00:08after the recent aggressions by the U.S. government and the kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro
00:14and first combatant Silvia Flores.
00:30On the morning, on January 3rd, the people of Venezuela received an attack by the United States.
00:44The monopoly of the arms of the United States government.
00:55There's many countries where people have guns in their hands.
00:59We have the tranquility that we don't have that in Venezuela.
01:02They can go over to a movie or a park and do a massacre.
01:08In Venezuela, the Venezuelan state is the only one that has the weapons.
01:13I want to formally thank these men and women, the ones here and the ones who are not here.
01:20We want to thank them for their devotion for the manifestations in Caracas and in a national level,
01:33popular in a popular military police union.
01:36We have the National Guard, the groups of National Command in the streets,
01:44assuring the tranquility for the people of Venezuela.
01:48Now you ask any Venezuelan person around the street, how do they feel?
01:53And they're going to say they feel calm because they know their peace is guaranteed by the armed forces.
01:58We have a lot of reasons to be happy if we could take away the January 3rd attacks from the United States of Venezuela.
02:16Today we were in the act for the martyrs and the heroes that died and their families and their affected families from the January 3rd attacks.
02:29We have reason from this moment.
02:36We're going to stay close together.
02:39We're going to keep fighting.
02:40We're going to keep fighting here in Caracas there hasn't been a murder.
02:49In the city there were 30 murders every weekend and that has been going on for a long time
