00:18In addition, the official described the exercises as an aggression against the dignity of his

00:24country and a disturbance to the peace of the people of Trinidad and Tobago.

00:28He also questioned the government of Prime Minister Kamala Persat-Bissar for leading lending

00:34his territory to host instruments that he considers to be a act of destruction and aggression.

00:41The Minister of Defense warned that these actions represent a danger to all of South America

00:47and the Caribbean.
