Check out this dramatic moment flash flooding leaves multiple vehicles trapped beneath a railroad bridge during a powerful storm.

Jenavieve Lachance, from Winnipeg, captured the dangerous scene as heavy rain quickly turned an underpass into a deep pool of floodwater.

The video shows rising water surrounding several vehicles, with at least two passenger cars becoming stranded beneath the bridge and submerged nearly to their roofs.

Onlookers can be heard reacting in disbelief as local residents attempt to assess the situation and offer assistance to those inside the trapped vehicles.
