00:22:39And, you know, it really reflected in the stability of our home lives.
00:22:44There was a while when my sister and I went into, like, the care system.
00:22:48Um, and while we were in the care system, um, I was molested by my carer.
00:22:54And I think that, like, it's been really hard to, um, process so many things about myself
00:23:05as a result.
00:23:08When I was sexually assaulted, I was six years old, girl.
00:23:12It's been really hard to heal some of the relationship with my mother.
00:23:16It's so difficult because I know that my mum had so much love for me.
00:23:20But when you're, like, battling those demons, like, it blindsides you.
00:23:24And that's when my dad stepped in.
00:23:27You can't help but go, oh, well, my life got better after I stopped having my mum as
00:23:32the active parent in my life.
00:23:34My dad moved down to Eastbourne.
00:23:35And essentially, our lives got way more stable.
00:23:39And now, like, my dad has truly become my rock.
00:23:43Biggest support in the whole world.
00:23:45I'm so blessed to have, like, a father figure in my life who really encourages everything
00:23:48that I am and, like, everything that I want to be.
00:23:51And I'm just very lucky to have him in my life.
00:23:54It's been such a formative part of, like, my personal strength.
00:23:57And I really am a testament to both of my parents.
00:23:59And I'm really, like, my mother and my father's son and daughter, you know.
00:24:05Really tried to make amends with my mother since I had to realise, girl, you need to fix
00:24:09your relationship with your mum because you actually don't know how much time you have
00:24:12left.
00:24:12She is a really important person to me.
00:24:15And I wouldn't be able to do anything in this life had she not given me life in the
00:24:19first place.
00:24:20So I need to also be very grateful for that.
00:24:23I love being here because I love celebrating everything I've done, everything I've done
00:24:28up to this point in my life.
00:24:30And my sister and my family are such a huge part of that.
00:24:33My sister was, like, really the person who saved me from some of the darkest parts of
