00:00I'll tell you what the 5 to 9 before my 9 to 5 is not. It is not getting up and doing meditation
00:04and yoga and going for a run and being really virtuous and doing journaling, okay?
00:08I tend to hit my day like a wrecking ball, honestly. I do spend a beat either, you know,
00:13quietly thinking or meditating, but I am all about productivity to start the day so I can
00:18enjoy the later part of the day. The first thing that often greets me in the morning
00:22is customers emailing me about their feedback in our hotel. So I often start my day with our
00:28customers. I love to start off the day working out. I definitely pray. I definitely also meditate.
00:34I sit in the sauna. That's my method of meditation and I get a workout in. Largely sleeping and then
00:42waking up, getting breakfast and sometimes I get on the peloton. Even if I have a bit of time,
00:47I like to play tennis and I like to go to the gym, make a cup of tea, light a candle, read a poem
00:52or some small passage. Do Duolingo pretty competitively, I might add. It's about fitness,
00:58it's about getting a game of tennis in. So I start by setting the intention for the day.
01:03I finish the day also with going over what happened and reflecting on the day. I usually
01:07am the first one to get up. I'm really picky about this time that's very precious to be just
01:12alone in the kitchen, sorting my thoughts. And in the evening, I just really enjoy to sit on the sofa,
01:19one of my dogs with me. That's a nice evening.
