00:15Independence 200 plan launched by President Nicolás Maduro to ratify the sovereignty of

00:27Governor of the state of La Guayra, José Alejandro Terán, state military forces, firefighters and

00:32police forces. This ceremony reflects the formation of a civic military police unit deployed throughout

00:39the national territory with the aim of guaranteeing the defense of the nation against possible threats.
