05Yay.
09:06Cheers.
09:07Yay.
09:08Thank you so much.
09:09Such an absolute pleasure.
09:10It was so lovely to have met you.
09:12Enjoy your trip.
09:13Enjoy everything you've got ahead of you.
09:14I'm so prepared now.
09:15You are.
09:16Bye bye.
09:17Bye.
09:18Coming up.
09:19I'm so prepared.
09:20I'm so prepared.
09:21I'm so prepared.
09:22I'm so prepared.
09:23I'm so prepared.
09:24I'm so prepared.
09:25I'm so prepared.
09:26I'm so prepared.
09:27I'm so prepared.
09:28I'm so prepared.
09:29I'm so prepared.
09:30I'm so prepared.
09:31I'm so prepared.
09:36Welcome back to Healthy, Wealthy and Wise and welcome to our new kitchen playground.
09:40Back-of-the-fridge.
09:42Fine dining.
09:43This is where we put those sad, neglected bits and bobs
09:47from your fridge and pantry.
09:50Rather than tossing all that stuff,
09:51we're turning them into something you'll actually want to eat
09:54and helping us prove that tonight
09:56is one of Australia's most beloved chefs.
09:59Couldn't get him, but we've got his guy.
10:01I was going to say, thanks for the nice intro.
10:02You swear you got the right guy?
10:04Can't wait to see what magic you can weave here.
10:06No better time to talk about how to use up leftovers
10:08because food waste is out of control.
10:11I know myself and I struggle as a chef
10:13trying to use stuff.
10:14Yes.
10:14So this is a great leftover dish.
10:16Think bubble and squeak.
10:17This is a Japanese version.
10:18It's called okonomiyaki.
10:20As you like it, which is the okonomiyaki,
10:21and yaki, which means grilled.
10:23These were leftover leeks.
10:24I made risotto during the week.
10:26Everybody's got a couple of slices of bacon
10:28that you do the sniff test, should be fine.
10:30And then what are you going to do with a handful of spinach?
10:32Well, we'll cook this down and it'll fit on a teaspoon.
10:34Great.
10:35So the heart of okonomiyaki is batter,
10:38self-raising flour, eggs.
10:40You can use water, or if you want,
10:42you can buy dashi powder.
10:44It's like a stock powder.
10:45It's got plenty of umami.
10:46Little fish here.
10:47Oh, God!
10:49It smells like you've got it out of a fish tank.
10:51You've gone like that.
10:52It does.
10:53But you know when you go for Japanese food
10:54and you go,
10:55what's that little note in the background?
10:56That's that.
10:57Right.
10:58Do me a favour.
10:59Little grater.
11:00Zucchini.
11:01I'm just keeping it busy.
11:02What do they say about idle hands, Gary?
11:04I don't know.
11:05The devil's work.
11:06Put them in your pockets.
11:07I'm going to put enough liquid to make a smooth batter.
11:11Pass me that little bottle with the cabbage and things in.
11:14Just put anything in it.
11:16Zucchini.
11:17I've got some spring onion.
11:19Bacon.
11:20Oh!
11:21No, I was joking.
11:25We've got our batter.
11:26Do you know what this part of the grater is for?
11:29Your feet?
11:31You go like that.
11:32Oh, it's not working.
11:33I mean, look, look, look at that.
11:37Show me.
11:38That is a ridiculous waste of paper.
11:41You know you can do this, grate it like that.
11:43You just tap it.
11:44I'm going to put that in there
11:45and it might cut the fish tank water.
11:47This is pickled ginger.
11:49You can put more or less batter,
11:52depending on how vegetable heavy
11:53or how kind of pancake heavy.
11:54If there's an option for more,
11:56then why wouldn't you?
11:58Indeed.
11:59Yes.
12:00Love an induction cooktop.
12:01And I'm a converted induction person.
12:03Yes, I know.
12:04Keep the sponsors happy.
12:05I get it.
12:05I get it.
12:05You've got to pay the bills.
12:06So in it goes, like a little pancake.
12:09And you make it a crispy bottom, don't you?
12:11You just leave it.
12:11You want a crispy bottom before you flip it.
12:14Oh, God.
12:15Here's one we prepared earlier.
12:16Here's one I prepared earlier.
12:17I wanted to say that for so long.
12:19I had three minutes and you talk so much.
12:21I know.
12:21So do you.
12:22Look at that.
12:24Did you see that?
12:25Did you catch it?
12:26So essentially, that's what it is.
12:28So it takes about two to three minutes each side.
12:31Yeah.
12:31Golden brown before you flip it over.
12:33It's stuck.
12:35A prawn in there would be amazing.
12:37Yeah.
12:38That's a prawn.
12:38Yeah.
12:39Because that was the one I made earlier
12:41and I had a little leftover prawn.
12:43Who doesn't?
12:45Me?
12:46Try and just for a moment,
12:47have a little zen where you do this.
12:49Oh, my God.
12:50Do that with the kewpie.
12:51Okay.
12:52Okay, settle down.
12:53Breathe.
12:56Oh.
12:56Yeah, I'm sorry.
12:57Did I?
12:59I really like the kewpie.
13:01Oh, my God.
13:02You know the okonomie,
13:05just the way I like it?
13:06That's how I like it.
13:07That's how you like it.
13:07Can we eat it without that?
13:08So hang on.
13:09I'm going to put a little bit of this on.
13:10Yeah, I love that.
13:11I love that.
13:12And I'm going to put a little bit of this on
13:13half of it because I like it.
13:15Do you know what?
13:15You've got to be careful, though.
13:16There's two varieties of this at the supermarket
13:18and one of them is fish food.
13:21And I bought it by mistake.
13:23No, but there's a giveaway.
13:24It has writing on the side that says fish food.
13:28All right?
13:29All right, a few spring onions.
13:34You have that bit.
13:35Oh, my God.
13:37It's so good.
13:37And I'll have this bit.
13:39And essentially what you're going to get
13:40is a nice savoury vegetable pancake
13:42with all that kind of lovely gooey business on top.
13:46Gary, you, just wait.
13:48Just wait.
13:49Let me.
13:50And just so you know,
13:52this is called an okonomiyaki dance.
13:56Don't you feel it?
13:59No.
13:59I feel something.
14:02Pack your bags, you're going to heaven.
14:04That is the most delicious thing I've eaten
14:05in a very long time.
14:06I'm going to cut this up for this hungry crew,
14:08but do not go anywhere,
14:10and that includes you too, Gary.
14:11You and I are going to be having
14:13a very nice, relaxed chat on the couch after this.
14:17Nice chat.
14:18Nothing going on.
14:19Totally safe.
14:20Don't be afraid.
14:22See you soon.
14:22Come here.
14:24Have a seat.
14:24This segment is brought to you by
14:28Bob Jane T-Mart's
14:30Best Tire Price Guarantee.
14:34Welcome back to the show.
14:37Well, Gary proves
14:38there is life in those old veggies yet.
14:42I'm going to get that written on my gravestone.
14:45Ash, were you taking notes?
14:46Vigorously, I've got here
14:48call Gary.
14:50Always call Gary.
14:52But Gary doesn't know I have his phone number, so.
14:55I love it.
14:55Now, when it comes to money,
14:57we've actually got you covered right here.
14:59Rachel, you are kicking off
15:01a new segment for us today.
15:02It's all about money, which is great
15:04because I'm terrible with money.
15:06That's exactly it.
15:07So on Fast Money,
15:08we're going to take the boring,
15:10dry financial stuff
15:11and make it interesting and practical.
15:13We're going to give you tips and tricks
15:14to make sure that the money you do have
15:16is working as hard for you
15:18as it possibly can.
15:19And I promise you,
15:20you are not going to fall asleep
15:22while I do this.
15:23All right, I'm ready to learn.
15:24Let's go.
15:25OK, let's go.
15:30Now, if money's feeling tight right now,
15:32you are not alone.
15:33Cost of living and interest rates are sky high.
15:35So here are a few quick and easy ways
15:36you can free up cash flow
15:38without dropping what you're spending at all.
15:40Let's go.
15:40First of all,
15:41we want to review your subscriptions.
15:43You know the ones.
15:44Streaming services, apps, VPNs.
15:47Are we really using them all?
15:49There's two places I need you to check.
15:50We're going to go into your banking app
15:51and look for your regular transactions.
15:53And secondly,
15:54we're going to go into the settings on your phone
15:56and search subscriptions
15:57because often they're hiding in there.
15:59Now, we want to hold on to the ones
16:00that we love and use all the time
16:01and we want to get rid of the ones that we don't.
16:04Secondly,
16:04we're going to renegotiate your bills
16:06starting with the big costs first,
16:08the utilities and the insurances,
16:10electricity, gas,
16:11home, car and health insurances.
16:13Now, these bills are responsible
16:14for about 10% of the household budget
16:16and studies suggest
16:18a basic comparison website
16:19can save you about 30% on those costs,
16:22which really adds up over the year.
16:24Now, thirdly,
16:24if you're an Australian with a mortgage,
16:26don't be afraid to pick up the phone
16:27and call your bank
16:28and ask for an interest rate reduction.
16:30Even a 0.2 or a 0.3% drop
16:33can make thousands of dollars of difference
16:35over the year.
16:36Finally,
16:37we want to think about automating your savings,
16:39treating it like a bill
16:40and set up that automatic transfer
16:42into a secondary bank account,
16:44ideally something you don't have access to
16:46with a card
16:46or that you can tap and go.
16:48$50, $100 a week is a great start,
16:50but ideally we'd love to aim
16:52for 10% or 15% of your income
16:53to be saved over time.
16:55Remember,
16:55it's not about cutting joy,
16:57it's about cutting waste.
16:59And that money you free up,
17:00that's your power and choice.
17:01It's up to you.
17:02Is it a holiday to Mykonos
17:03or is it an extra buffer in your budget?
17:06Big thanks to Rachel
17:08for breaking that down for us.
17:10Who knew
17:11that money tips
17:12didn't have to come
17:13with a migraine.
17:14But now,
17:15everyone's favourite part of the show,
17:17as long as they're not sitting
17:18right there.
17:21Yep,
17:21we've had Gary Meaghan
17:23waiting in the wings
17:24and in just a moment,
17:26he'll be joining me
17:26right here on the couch
17:27for what should be
17:28a perfectly lovely
17:29and innocent conversation.
17:31Except for one small detail.
17:34Please welcome our next victim,
17:36Gary Meaghan,
17:37to the Box of Death.
17:38You're welcome, Gary.
17:46Thank you so much.
17:47You and I have been
17:47on plenty of TV sets
17:48together,
17:49it's always been a joy,
17:50but I think this one
17:51might be the first
17:53where I'm trying to kill you.
17:55I know.
17:56I'm trying to make you squirm,
17:57at least.
17:57It's hard to ignore.
17:58I know.
17:58I'm trying to ignore.
17:59I know.
18:00There's no kitchen,
18:02there's no judging panel.
18:03There is just a choice
18:05between three of Australia's
18:08least nice creatures.
18:12I'm talking about
18:12a massive muscle-packed snake
18:16that's behind you.
18:18Also,
18:20a creepy-crawly spider
18:22currently living in a terrarium
18:24and hopefully it stays there.
18:25It stays in there, yeah.
18:26Or the third option
18:27is whatever is in
18:29the Box of Death.
18:31The good thing for me
18:34about this is
18:34you never know
18:35you're truly terrified
18:35of something
18:36until you come face-to-face
18:37with it, yeah.
18:37That is very true.
18:39You've said that about me.
18:40But you turned out okay.
18:43It's a good news story.
18:44All right,
18:45don't decide yet, okay?
18:47Check out your options.
18:48We're going to give you
18:48some time.
18:49Yeah.
18:49And we will be
18:50right back after the break
18:52to find out
18:54if Gary Meaghan
18:56has the balls
18:57to go with
18:58the Box of Death.
18:59I thought you were
19:00going to say
19:00a 90-pound weekly.
19:03Forget the 90 pounds.
19:05See you soon.
19:14Welcome back.
19:15We are joined
19:15by my old pal
19:17Gary Meaghan.
19:18Old meaning
19:18we've known each other
19:19for a long time.
19:19Of course, of course.
19:21Water under the bridge.
19:23Although,
19:24we have been
19:24very good friends.
19:25I think you're
19:26about to dump me.
19:27Because?
19:28Yes, because
19:29you're here
19:30to have a chat with me
19:31and you've got to
19:32choose between
19:32holding a snake,
19:34a revolting spider
19:35and whatever's
19:36in the Box of Death.
19:40Just to make you
19:41more confident
19:42in your choice,
19:43we have
19:44a priest
19:45on set
19:46for you
19:47in case things
19:49go terribly bad
19:49and we need
19:50your last rites,
19:51haven't we?
19:53Spectacles,
19:53testicles,
19:54wallet, watch.
19:55You good to go, Gary?
19:55It's all good.
19:58What's your choice?
19:59I'm going to...
20:00Oh my God.
20:02What?
20:02I'm going to go
20:02the Box of Death
20:03but I just saw something
20:04stick its nose
20:05out of the air.
20:07Can I change my mind?
20:09No, you can't.
20:10It's locked in.
20:11I'm taking
20:12defensive stance.
20:13Gary Meaghan,
20:14you have chosen
20:14the Box of Death.
20:17We're going to need
20:18some professional help here.
20:19Ebony, enter.
20:21Alright, what is this?
20:21I'm so excited.
20:23What is it?
20:25Oh!
20:27What is it?
20:28It's a rat.
20:29No, isn't it a clocker?
20:30No, this is beautiful Barbara.
20:32And what's Barbara?
20:33Barbara is what we call
20:34a brush-tail bettor.
20:35Oh my God,
20:36how best to hold.
20:37Looks like lunch.
20:40Cover your ears, Barbara.
20:42We're saying mean things.
20:43Yeah.
20:43Alright, Barbara
20:44is actually very cute.
20:45She's very cute.
20:46I've done well.
20:47Ready?
20:48You relaxed?
20:48I am.
20:49Start the clock.
20:50You have filmed
20:52with National Geographic India.
20:53What meal's spice level
20:55made it uncomfortable
20:55to sit down the next day?
20:56Ooh,
20:57Naga chilies.
20:58They have a Naga chili
20:59eating competition
21:00up in Nagaland,
21:01which is up the north,
21:02and they are the hottest
21:03chili on the planet.
21:04You can't even eat
21:05like a little tip of it.
21:07Did you have ring sting?
21:08I had a lot of sting
21:09all the way through.
21:11Riding around rural Australia
21:12on a motorbike
21:13makes your heart sing,
21:15Gary Meaghan.
21:16What about your thighs?
21:17Talk to us about the chafe.
21:21I'm good with chafe.
21:23I think,
21:24can we say arse on TV?
21:26Yes, of course.
21:27Have you never heard
21:28of chef's arse?
21:29No.
21:29Worse than thigh chafe.
21:31What's chef's arse?
21:32It's a hot,
21:32anybody that's got
21:33a hot, sweaty job,
21:35including builders,
21:36with a crack,
21:37has to...
21:39You get chafe in there.
21:41Yeah.
21:41You can cut this
21:42if you want,
21:43but there was an old chef
21:43that was about 17 years old.
21:45I never knew
21:46what chef's arse was
21:46and his name was Emil
21:48and he pulled out
21:50almost a whole ream
21:52of toilet paper
21:52that he used to jam
21:54into his underpants
21:55to prevent
21:55the aforementioned chef.
21:57He's a chef
21:58and his name was Emil.
22:00Oh my God.
22:02For real?
22:03Emil.
22:04It was meant to be.
22:06It was meant to be.
22:07Anyway,
22:07next time you see a chef
22:08wandering out of the kitchen
22:09walking strangely,
22:11it's not chafed thighs.
22:14It's chafed
22:15cheeks.
22:16She can't believe
22:17the filth
22:17on the show.
22:18She's out.
22:19What is your dish
22:20of shame?
22:21You're at home,
22:21you're in your audience,
22:22what are you making?
22:24There's a few
22:24awkward things,
22:26but I like
22:26really cheap
22:28burger cheese,
22:29you know,
22:29that isn't actually cheese.
22:30Oh my God,
22:31burger cheese is the...
22:31They're like plastic sheets.
22:32Yes, it is the secret.
22:34And do you know what I do?
22:35I take them out
22:35of the little plastic wrapper,
22:36obviously not worried
22:37about microplastics,
22:38and I spread
22:39Vegemite on them.
22:41And if there's
22:41a bit of bread handy,
22:43now you know
22:43why I have
22:44the body shape I do.
22:45I didn't know
22:45you were a bogan,
22:46Gary and Megan.
22:48You know what?
22:49There are some things
22:50that are okay.
22:50And actually,
22:51if it's cheap white bread,
22:52like really...
22:53Yes.
22:53Oh, goodness me.
22:55You have worked
22:56in top kitchens
22:57and on top rating shows.
23:00Who are the bigger divas?
23:01Restaurant diners
23:02or TV types?
23:03Restaurant diners,
23:04Oh, in equal measure.
23:06Some of the very worst
23:07of, yeah,
23:07all of the above.
23:09What is an example
23:10of just an insufferable...
23:11TV divas?
23:12Insufferable,
23:13no, an insufferable customer.
23:15Um...
23:16Like the ones
23:17that you've wanted
23:17to spit in their food.
23:19Never, never.
23:20Always wanted to do the whoosh,
23:22which was a Marco thing.
23:23You know,
23:23they used to come in,
23:24rip the tablecloth off,
23:25remove everything
23:26from the table
23:26in 10 seconds
23:28and say,
23:28your evening is over.
23:30I always wanted to do it.
23:31I had customers
23:32I really wanted to do it
23:33and I never,
23:33never, never did it.
23:34I'm going to do that
23:35the next time
23:36my daughter complains about it.
23:36I think the worst customers
23:37are the ones
23:38that treat you
23:39and your staff
23:40like you're nothing.
23:42Gary Vegan,
23:43well done.
23:43You've been triumphant
23:45in the box of death.
23:47Oh, it's a box of cuddles,
23:48really.
23:48She's lovely.
23:50A box of cuddles.
23:52Oh.
23:52I feel like
23:53you need just a little bit more time,
23:55a few more moments
23:56with Barbara.
23:56I'm happy.
23:57We're going to leave you there
23:58and we'll be back
23:58after this.
23:59You all right, Babs?
24:00Yeah.
24:01Hey, everyone.
24:04I'm at the Dandenong Markets
24:05and I'm here to learn more
24:07about the Vinnie's Soup Vans
24:08and what they serve up
24:08for the community
24:09and hopefully share
24:10a couple of recipes with them.
24:12Tolo, my friend.
24:13How are you doing?
24:14Hey, good.
24:15How are you?
24:15Good to see you.
24:16Good to see you.
24:17Hey, I wanted to ask you,
24:18why is this market
24:19so crucial to Vinnie's?
24:21So we couldn't do
24:22what we do
24:23without the support
24:24of the market.
24:24Like, we'll collect
24:25a whole lot
24:26of fresh fruit and veg
24:27that can fill up this van
24:28and then we're going
24:30to give it out
24:30on the street tonight.
24:31It will all go.
24:32All right, let's get inside.
24:33Let's have a look.
24:33Let's do it.
24:33Let's go.
24:38Okay, Vincent,
24:39I might get you
24:39to put one of these on
24:40so everybody knows
24:41that you're with us.
24:42Oh, I'm part of the team now.
24:44Part of the team.
24:48I mean, look at these oranges.
24:50They're perfect.
24:50So why are they
24:54getting rid of
24:55all these, like,
24:55fresh produce?
24:56So the market
24:57will be closed tomorrow.
24:59I see.
25:00They need to move
25:01this stuff on
25:01and everyone wins.
25:04We've got potatoes
25:05and leek.
25:06I know exactly what to do.
25:14We just got back
25:15from the market
25:15so I've got my produce
25:16and we're going to go
25:17meet my sous chef
25:18to talk about
25:19Vinnie's Soup Bands.
25:20Simone, how are you?
25:25Pleased to meet you.
25:26Likewise.
25:27Thank you for coming out here today.
25:28Tell me about this place.
25:29This place is amazing.
25:30Well, this is where
25:31the heart and soul
25:31of Vinnie's starts.
25:32So it's where we get
25:33our produce.
25:34It's where we do our cooking.
25:36It's where we pack
25:36our pantry items.
25:38This is where it all happens.
25:40Well, I can't wait
25:41to get into the kitchen.
25:42I've got a couple
25:42of ingredients here.
25:43We've got potatoes
25:44and we've got leeks.
25:45How's that sound?
25:46Sounds fantastic.
25:46Well, it's got my name on it.
25:52So, Simone,
25:53tell me your story.
25:55So, I'm a volunteer
25:56here with Vinnie's.
25:57I have been for
25:58the last three years
25:59and I can't get the glove on.
26:03And I'm also a leader
26:06with Vinnie's,
26:08which means I organise
26:09the roster for our
26:10inner city morning
26:11rough sleeper service.
26:13So that's what I do.
26:14So I'm cutting the leek
26:15right now.
26:15I'll get you to peel
26:17the potatoes if that's okay.
26:18With onions and garlic,
26:19I'm just going to
26:20brown them in the pot.
26:23So,
26:24I hate peeling garlic.
26:27Right now,
26:28I'm just chopping up
26:28the garlic
26:29and throw that into the pot.
26:31We're just cutting the onions.
26:34We've just thrown
26:34the onions into the pot.
26:36We're going to throw
26:37the leeks in there.
26:38Lovely.
26:38I've heard
26:39potato and leek soup
26:40is your favourite.
26:41Absolutely.
26:44I'm sure this will
26:45change my mind.
26:47How many people
26:47do you guys serve
26:48in a year?
26:49So, across Victoria,
26:51last year,
26:52we served 220,000 people.
26:56220,000 people.
26:58That's amazing.
26:59That is insane.
27:01I'm going to show you
27:02a very lazy trick.
27:03I don't like
27:04boiling the potatoes.
27:05So I've got this trick
27:06is just really thinly slice it
27:08so then it can cook
27:09really fast.
27:12This is almost ready.
27:13Yep.
27:14So, we're going to
27:15top it up with
27:16chicken stock.
27:17So, how long
27:18do you cook this for?
27:19Not too long
27:20until it's all softened.
27:21Until the potato
27:22is softened,
27:22which is pretty quick
27:23because it's so thin.
27:24Okay.
27:25Just going to add the cream
27:26and look like this soup,
27:28you don't have to
27:28measure anything.
27:29You can just eyeball it.
27:31Let's hope you like it.
27:32Can I add a little bit
27:33of yum yum?
27:35Okay.
27:35Shall we try it?
27:36Here you go.
27:40Good or no good?
27:41It's delicious.
27:42Is it?
27:42Really?
27:42It's delicious.
27:43Yep.
27:44Really?
27:45Okay.
27:46Well, I hope the community
27:47is just as happy with it.
27:47I'm sure they will be.
27:49Let's bottle it up
27:49and let's bring it out.
27:50Yeah?
27:50Okay.
27:59It has been a long,
28:01long day today.
28:02Now we're at the plaza.
28:03It is freezing cold
28:04here tonight
28:05and we're about to feed
28:06everyone with the Vinny's van.
28:10Hi, I'm Erin.
28:11Nice to meet you.
28:12I'm Vincent.
28:12Lovely to meet you too.
28:14We were about an hour early
28:15and we realised that
28:17there was people already
28:17lining up all the way down.
28:19They're waiting here
28:20all day sometimes
28:21so we get people lining up
28:22from about 9am.
28:24Every Tuesday we're here
28:26so we get anywhere
28:27from 80 to about 120 people.
28:30Some of the soup vans
28:30even run on Christmas Day
28:31and help the companions
28:32on those days,
28:33you know,
28:34when they can need it most.
28:38Is there anything
28:39I can do to help?
28:40Of course.
28:40You're more than welcome
28:41to join the line.
28:42We're more the merrier.
28:43We're always up
28:43for more volunteers.
28:47Okay, this was a soup
28:48you made earlier.
28:49Yes.
28:50Enjoy.
28:51I've got some cups here as well.
28:52Oh wow, it's still nice and hot.
28:55Would you like a soup?
28:57Here you go.
28:59No problem.
29:00Enjoy.
29:01I don't think I made enough.
29:03I've got more.
29:04Okay, good, good, good.
29:07It's nice?
29:08Okay.
29:08Oh, thank you.
29:09Would you like a little bit more?
29:11Yes.
29:11Today has been a really eye-opening day.
29:17Being a chef for so long,
29:18you kind of forget that
29:19food is a necessity,
29:21you know?
29:22We cook in the kitchen,
29:23we make all this fancy stuff
29:24and we waste a lot.
29:26And to see food fed to all the public,
29:29it's a great feeling.
29:30And it's been a pleasure
29:31to tag along with these guys
29:32and be able to help out.
29:34Big, big thank you to everyone here
29:35that helps out every single week.
29:43From Vincent ladling soup
29:44to Dr. Michael ladling out the truth,
29:47you never know where this show
29:48is going to take you.
29:50After the break,
29:51Dr. Michael is busting some eye health myths
29:53you've probably scrolled past on your feed.
29:56Stick around.
29:57I love you.
29:59I love you.
30:00I love you.
30:00I love you.
30:00I love you.
30:02Healthy, Wealthy and Wise
30:06is brought to you by
30:07Specsavers.
30:12Welcome back.
30:14Now, Ash,
30:16we've all seen those wild health hacks
30:19and miracle cures
30:20that clog up our socials
30:22and make us feel bad.
30:24Raw food diets,
30:25charcoal detoxes,
30:27crystals full of lunar energy.
30:29But how do you actually tell
30:32what is helpful
30:33and what is just social media nonsense?
30:36Most of it's nonsense,
30:37if I'm honest.
30:38You can't trust verified accounts either now.
30:41I have trust issues.
30:43But you'll be happy to know
30:44I, me,
30:45believe it or not,
30:46has taken some initiative.
30:47You've done something.
30:48I've done something.
30:49I've got Dr. Michael on the line,
30:51ready to cut the crap.
30:52Guys, this is amazing.
30:54Dr. Michael is zooming in
30:55straight from his honeymoon.
30:58And we're about to ruin it
30:59with some social media health trends.
31:02Dr. Mike,
31:03you are a good sport.
31:05What is that?
31:07Hey, Chrissy.
31:08Oh, hey guys.
31:11Hey, Chrissy.
31:12How are you?
31:12Yeah, look,
31:13you're joining me from my honeymoon.
31:15My wife's probably going to kill me.
31:16She's given me 10 minutes
31:17to talk to you
31:18in between our lunch
31:19and the Pilates class.
31:20Dr. Michael,
31:21on your honeymoon,
31:22you're supposed to be doing
31:23kissing with that mouth.
31:24What's with the tape?
31:26So, look,
31:26people are putting tape
31:27over their mouth at night time
31:28because of all the benefits
31:29that it apparently has.
31:30We know that breathing
31:31through your nose
31:32is better for you,
31:33but should you be taping
31:34your mouth at night
31:35to force your body
31:36to breathe through your nose?
31:37Probably not.
31:38And for a few reasons,
31:39some people just can't
31:40breathe through their nose
31:41because they've got
31:42a deviated septum,
31:43sinus or congestion issues,
31:45or they might have sleep apnea.
31:47So if somebody
31:47with those conditions does it,
31:49they might actually feel
31:50much worse
31:51and sometimes it can be dangerous
31:53because they might not be able
31:54to breathe at all.
31:55Well, then they would die.
31:56So that's not really
31:59the desired outcome.
32:00Any other health tips
32:01that are at the top of the pile?
32:03One of the other things
32:04that I've seen
32:05all over social media
32:06and you guys
32:07and everybody at home
32:07has probably seen it as well
32:08is lemon water
32:10in the morning
32:11to detox your system.
32:13Look,
32:14lemons do have
32:15some health benefits.
32:16They've got lots of vitamin C,
32:18but you're going to get
32:19vitamin C in your diet
32:20if your diet's nice
32:21and healthy anyway.
32:23So a glass of lemon water
32:25in the morning
32:25is not going to help you detox.
32:27Your kidneys and your liver
32:29do a good enough job
32:30as it is.
32:31All right,
32:31what else have you got
32:32that can save us
32:33from ourselves?
32:34There are so many trends
32:35out there, Chrissie,
32:36that I just do not have the time
32:38to go through
32:38every single one of them.
32:40The ones that have been
32:41worrying me the most recently
32:42are all about eye health
32:44because they can leave
32:45some permanent damage.
32:47Now,
32:47I'm no optometrist,
32:48so before I left
32:49for my honeymoon,
32:50I went to see Joe,
32:51who is...
32:56Hey,
32:56nice to meet you.
32:57How are you doing?
32:59Joe,
32:59I need to pick your brains.
33:01I have been seeing
33:02so many wild trends
33:03all over social media
33:05with all these eye crazes
33:06and I have to run it past you
33:07and see what you think.
33:09The first one that I saw
33:10is putting raw honey
33:11in your eyes
33:13to lighten the colour.
33:15There's really no evidence
33:17behind honey
33:18lightening eye colour.
33:20It's not sterile.
33:21It can introduce
33:21serious eye infections.
33:23Look,
33:23in my opinion,
33:24honey belongs in your toast,
33:26not in your eyes.
33:27I agree.
33:27Another thing
33:28that I'm seeing, Joe,
33:29is people are putting
33:30bees and lip moisturiser
33:31around their eye
33:32in order to give them
33:33some kind of glow.
33:34Is that a good idea?
33:36Oh,
33:36gosh,
33:36no.
33:37The skin around your eyelid
33:38is incredibly delicate
33:40and putting menthol
33:41and camphor on there
33:42can really irritate
33:43the eyelids.
33:44Now,
33:44I can't believe
33:45I'm actually going
33:45to ask you this question
33:47because most sensible people
33:48already know the answer,
33:50but putting bleach
33:51directly into your eyes
33:53to lighten them,
33:55what would you say
33:55to that, Joe?
33:56Okay,
33:57so even small amounts
33:59of those chemicals
34:00can cause chemical burns.
34:02It's incredibly dangerous.
34:04I think if your eyes
34:05are looking red
34:06or irritated,
34:07just see your optometrist
34:09for an eye examination.
34:10There are proven treatments.
34:12Bleach is definitely
34:13not one of them.
34:14Again,
34:14Joe,
34:15this was a huge trend.
34:16It's called sun gazing
34:18and it's when you put
34:19your balls in the sun,
34:21your eyeballs.
34:23Staring at the sun
34:25for eye health.
34:26That is incredibly dangerous.
34:28It can lead to something
34:29called solar retinopathy,
34:31which is basically
34:32you've burnt a hole
34:33in your retina.
34:34So just like how you
34:35wouldn't stare
34:36at a welding torch,
34:37do not stare at the sun.
34:39It can cause
34:40permanent damage.
34:42Okay,
34:42another popular myth
34:43is that you can
34:44blow dry your eyelashes.
34:46You can dry out
34:47the tear film,
34:48you can burn the skin
34:49around the eyelids,
34:50you can even melt
34:51makeup into the eyes.
34:53Like,
34:53I think it's just a recipe
34:54for disaster.
34:55Just don't do it.
34:56Sounds painful.
34:57People out there
34:58think that there has to be
34:59a problem with your eyes
35:00before you get them checked.
35:02That is the biggestness.
35:03And there are a lot
35:04of conditions
35:05like glaucoma
35:06or macular degeneration
35:07where in the early stages
35:09you don't notice
35:10any symptoms at all.
35:11And by the time
35:12you notice it,
35:13then it's often too late.
35:15So it's a really good idea
35:16to get your eyes
35:17checked regularly.
35:18And in saying that,
35:19I think it's time
35:20for me to get mine checked.
35:22So Chrissie,
35:23when it comes to your health,
35:25there are no shortcuts,
35:26unfortunately.
35:27We're all the same.
35:28We watch social media.
35:29We like a quick fix
35:31or the idea of a quick fix.
35:32But in reality,
35:33with our bodies,
35:34it just doesn't work like that.
35:35That was very informative.
35:36Thank you so much,
35:37Dr. Michael.
35:38No, you're absolutely welcome,
35:39Chrissie and Ash.
35:40I love chatting to you
35:42this morning
35:42and it's time for me
35:43to go and do
35:43my first Pilates class,
35:45which I'm absolutely terrified of.
35:47It could be really painful.
35:48So thanks for talking.
35:50See you later.
35:50Thank you so much
35:51for joining us tonight,
35:52Dr. Michael.
35:53Your dedication is impressive.
35:55Now get back to it.
35:57Okay, I think that is
35:58enough eye-watering myths
35:59for one day.
36:00Coming up...
36:01My latest online obsession,
36:04drain cleaning videos.
36:05We'll meet the man responsible
36:06for some of my favourites.
36:08Go to the bathroom,
36:09put on the kettle.
36:10I'll be here when you get back.
36:18Welcome back to Healthy,
36:19Healthy and Wise.
36:20After jumping around
36:21rural Victoria
36:22and the dark streets of Melbourne,
36:25I think it's time
36:26we all settle in.
36:27Now, Ash,
36:28what do you do?
36:30Please keep in mind
36:32we are on air
36:33in people's living rooms.
36:34What do you do
36:35when you get a moment alone?
36:36Do you want me to be honest?
36:37Yes.
36:37I'm a chronic doom scroller.
36:39Are you?
36:40I just love locking in,
36:42getting angry at my phone
36:43for no reason.
36:44Yeah.
36:45Slippery slope.
36:45I know what you mean.
36:46You're not alone.
36:46It's like when you tell yourself
36:47you're just going to watch
36:48one video
36:49and then all of a sudden
36:49it's tomorrow.
36:50Oh, I love that.
36:51Yeah.
36:52The best ones are
36:53the little ones
36:55that deliver,
36:56like the lawn mowing ones
36:58or the cleaning,
36:59like power washing.
37:01Oh, yeah.
37:01Okay, confession time.
37:03Do you want to know
37:03my personal kryptonite?
37:05Yeah, go on.
37:05Videos of drains
37:08being cleared.
37:09Oof.
37:09Not the fully gross ones,
37:11but just that moment
37:13that the blockage
37:14comes free.
37:16Magic.
37:17Like a kind of magic.
37:18There's something about it.
37:20Well, I couldn't stop
37:21thinking about these videos.
37:22Couldn't stop
37:23searching for them.
37:25I did task you
37:26with the job
37:26of finding someone
37:27who clears these drains
37:29for a living.
37:31How did you go?
37:32You're in luck.
37:33Yes.
37:33I have found the king
37:34of clean pipes.
37:35His name's Brendan Dover,
37:37boss of the drain man.
37:39The drain man?
37:40Yes, and he hears
37:41a tall drink of water.
37:42As I live and breathe.
37:45Hang on a minute.
37:47Stand up again.
37:48We've got to,
37:49we've, look.
37:52Not guilty, Your Honour.
37:55I feel so little.
37:57You are, you are guilty.
37:58Oh my God,
37:59this is so nice.
38:00It's almost a perfect fit,
38:02isn't it?
38:02Do you want to have a go?
38:03It's nice.
38:04No, no, no, no.
38:05Come on, come on.
38:05Let's raise a crowd.
38:06Come on.
38:07Come on, it's so nice.
38:10Oh, look.
38:10Look underneath.
38:11Oh, look.
38:13Oh, yes.
38:14Oh.
38:15He's so snuggly.
38:17Oh, that's brilliant.
38:19That is so nice.
38:20That's better.
38:21Sit down.
38:21That's better.
38:21He's gone.
38:22What size are they?
38:24Oh, they can be whatever size
38:25you want them to be.
38:26I think they're about a 17.
38:28A 17.
38:29You know what big feet mean, Chrissie?
38:31What?
38:32Big hands, I say.
38:33Yes.
38:34Yes.
38:34Yeah.
38:35Well, thank you so much for coming.
38:37Thanks for having me.
38:37Did you know what you do for a living
38:40really scratches the itch of a lot of people?
38:43Well, it scratches my itch,
38:45so I suppose it scratches other people's.
38:47What is the weirdest thing that you've ever...
38:50You don't want to know.
38:51Yeah, I do.
38:51No, you don't.
38:52Oh, trust me, I do.
38:54Have you ever found a Christmas pudding
38:56or an echidna?
38:57I've found other things.
38:58Like what?
38:59Dead possums.
39:00Wombats.
39:01That's more like it.
39:02Snakes.
39:03A wombat.
39:04Frogs.
39:06Look at him.
39:08Yeah.
39:09He's very cute.
39:11He took off pretty quick
39:12when the light from the camera
39:14shone in his eyes
39:15because obviously they're nocturnal.
39:17What was the customer,
39:19when they called you,
39:20did they go...
39:21Oh, well, that was a goodwill gesture.
39:24Wildlife Victoria called us.
39:26It was in a culvert next to a highway
39:28and they were worried
39:30there were baby wombats in there as well
39:32and so we got tasked with the job
39:34to try and help get it out.
39:36Have you ever found something
39:37that you've pocketed and sold later?
39:39No.
39:41No.
39:42Are you sure?
39:43Absolutely.
39:44I've found plenty of stuff
39:46but after it's been coated in s***,
39:50it's...
39:51No, thanks.
39:52Come on, you can just wash it.
39:54Well, you can.
39:55But I'm not.
39:56You're too good for washing, are you?
39:58No, I'm just saying I don't need
39:59someone else's used ring,
40:02no pun intended,
40:04to sell it.
40:07Do you watch the videos like I do
40:08well into the night?
40:09I've cleared more drains
40:10than you've had hot dinners.
40:11I know, I've seen every single one.
40:15And so, yeah, it's...
40:18I don't watch other people doing it.
40:20I get a bit of a thrill out of
40:21when they're pulling long tails of tree root
40:24out of drones.
40:25Yeah.
40:25You know, that can be 20, 30, 40 metres long.
40:28Yeah, it's like a snake.
40:29Yes.
40:30A never-ending snake.
40:31It's a root snake.
40:32Wouldn't it be weird
40:34if I was in my bed watching your videos
40:37and you were in your bed watching mine?
40:42I hadn't thought of that.
40:43It's like Freaky Saturday.
40:45Funny that, isn't it?
40:45I hadn't thought of that.
40:47When should we call you
40:49and not do the DIY stuff?
40:53Probably when you've got a gurgle.
40:55So what does that sound like?
40:56What's the sound that we're waiting for?
40:57What's the gurgle?
40:58Well, we probably could get the audience
41:00to send in their impressions of a gurgle
41:03and that'd be interesting.
41:04Well, you could do it now.
41:05Blop, blop, blop, blop, blop, blop, blop.
41:07So it's OK when it goes, shh,
41:11but when it starts to go, blop, blop, blop, blop.
41:13Well, I haven't really ever heard a drone go, shh.
41:17Haven't you?
41:17Well, maybe it's got an IT on the end.
41:20Maybe.
41:21No, not really.
41:23What can we do to avoid having to call you,
41:27even though it's good for your business?
41:29Well, we don't want to go to jobs
41:30that we're not helping people.
41:33We don't need to practise
41:34because we do it all day, every day.
41:36Yeah.
41:37So we give as much advice over the phone
41:39as we possibly can.
41:40Yes.
41:41We get a lot of calls for foul smells in houses.
41:46Yeah.
41:46And that's mostly because a...
41:48Teenage boys live there, I know.
41:49Yeah.
41:50Yeah, they contribute to the problem.
41:52I mean, basically,
41:53teenage boys either smell like cheesy feet
41:56or watermelon vapes.
41:58Yeah.
41:58There's no mid-ground.
41:59And vapes are something that we're pulling out of school drains
42:04more and more often because...
42:06Mr Cuthbert's coming!
42:08Quick!
42:09Exactly.
42:11They don't want to get caught with it,
42:12so they flush it.
42:13So how many have you found in one school toilet?
42:16We pulled out about 14 out of one drain.
42:18Once one stops,
42:21they accumulate over time
42:24and then the drain gets blocked, of course,
42:26with whatever behind it, paper or poo.
42:30And, yeah, schools have become a large part of our work
42:34with clearing drains...
42:36Yeah.
42:37..from things like vapes.
42:39Brendan, I cannot thank you enough for your time.
42:41It's been magic to have you here.
42:43Thank you, Chrissie.
42:44If it's OK with you,
42:45and I may be pushing the friendship.
42:47I know we're only new friends.
42:49Can you come back and talk about drains
42:50every single day of my life?
42:52Why not?
42:53Great!
42:53We're both going to enjoy the subject.
42:55I've got many, many more questions.
42:57And that is it for us.
42:59Thank you so much for joining us
43:00for another big one here on Healthy, Wealthy and Wise.
43:03I'm loving it. Are you?
43:04Next week we'll be seeing what our brand-new friend,
43:08Brendan the drain man, gets up to on a real plumbing job.
43:11Nice little clump of hair that we've removed.
43:13I think we could make a wig out as well.
43:15And we're back on the road with Adam Morris
43:18to find out what your eyes get up to
43:20when you're driving at night.
