00:08preseason game on Tuesday.

00:10Lakers star Luka Doncic is expected to make his preseason debut, and likely starters Marcus

00:15Smart and Austin Reeves will also participate in the game at Mortgage Matchup Arena in Phoenix,

00:21as confirmed by Los Angeles head coach J.J.

00:23Redick during a press conference on Monday.

00:25This matchup marks the second preseason encounter between the Lakers and the Suns.

00:30In their first meeting, Phoenix secured a decisive victory, winning 103-81 against a Lakers team

00:36that was missing both Doncic and Smart.

00:39In that game, potential starters Reeves, Rui Hachimura, Jard Vanderbilt and DeAndre Ayton

00:44were on the court.

00:45It is important to note that forward LeBron James has not played in any of the Lakers preseason

00:50games and is expected to be out for several weeks into the regular season due to sciatica.

00:55Meanwhile, the Suns have utilized the preseason, including their last two games against the
