00:25Within 24 hours, there will be 48 feet of big planter box with 20 kluchas going in it.
00:37And then another 12 foot coming to build the wall.
00:41And now the plants are fully on their property line.

00:45These kluchas are going to get gigantic.
00:47Trim them up real high.
00:49Honestly, I just feel like leaving this open so they just have to look at trash cans now.
00:52As you guys know, I put in 48 feet of planter box with kluchas in it.
00:58So within one day, I had all of these out here.
01:02When he used to see a beautiful privacy hedge, now through both of his windows, he is looking at one, two, three garbage cans.
01:10And within 24 hours again, we've got another box planted.
01:15And we know he likes these areca palms, so we've got those in it for now.
01:20My father-in-law over the last 20 years always spent so much time keeping up with these things.
01:26So that's why we decided to go with kluchas down here.
01:29But I'm just not sure.

01:31We're trying to block off as much as we can so he can't see.
01:34Instead of having a conversation, the neighbor has cost them thousands.
01:38Not only that, but they had their homeowners association to deal with, too.
01:41It's been about a month and a half just because the HOA got involved in all of this.
01:46We had to submit plans for all these boxes that I put in.
01:49They had 30 days to, I guess, disapprove it.
01:53And it's beyond the 30 days.
01:55So fortunately, I guess they just are approving everything.
02:02It would have obviously just been more of an issue, probably, if they didn't.
02:06But they did send out a mass email a couple days ago.
02:11I would imagine this is probably one of the incidents as to why they sent it out.
02:15But they're basically saying the neighbors can't see the trash cans.
02:19So I just put this little box in here, which looks pretty nice.
02:24Kind of works out.
02:24Their neighbor's petty attempt at revenge for their unsightly property line backfired,
02:29as this is now the view they're greeted with every morning.
02:32And because they've moved it to their side of the line, there's nothing they can do about it.
02:36We did get the approval from the HOA.
02:40So, you know, these boxes, as well as the boxes up front, are all good to go.
