00:37The alleged offences took place at Maybank Islamic Berhad's Plaza MWE branch in Lerbu Faqwa, Penang.

00:44Mohamed Noor pleaded not guilty to all charges before Sessions Court Judge Zulhazmi Abdullah on Wednesday.

00:51The charges, framed under Section 403 of the Penal Code for Dishonest Misappropriation of Property,

00:57carry a maximum five-year jail term, whipping, and a fine upon conviction.

01:10sought bail of 60,000 ringgit for all 12 charges,

01:14with conditions requiring the accused to surrender his passport and report to the MACC office monthly.

01:26citing Mohamed Noor's age, lack of steady income and health issues,

01:30including diabetes and recent eye surgery.

01:34Judge Zulhazmi set bail at 50,000 ringgit with one surety and imposed the requested conditions.
