00:01A Form 4 student was stabbed to death by a junior at a school in Bandar Utama, Pataling Jaya, this morning.

00:09Inspector General of Police Khaled Ismail said the victim died at the scene, adding that the stabbing occurred right outside a classroom.

00:17The incident occurred at around 9.30 a.m.

00:20The suspect, a male Form 2 student, reportedly armed with a knife, stabbed other students as well.

00:27Khaled added that the suspect had been arrested.

00:32Speaking to reporters, he said the police have yet to determine the motive behind the incident and are still conducting further investigations.

00:41Khaled added that Selangor Police Chief Shazeli Kahar will issue a statement on the case.
