Watch the dramatic moment streets in Odessa, Ukraine, are left submerged in floodwaters after heavy rainfall.
Yulia Skakodub, from Odessa, Ukraine, filmed the clip from the passenger seat of an SUV, showing murky water pouring into the vehicle’s footwell as it pushes through the submerged roads.
Outside, cars sit abandoned and partially underwater, while people on foot can be seen wading through waist-deep water.
The shocking footage showing the scale of the flooding, which left parts of the city almost impassable, has gathered over 400,000 views on TikTok.
One comment said: "There’s no way I’m walking through waist deep murky water to get somewhere."
Another added: "That’s not a street, it’s a river now, I’ve seen river shallower than this."
