00:00Chris Gethin here at, you can guess, the Mecca, Gold's Gym, been here for a few days and bumped
00:18into Eric, Eric DeLauro, who, man, what was it, 2006, 2000, was it 2005? 2005, I remember first
00:26meeting you, and we got in a couple of workouts together, it was really hardcore.
00:30Yeah, so back in the day, that's like 10, 11 years ago, so came in here, bumped into Eric,
00:36and Eric has been training a number of professional and amateur athletes now. Actually, tell them
00:41who you've trained and who you're training at the moment, so the views there get a kind
00:45of a bit of a background of you. Well, it all started out, you know, I would say back in the
00:50day when Jake Cutler was actually training for his Olympia wins, I was helping him out
00:55as a training partner, and inspiring him and pushing him, and then it moved on to
00:59Hidetata Yamagishi, where, you know, he got his first pro win with me in Orlando, and then
01:07it moved on and started working with a fellow, you know, a competitor that I competed with,
01:12Frank McGrath, back in the east from Canada, as well as I am, from Montreal, and I worked
01:18with him, he did the Fregno Legacy a few months ago, and he did very well, it was his comeback
01:24competition, he hadn't competed since his, you know, I think it was two or three years,
01:28he was in a huge car accident, everybody knows that, and then I moved on to, you know,
01:34Calum Von Mulger.
01:36Yeah, I saw Calum a couple of days ago.
01:38Amazing, amazing genetic potential, and super, super guy, his energy, you know, and he won,
01:46and I prepped him for the show in France for the Mr. Universe.
01:50Right, okay, so today, we're going to be training with one of your clients, Tiffany Adams, very
01:55unique, and very inspiring, and you guys will see why, so you're going to put us through,
02:00like, a chest workout today?
02:01That's it, chest workout, it's going to be, you know, a unique situation, and you guys will
02:07see why, and amazing power, and strength, and mind control, this woman has, and extremely
02:14motivating and inspirational, it's just unbelievable.
02:17I'm looking forward to this, so Tiffany is on her way now, she's stuck in typical LA traffic,
02:22so we'll get in there, and we will speak to you in the gym, and after.
02:26Hey guys, here we are at Goals Gym Venice, we've got Tiffany Adams here, we're going to
02:30get in a good chest workout, we've got Chris Gettin here as well, we're going to try to blast
02:35his chest up, so we're both going to be able to do this after.
02:40We're going to get three sets here, just to get some blood and some pump into the muscle,
02:44get a little bit of a warm-up, and then we're going to go to more some compound movements,
02:48and get some basic movements, and get some real heavy weight on here.
02:52Okay, so start with this.
02:55Excellent.
02:58Four.
02:59That squeeze up, pause at the top, down slow.
03:05Good.
03:06Good.
03:07Mind focus, that's it.
03:08Bring that muscle.
03:09Good.
03:10Good.
03:11That squeeze.
03:12Good.
03:13Good.
03:14That squeeze.
03:15Good.
03:16Good.
03:17Good.
03:18That squeeze.
03:19Good.
03:20Good.
03:21Good.
03:22That squeeze.
03:23Good.
03:24Good.
03:25Good.
03:26Good.
03:27Say it again.
03:28Come on.
03:29Really good.
03:30Come on.
03:31One more.
03:33Come on.
03:34One more.
03:35One more.
03:36Come on.
03:37Okay.
03:39Ooh.
03:40Wow, I thought it was fun.
03:41That was good!
03:42Okay, same thing.
03:45Just like Kris did it.
03:47Good.
03:48Good.
03:49Just like Chris did it.
03:51Yes.
03:53Good.
03:55Good.
03:57Extend a little bit forward.
03:59That's it. Good.
04:01Come on.
04:03Get that squeeze.
04:05Let's go.
04:07Easy.
04:09Get it on the spot.
04:13Good.
04:15Good.
04:17Good.
04:19Okay.
04:21One more. One more. You can do it. Let's go.
04:23Up, up, up.
04:25Squeeze. Hold down slow.
04:27Good.
04:29So why are you tied up against it?
04:33Is this to keep your back flat against it so you can, I don't know, stick your chest out, contract? What?
04:38Multiple reasons.
04:39Eric definitely helped me figure out what is going to keep me more stable and seated
04:45with all the different workouts that we do.
04:48This keeps me grounded and keeps my back.
04:51Also, when I first started working with her, I was trying to figure out, you know, her capabilities, you know, while training.
04:59And I came to the conclusion that, you know, she had a hard time to actually, you know, focus into that muscle group that we're working.
05:06And we actually started using this right here, which I would slip behind her back like this to allow her chest to come up.
05:13That's it.
05:14Retract the shoulder blades.
05:15Yeah.
05:16So I was teaching her this, you know, this position and for her body in order to get maximum training in that muscle group.
05:23So what I did after like three, four weeks, she didn't need it anymore.
05:26So I took it away.
05:27She was, she learned the technique.
05:29Now she's able to keep that up and focus on the chest.
05:33Gotcha.
05:34The training wheels.
05:35Huh?
05:36The training wheels.
05:37Right.
05:38Okay.
05:39Yeah.
05:40Sometimes I need it still though.
05:41That's it.
05:42Two.
05:43Two.
05:44Two.
05:45Two.
05:46One.
05:47Six.
05:48That's it.
05:49Seven.
05:50Eight.
05:51Three.
05:52Good.
05:53Six.
05:54That's it.
05:55Seven.
05:56Eight.
05:57Ten.
05:58Come on.
05:59Turn your wrists a little bit at the top.
06:00Turn them.
06:01Palms up.
06:02Palms up.
06:03Bring the palms up at the top.
06:04Good.
06:05That's it.
06:06Now you work a little lower pec.
06:07Come on.
06:08That's it.
06:09Good.
06:10One more.
06:11One more.
06:12One more.
06:13See that little?
06:14Yeah.
06:15Really gets the lower pec there.
06:16That's great.
06:17That's awesome.
06:18Nice.
06:19That way you keep the connection within the pec.
06:40You don't release the tension.
06:42Okay.
06:43Good.
06:44Squeeze.
06:45Squeeze.
06:46Good.
06:47That's it.
06:48One more.
06:49A couple more.
06:50I'm going to do a little heavier so you don't want to burn out too much on the first
06:54set.
06:55Okay.
06:56One more.
06:57Go all the way back.
06:58Get that squeeze.
06:59Down slow.
07:00Faster on the way up.
07:01Okay?
07:02Get that power.
07:03Ten.
07:04Two.
07:05Two.
07:06Three.
07:07Four.
07:08Five.
07:09Two.
07:10Three.
07:11Three.
07:12Four.
07:13Five.
07:14Six.
07:15Seven.
07:16Easy.
07:17Eight.
07:18Nine.
07:19Seven.
07:20Ten.
07:21Eleven.
07:22One more.
07:23Twelve.
07:24Good.
07:25That's it.
07:26Before you started training with Eric, would you train like that fast, like explosive
07:32out of the hole before or just a little bit more control?
07:35I never did these plates.
07:40I never had done that before.
07:43I don't think she really trained the conventional style of bodybuilding really.
07:47She did like a set here and a set there, but it was never, she never had like a program
07:52where she had to do, you know, flies with a hammer strength press, you know, this is
07:57all new to her.
07:58Because what I, what I found as well, as soon as I started like doing the same sort of movements, but
08:04started really exploding out of the hole, I just found that they got more contraction
08:09out of the, out of the pecs as opposed to going heavy weight and a little bit slower, you know.
08:14So that's why I'm like, because you go explosive.
08:17And I know that works for me, you know.
08:19It's like, the chest is designed to like, it's like a punching movement, you know.
08:23So it needs to be explosive.
08:24Well, I always explain to my athletes, you know, you have sprinters, you see their muscles
08:29versus someone who's a marathon runner.
08:31So a sprinter is explosive.
08:33So their muscles are round and full.
08:35Yeah.
08:36I got that.
08:37So I totally agree.
08:38Yeah.
08:39But before Eric started training me, I never really changed, trained the chest.
08:44I would do machines and I would do pull-ups and I would do those things, but I didn't
08:49actually add weight because me, myself, just to pick up the 45 pound, which I've always
08:54trained alone before.
08:55Right.
08:56Now that I have Eric, it's totally changed the entire game for me on all levels.
09:00Yeah.
09:01That makes sense.
09:02Yeah.
09:03Yeah.
09:04Up.
09:05Come on.
09:06Up.
09:07Eight.
09:08Come on.
09:09You got more.
09:10Nine.
09:11Come on.
09:12Get that negative two.
09:13Come on.
09:14Up.
09:15One more.
09:16One more.
09:17Up.
09:18Hold it.
09:19Down slow.
09:20Yep.
09:21One more.
09:22One more.
09:23Up.
09:24One more.
09:25One more.
09:26One more.
09:27Up.
09:28One more.
09:29One more.
09:30Up.
09:31Hold it.
09:32Down slow.
09:33Up.
09:34I'm up.
09:35There you go.
09:36He doesn't do that for me.
09:39I think it would be questionable.
09:40I think it's favoritism.
09:41You're too heavy to lift up like that.
09:43You're not even.
09:44The next one you'll just do it.
09:45It's the fun things.
09:46So remember.
09:47Last time we worked out chest you did a plate and a ten.
09:49This is pretty easy right?
09:50No problem.
09:51So this is just a warm up.
09:52Let's go.
09:53Yeah.
09:54But I think I had two shots of espresso that day.
09:56All right.
09:57It's all in your head girl.
09:58Right?
09:59Mind over matter.
10:00Ready?
10:01Let's do it.
10:02Come on.
10:03One two three.
10:04Up.
10:05Two.
10:06Good.
10:07Three.
10:08Easy.
10:09Good.
10:10Four.
10:11Come on.
10:12Get it.
10:13All day.
10:14Six.
10:15Come on.
10:16Seven.
10:17Eight.
10:18Four.
10:19Let's go.
10:20Ten.
10:21Two more.
10:22Two more.
10:23You got it.
10:24One more.
10:25Easy.
10:26That's it.
10:27That's it.
10:28Oh, look at that.
10:29It's getting carried away now.
10:30See?
10:31You don't need no double.
10:32She's holding back.
10:33She's holding back.
10:34You don't need no double strike.
10:35That's it.
10:36That's it.
10:37That's it.
10:38Oh, look at that.
10:39You don't need no double shot.
10:40Well, I had matcha earlier.
10:43You had a triple shot today.
10:49I think it's my cheerleaders.
10:50You guys are my...
10:51Not my cheerleaders.
10:52The football players on my side.
10:54The cheerleaders, as they say.
10:56I ain't got no football players.
10:57Football players.
10:58Cricker-bracker, firecracker.
10:59It's a scuba.
11:00We're going to try to get at least six.
11:02We're going to drop it down.
11:03Okay?
11:04And we're going to just go as we feel.
11:06So I'm going to see how you're doing with your reps and sets.
11:08And I'll determine what you do.
11:09You just keep pushing until I tell you to stop.
11:11Okay?
11:12Sounds good.
11:13Okay?
11:14All right.
11:15Come on.
11:16Two.
11:17One.
11:18Yep.
11:19Let's go.
11:20Get it.
11:21One.
11:22Two.
11:23Good.
11:24Three.
11:25All you.
11:26Four.
11:27Come on.
11:28Five.
11:29Come on.
11:30Six.
11:31Two more.
11:32Two more.
11:33Seven.
11:34Five.
11:35One.
11:36Two.
11:37One.
11:38Two.
11:39Good.
11:40Three.
11:41Up.
11:42Four.
11:43One more.
11:44Good.
11:45Stay there.
11:46Push it.
11:47Let's go.
11:48One.
11:49Two.
11:50Three.
11:51Three.
11:52Four.
11:53Come on.
11:54Five.
11:55Okay.
11:56Hold it at the top.
11:57Hold it.
11:58Hold it.
11:59Down slow.
12:00Down slow.
12:01Down slow.
12:02Okay?
12:03Up.
12:04Hold it.
12:05Down slow.
12:06Up.
12:07Hold it.
12:08Down slow.
12:09Up.
12:10Hold it.
12:11Down slow.
12:12Down slow.
12:13Okay.
12:14That's it.
12:15Stay there.
12:16Stay right there.
12:17Let's go.
12:18Go.
12:19Okay.
12:20Go.
12:21Push it.
12:22Two.
12:23Three.
12:24One.
12:25Five.
12:26Six.
12:27And seven.
12:28One more.
12:29Eight.
12:30Good.
12:31Cool.
12:32That was amazing.
12:33I was kidding.
12:34Woo.
12:35Go.
12:36Go.
12:37Go.
12:38Go.
12:39Go.
12:40Go.
12:41Oh, jeez.
12:42No, that was really good.
12:44Look, I never train with a training partner.
12:47So doing this has really taken the body beyond failure.
12:51Really breaking down our tissue, like, feel that on negatives.
12:53I was like, shit, haven't done negatives for some years, as well, mixed up with the drop
12:57set, so.
12:58That's awesome.
12:59Your turn, man.
12:59Oh, yeah.
13:00Yeah, you got it.
13:01So should we break a record today?
13:04What are we doing?
13:07Let's put a 10...
13:08Okay?
13:08We got a 10 on there?
13:10let's put a five five oh my gosh is this a record is it it's a record pr
13:16we gotta you know you guys are visiting we got to do something special
13:23i'm really about breaking records and stuff oh my gosh
13:29you gotta make this video interesting don't you okay
13:35she's gonna break your pr today okay this is a pr
13:38personal record you get that this is a pr here today so let's see no pressure
13:44but you better not freaking fail he'll do this you've got this
13:51thank you i'm gonna shake it out a little bit with the rest ready
13:58i'm born ready but you got this i'm born ready but this manifest it now
14:02higher higher that pro card isn't going to come along
14:09he throws the pro card in my face okay should i put this a little higher you know jim is watching this
14:15it's time let's go you're good okay come on get your head it's this time come on
14:24ready ready let's do it one two three up okay go two come on three good four let's go you come on five
14:33come on come on tip let's go six come on seven come on eight let's go nine ten two all you i want
14:41all you all you i'm not touching i'm not touching come on one more one more one more one more one
14:46yes nice that's it you're done you're done you're done you're done perfect that's awesome that's good
14:52for a first time for a pr personal record on that so it goes to show what's what's inside that head of
14:57yours isn't it huh well i mean if i didn't have an area there's no way this would have been done
15:02but you have to believe in yourself as well that's awesome i believe that anything is possible if you
15:08have yeah the will and the perseverance to do so exactly like i know a lot of people like you know
15:15when i've trained clients in the past like the before and after pictures i don't judge them from the
15:19neck down i judge them from the neck up because there will be a lot of people who have you know they're
15:24single they've got easy jobs whatever they come up with every excuse in the world where you get
15:29other people such as yourself or a mother of like five kids they get amazing results because it all
15:34comes back it all comes from there at the end of the day so true it's amazing you know i'll get like
15:3910 emails from people that want to start training with me and after i do the consultation i mean the
15:44most important is what's up here so important they could have all the genetics in the world yeah if
15:50they don't show will only carry you so far right that's it so what we're doing on this exercise
15:56kind of squeezing together at the top don't generally have one of these machines where i train
16:03so it's actually good to get that full range of motion where you don't just stop on the outside
16:06you get like a secondary contraction by coming to the middle it's like a cross between a fly and a press
16:12okay so you remember how to do this so a partial don't open up completely so come down up squeeze
16:26and go up higher extend high that's it get that squeeze down good perfect that's it excellent three
16:34four five six perfect
16:42eight eight nine one more two more two easy that must be really tough if you're laughing like that
17:04i like to laugh i've never trained so hard that i laugh yet i must be slacking
17:09i like to laugh and i haven't been laughing enough you know it means if they laugh go heavier yeah exactly
17:27right there let's go okay
17:39four
17:48four
17:51okay six
17:57this is easy too
18:00yeah
18:02she's got this
18:0310.
18:04It's the balancing that I have to focus on actually.
18:09Like I'm more focused on not falling over to the left and the right.
18:14Like right now I'm just squeezing like...
18:16Look at her core move.
18:17Yeah, I can see that.
18:18See that?
18:19Like every time.
18:20She's balancing her whole body.
18:23Yeah.
18:24We can stabilize with our legs.
18:27If he stands on me, it's way easier.
18:29Oh, really?
18:30Yeah, like you see her to hold me down there.
18:32Yeah, but you don't want him to do that so you activate your core that much more.
18:37Yeah.
18:38I'm doing like a two for one.
18:40Yeah.
18:41Because like if he holds me here, it's a little easier but it gives more of a workout.
18:51It's been a long time since I used this.
18:54It's because you're using like a free range of motion.
18:56It's like a cross between a free weight and a machine when you're doing this.
19:00So it requires a lot of stabilization but mainly from your pecs as opposed to your rotator cuffs like when you're using a dumbbell.
19:07Hold it.
19:08Hold it.
19:09Down slow.
19:10Slow.
19:11Hold it.
19:12So we just wrapped up a chest workout which is very unique, very inspiring.
19:24Never been trained by Eric before either.
19:26So I had a great session in there.
19:28Even though we were going through some compound movements, everything felt isolated.
19:32Really pre-fatigued.
19:33Like didn't feel it in any assisting muscles.
19:35Like I said, I did triceps here yesterday.
19:38My triceps are blitz but I didn't feel any incorporation from that whatsoever.
19:43So give it up brother.
19:44Thank you very much.
19:45Good session.
19:46And my training partner here, my beautiful training partner.
19:49It was an awesome session and it was very inspiring to train with you as well.
19:55So thank you for that opportunity.
19:57I want you to tell the viewer now a little bit about you, you know, who aren't aware of you
20:03and what you're doing now and what you're looking to do in the future as well.
20:07Yes, thank you.
20:08So you got the mic.
20:09My name is Tiffany Adams and I've been in LA now for eight years.
20:13I moved here with a vision.
20:15Before sustaining a spinal cord injury, I always knew I wanted to do something very profound
20:20in the world and I didn't know exactly what that was or how I was going to make it happen.
20:24And once I was in the car accident, the spinal cord injury literally pushed me into my purpose
20:31and I ended up out here, pitched a reality show that filmed for two years by the Sundance channel
20:37and we had an opportunity to show the world what it's like living in a wheelchair in the city of Los Angeles
20:46where many people have preconceived notions of what it's like, you know, living day to day on a wheelchair.
20:53So with that, I've been able to now encourage and inspire people globally with fitness and nutrition
21:00and living a healthier lifestyle of being happy and living to the fullest.
21:05I crossed paths with Eric and you and now we're at Golds.
21:10So what was the catalyst then that got you from getting into exercise?
21:14You know, was it because physically, you know, the physical therapist told you this would be good for you?
21:19Or was it, you know, were you inspired by a friend? What was it?
21:24Oh, that's a great, okay. So my aunt owned a few curves for women back in Northern California where I'm from
21:32and I started working there and in the chair and women would come in like, how are you going to train me?
21:38What are you going to do? And I, you know, and I was, I honestly wasn't certain how I was going to do it exactly either,
21:45but I learned as I went along and I worked at that gym for a few years and then moved to Los Angeles and started acting.
21:54But the catalyst ultimately was I knew I wanted to walk again and be healthier than I've ever been before.
22:02And so I had to push myself literally, no pun intended, you know, to a healthier lifestyle.
22:09And that comes with, you know, nutrition and mentoring, inspiring others is definitely a passion of mine.
22:15That's awesome. So after your car accident, did you get straight into fitness like you wanted to get into it like quite soon?
22:24Were you into fitness before the accident, you know, or, you know, or did it take some years for you to kind of decide,
22:31this is what I wanted to do? Did it take a while for you to recover to think this is what I want to do?
22:38So I had a 5% chance of survival after the wreck had happened.
22:43And, you know, they, they said I wasn't going to be able to live a healthy life, not live a healthy lifestyle,
22:49but be as active as I once was, which was, I loved water skiing.
22:52I loved being on the water, anything outdoors, camping, that kind of stuff.
22:56I was going outdoors, outdoors girl. And it took a few years to learn how to adapt to being in the chair.
23:06I embraced it fully because I knew I was given, you know, by grace and God gave me a second chance at life.
23:12But it took me some time to fully figure out how I'm going to work out in a wheelchair and, and customize workouts from the chair for not just me, but how I can in the future train others.
23:25Whether you're sitting, standing, there's no excuses. You can, you can be fit.
23:29Yeah. Like a lot of people do use excuses all the time, whether it be family commitments, whether it's social gatherings, whether it's traffic, whether they've got an injury or whatever, you hear it all the time.
23:41And as a personal trainer, you do, don't you? You always hear an excuses, you know, but I guess you, to a certain degree, you've learned to kind of control your environment.
23:50And now it's very easy for you to kind of pass on that inspiration because it's then very easy for someone else to go, God, man, I'm coming up with all these excuses and they're futile.
24:01Really. You know, if you put it down to the, you know, the bin essentials, it is, you know, we moan and bullshit about anything, you know, after living and traveling to third world countries,
24:12I see how people live and they adapt life and they love life. And then, then you come to a Westerners world where they have everything.
24:20It's like, man, you're crying about what? You know what I mean?
24:23It's raining. I can't go to the gym. I'm like, are you kidding? It's like dance in the rain. You know, that silly quote or whatever.
24:28It's embrace life and live it fully because you're not promised tomorrow. You're not.
24:33You're not. And I think so many people, and I get sentimental about that because life really is honestly a gift.
24:43And every, every opportunity and every chance that you get to make somebody else feel good and inspire them to want to live, you know, a happier, healthier lifestyle.
24:53That's what makes life worth living. Yeah.
24:56So now moving forward, I understand that you want to compete now as an athlete, correct?
25:04What are your goals on that front? So maybe you can interact with this as well, Eric.
25:09Well, well, she does want to compete and not till a couple of years ago, there was the wheelchair nationals that,
25:16well, it's been actually around for a long time, but now they're awarding a pro card.
25:22And they've, they've done that with the men for a few years now, but they haven't awarded a pro card for the women yet.
25:29So unfortunately there's not a lot of women competing in the wheelchair.
25:33So I think that with an ambassador like Tiffany, if she became an IFBB pro, I think it would encourage a lot of other wheelchair athletes to participate.
25:45Because she has a huge following and, you know, she's very inspiring and, and I think it would be great, great for the Federation to, to do that.
25:53And we're hoping that she'll be able to compete on March 19th and, and be able to one day compete at the Arnold Classic.
26:02Wow.
26:03Right?
26:04That would be so wild.
26:05Why not?
26:06Why?
26:07But you know, you, you actually do have a fantastic physique, you know, for, you know, you look at, you know, people that, you know, just, that compete now.
26:16You've got a very competitive physique, you know, and it's very symmetrical.
26:20There isn't anything that's kind of overdeveloped.
26:22Well, you've got the professional eye, you may be able to tell, tell me different, but everything seems very balanced, symmetrical.
26:29You've got the separation in the right places.
26:32So I could see that as being a great ambassador for the sport, you know, beautiful face, great personality, very positive.
26:39And, you know, I like, I enjoy being around you, you know, you've got that vibe.
26:43And, um, you know, like I'd seen you before when Eric introduced us yesterday, I'd seen you before through little screens like this on Instagram and whatever.
26:51So for me, it's been a privilege to have this opportunity to interact with you and learn from you and anything that I can do.
26:58Obviously, I will as well, because I think this helps so many people across the board.
27:03If only people knew a little bit more what health and fitness can do to people.
27:07It gives them the energy.
27:08Yes.
27:09It releases the endorphins.
27:10It gets people through depression, anxiety.
27:13Yes.
27:14You know, whatever, whatever stress it is, you know, this is the alleviation that probably a lot of prisons could do well out of if they had them.
27:20Yes.
27:21I think that what you just said was so profound and it hit the spot, like hit the nail on the head.
27:26You know, after this spinal cord injury, they're like, you need to see a psychiatrist, you need this, and they're going to prescribe you this, A, B, and C.
27:32You need to take all these medications because you're going to have post-traumatic stress, you're going to have all these things.
27:36And I said, you know, this, I can't, this is not going to be my life.
27:40I can't accept this.
27:41And I can't, I went a different route and it was the fitness and it was the nutrition.
27:46And that was, so every time I come in here and Eric and I are training, for me, it's, it's really like such a therapeutic session.
27:53Yeah.
27:54And there's nothing that can compare to the feeling and the gratification that I get, especially when, you know, you have an incredible coach like this, just pushing you, you know, and I mean, we have great synergy and I'm blessed.
28:09How's the meal prep going?
28:11Not as good.
28:12Now you're.
28:13No, I'm meal prep everything myself.
28:15Oh, right.
28:16Okay.
28:17And I said, I did it purposely because he wants me to learn hands on and you know, and I'm grateful for that because that's how you learn.
28:23You learn by experience.
28:24It's amazing.
28:25Cause she never really, I mean, she ate healthy, but she didn't, you know, eat every three hours.
28:29And then, you know, you gotta, you gotta weigh your food.
28:32Yeah.
28:33So I bought her a scale, gave her the scale.
28:35And she's like, how do you even use this thing?
28:38I was crying.
28:39I was literally crying.
28:40I came to the gym.
28:41He's like, what?
28:42He's like, it's okay.
28:45I said, it keeps saying tar.
28:47What does tar mean?
28:48So one thing leads to the next.
28:50Now she's meal prepping for most of my athletes.
28:53Oh, wow.
28:54Really?
28:55There you go.
28:56That's a business venture in itself.
28:57Oh my gosh.
28:58Yeah.
28:59He's like, I've got some great news for you.
29:01You'll be prepping for three new people.
29:03Yeah.
29:04Yeah.
29:05I mean, it's amazing.
29:06Oh my God.
29:07Yeah.
29:08I gotta go buy Tupperwares.
29:09But yeah, he's like, I'm like, what is this tar?
29:11And then he literally had to teach me.
29:13I mean, even how to wear fake lashes because all the girls on stage are wearing them.
29:17I'm like, I don't know.
29:18Yeah.
29:19I'm learning.
29:20Yeah.
29:21You'll have to teach me about the fake lashes as well.
29:22But she's not learning from me.
29:23I'm trying.
29:24She says that on camera.
29:26Can you imagine?
29:27No.
29:28I mean, you know, all these girls, they look so flawless on stage and stuff.
29:33Even last night I was looking at contouring makeup and stuff.
29:36I'm like, how do they do this?
29:38Like they look like completely different people.
29:41It's Photoshop.
29:42Now you're going to, they're going to spray you.
29:44Spray tan before going on stage.
29:46Pro tan.
29:47Yeah.
29:48Do I have to be naked?
29:50Yeah, you do.
29:51Definitely.
29:52That's what stopped me from competing.
29:55Really?
29:56Yeah.
29:57Being naked?
29:58Yeah.
29:59I've got a lot of insecurities, inadequacy problems.
30:02Yeah, right.
30:03Yeah.
30:04All the other muscles were developing.
30:05That wasn't.
30:06So I was like, I can't do this anymore.
30:09Okay.
30:10So give us a little bit of a lowdown of what you told us before, Eric, in regards to the
30:14GoFundMe.
30:15Well, she has, she has these old braces that enable her to walk.
30:19And then she's had them for several years.
30:21They're outdated, dangerous, and she's looking to get brand new braces.
30:25So it allows her to walk without, with the safety, of course, because, you know, having
30:31old braces could be detrimental.
30:33So we started a GoFundMe.
30:34It's Tiffany Adams.
30:36GoFundMe at Tiffany Adams, T-I-P-H-A-N-Y, Adams.
30:40And we're raising money.
30:42They're very, very expensive.
30:43So these braces will enable her to walk.
30:46So we're raising, you know, some money to, to purchase these very, very expensive braces.
30:51And she really needs them, you know, to practice, to work those, those muscles in her lower body,
30:57to one day be able to walk.
30:59So it's at Tiffany Adams.
31:01GoFundMe at TiffanyAdams.com.
31:03And give us your Instagram account so these people can follow you too.
31:08My Instagram, all my social media handles across the board are Tiffany Adams, T-I-P-H-A-N-Y, A-D-A-M-S.
31:15And you, Eric?
31:16And Eric Delauro Pro Trainer on Instagram.
31:19And you can find me, just Google my name and you'll find all the social media.
31:24Okay, well.
31:25Mr. Canada Pro.
31:26Yeah, yeah.
31:27Right here.
31:28A lot of people didn't know that he's actually a pro bodybuilder, retired pro bodybuilder.
31:32I remember when I was here like 11, was it 11 years ago, you were the guy with the calves.
31:38That's it.
31:39Not anymore, unfortunately.
31:40Not anymore, man.
31:41But they were there.
31:42Like you always covered up.
31:43So we didn't really know what was there underneath.
31:46But we knew he was a big guy and he just had shorts on all the time.
31:49Yeah.
31:50With his f***ing calves.
31:51He still has the calves and he doesn't even train.
31:53Oh, yeah.
31:54There they are.
31:55Look at that.
31:56Look at that.
31:57What?
31:58What?
31:59He doesn't even train and he's got these beast calves.
32:00All right.
32:01Thank you very much.
32:02I appreciate it.
32:04It's been great.
32:05Eric, we've got to catch a flight.
32:06Yep.
32:07Okay.
32:08It was great to see you as always.
32:09And I hope to see you more.
32:10Glad bumped into you.
32:11Yeah, glad bumped into you yesterday.
32:12This has been a great opportunity.
