00:19Pertubahan Pilindung Kazanah Alam lodged a police report last week over the alleged killing of 18
00:24dogs and five puppies on UPM campus grounds in two separate operations in late 2024 and 2025.
00:32UPM, however, made no mention of the alleged early 2025 operation in its statement.
00:38The university said the suspension of the OSHM Office Director was to ensure the integrity of
00:43its internal probe. It has also suspended all stray animal management activities until a new and more
00:49comprehensive SOP is developed. Last week, police opened an investigation into claims that UPM
