Pois existe diversas maneiras de organizar tudo que nos rodeiam e falando de quantidade isso nos remete aos números, então vamos ver um conceito importante para facilitar a organização e contagem, o agrupamento, portanto vamos aprender a agrupar.   Neste vídeo vamos estudar o que é agrupamento, a AULA 03 do conteúdo de números 6°ano do ensino fundamental.

00:00Learning to group. There are several ways to establish one-to-one correspondence.

00:10And it is based on this idea that we will show a very simple example.

00:22and the importance of grouping, especially when we are talking about numbers.

00:28So let's go to the example.

00:31Maria and João are playing ping-pong and in the game they both score points.

00:38John scored 15 points and Mary scored 9 points.

00:43And John made the following note. This is how John scored the points of the match, as you can see in the image.

00:50He put, in this case, 9 dashes for Maria and here he put 15 dashes for himself, which were the points he made.

01:02In the next game, João scored only 7 points and Maria scored 12 points.

01:11Only this time, it was Maria who kept score.

01:16But notice that she wrote it down differently.

01:19What did Maria do?

01:20She used a bit of João's idea and started putting the little dashes here and she put a diagonal line.

01:29Notice that for each line she put here, 4, she closes the diagonal with another 1, forming 5.

01:36So what did Maria do?

01:39Maria grouped the numbers in a 5 by 5 order.

01:44When it closed 5 dashes, that is, 5 points, it closes with a diagonal dash, forming 5.

01:52So you can visualize this in a much easier and faster way.

01:56You look here, so, Maria got 12 points.

01:59Because 5 plus 5 equals 10 plus 2, 12.

02:04And John scored 7 points, 5 plus 2, 7.

02:09So, notice that it is much easier to see the number of dots when the lines are grouped 5 by 5.
