00:09So she apparently did a song for Genshin Impact, I guess for the soundtrack. I don't know when it

00:15plays within the gameplay or what. I've never actually played Genshin Impact. I played a tiny

00:21bit of Honkai's Star Rail, which is by like the same studio. It's like Hoyoverse. But I've never

00:28actually played Genshin Impact. So I don't know when in the game this actually plays, but this is

00:33the Nod Cry main theme by Aurora. A live performance. It looks like she is going to look completely

00:42majestic, and I'm super excited to see this. I'm super excited to hear this. So without further ado,

07:23so i guess i shouldn't be surprised but there's something funny about like

07:27they did all this for genshin impact

07:30just like aurora this whole orchestra chorus everything like i just can't

07:35there's this instrument that like it looked like you play keys and there's also strings and you also like turn a crank

07:42and i'm it's in the back of my head what that is

07:45part of me is like i've seen this before i used to know what that was called

07:48but someone please tell me what that is called because i'm blanking right now

07:52um

07:53there were a lot of interesting instruments in this i think somebody was playing a lute

07:57or something like a lute and then there was another

07:59thing with strings and keys and it was like sitting down and i also didn't know what it was

08:04and then we had two harps

08:06and like you know who knows how many of everything else

08:10like it really was perfect to get aurora in on this

08:17made so much sense

08:19and goodness i mean everyone involved was absolutely amazing

08:23and the thing is she really wasn't

08:25this video doesn't even have her name in the title

08:29so and and you could really see how like

08:31aurora was doing kind of like a lead vocal

08:34but she really wasn't like the main person the main focus here

08:37there were so many moving parts

08:39and they were all part of this together

08:41you know it's like yes she's like the ethereal moon lady

08:45but she's not like main singer most of the time

08:49because there were moments when it was just

08:51the chorus singing and not her

08:54everything worked so well together i mean that was that was that was amazing

08:58i don't know if when i'm gonna play genshin impact

09:00but if i'm playing a game and i hear that i'm just

09:04i'm probably gonna honestly i'm probably just gonna like lose track of what i'm doing in the game

09:08and like make some mistake because

09:09that's so beautiful

09:11um i'm really glad that i reacted to this

09:15so yeah um please comment tell me what you think

09:19tell me if you know more about uh genshin impact

09:22and like the event or the thing in the game in which this will play

09:26because i just don't know about any of that

09:28um and i'd be curious to hear like how it fits into the themes of the game and the characters

09:34i know there's all this lore that i cannot even begin to dig into

09:40to me genshin impact is just something where like i see the characters and they look really pretty

09:44you know what i mean like i just don't know anything

09:46so tell me if you know any about that stuff

09:50or if you know anything about how aurora happened to

09:54you know get signed on to this project

09:56that's really interesting to me
