Eric Dane is addressing why he didn't attend the 2025 Emmys and pay tribute to the 20th anniversary of 'Grey's Anatomy' as previously planned. Dane told The Washington Post in a new interview, "ALS is a nasty disease… So I was in the hospital during the Emmys getting stitches put in my head." 00:25to see Jesse Williams and get reunited with some of my peers and to be able to present in front of
00:30my colleagues. I thought would have been a special moment, so I was really upset about it, but you
00:35know, there was nothing I could do about it. Dane and Williams were supposed to jointly present the
00:39Emmy for drama series director and celebrate the ABC medical drama, which made its debut in March of
