Taiwan's defense ministry says it spotted 23 Chinese military aircraft on Tuesday morning operating near the country's air defense identification zone or ADIZ, an unofficial buffer zone used for defense purposes. The incursion included fighter jets and drones and comes just days ahead of National Day ceremonies in Taiwan.
