00:00No elements of abuse or bullying have been detected in the death of soldier K. Indiran,
00:06who was found unconscious at a military camp in Guantanpahang, where he was attending a course.
00:12Defense Minister Khaled Nordin said this was based on the results of the post-mortem conducted this morning.
00:18Khaled said not to politicize the issue and to let the matter be investigated first.
00:23He did not rule out the possibility of setting up a special committee to investigate the matter if necessary.
00:30Earlier today, Indiran's mother, S. Usha, urged the public to stop speculating about his death,
00:36saying it could tarnish the image of the armed forces.
00:40Usha, 52, said Indiran, 22, the oldest of her four children, was neither bullied nor abused
00:46and the post-mortem results showed no physical injuries.
00:50Indiran, who was taking an armor crew course at Camp Batu 10 in Guantan,
00:55was found unconscious and rushed to Tengku Ampuan Afzan Hospital on February 18th,
01:01where he died the next day.
