00:00Did you happen to see the Tua stuff in Miami?
00:02It's wild.
00:04So Tua throws what we think is a game-winning touchdown pass.
00:06I'll get it to Darren Waller, who's got four touchdowns in three games,
00:09and he's like the best tight end of football all of a sudden.
00:12Getting wide open.
00:12And then, you know, give the Chargers credit.
00:14A lot of credit.
00:15After starting a drive about the 40-42 after the return,
00:18they have a great play to Ladd McConkie.
00:21Yep.
00:21On the sideline.
00:22Big play.
00:22Big play.
00:22Big play.
00:23Yeah, it goes deep.
00:24Yeah, left side of the field.
00:25And then the kicker field goal, you know, to win the game by two.
00:28Listen to what Tua said after the game about, you know,
00:31what's wrong in Miami.
00:32Because, you know, we all think it's Mike McDaniel.
00:35He's going to have to go.
00:36And I would not be shocked, by the way, if he's fired today.
00:39That would not stun me.
00:40But listen to Tua real quick.
00:41Go ahead.
00:42I think it starts with the leadership in helping articulate that for the guys.
00:46And then what we're expecting out of the guys, right?
00:49We're expecting this.
00:51Are we getting that?
00:51Are we not getting that?
00:53We have guys showing up to player-only meetings late.
00:56Guys not showing up to player-only meetings.
00:59Like, there's a lot that goes into that.
01:01You have to stop it right there.
01:02So he starts off that post-game press conference by taking a veiled shot at Mike McDaniel,
01:07saying it starts with leadership and what the messaging is.
01:10And make sure the messaging is clear and concise and articulate.
01:13And then if we're not doing what you tell us to do, fix it.
01:16That's a shot at the head coach.
01:18But then when you fast-forward to the end of that,
01:20if you're having a players-only meeting, that ain't got nothing to do with the coaching staff.
01:25Nothing.
01:25Or specifically the head coach.
01:26That's veteran players on a team saying,
01:29listen, this ship's out of control.
01:31We better solve it.
01:32It don't matter what the coach is saying.
01:34Let's take some personal accountability.
01:36That's what a players-only meeting is for.
01:38Good teams rarely have players-only meetings.
01:40And you certainly don't have more than one.
01:42It sounds by what Tua is saying there that they have now had multiple players-only meetings.
01:47And the problem is the players are either not showing up or showing up late to a players-only meeting.
01:57So it's like a weird reprieve from Mike McDaniel.
02:01That little quote there tells me maybe Mike McDaniel's not the problem.
02:05I think he is.
02:06But that quote tells you that Tua is the problem.
02:09Yep, he's the leader.
02:10Because Tua is the leader.
02:11Yep.
02:11And if the leader of the football team can't get the other players to either A, show up, or B, show up on time,
02:19that's because the rest of the team doesn't respect you.
02:23That's not about Mike McDaniel.
02:25So Tua just basically told everybody that he's lost the locker room.
02:29The coach already did.
02:31But now Tua has.
02:32He's holding up to Mike McDaniel.
02:37He's losing.
02:39He's losing.
02:40But tomorrow he has.
