00:09a pioneering 30 million ringgit digital platform that integrates real-time data,
00:15satellite imagery and artificial intelligence to transform city management.
00:21The first of its kind in Malaysia and the region,
00:24the VIP platform serves as a digital twin of the city,
00:28mapping every building, road and tree while consolidating information
00:33from 10 key modules into a single interactive system.
00:36The construction of this module is like
00:39Weather Monitoring and Disaster Management,
00:42Geotechnical Slope Monitoring and Control,
00:46and Tree Inventory and Inspection.
00:49These three modules are really great.
00:53Kini kita telah menerapkan unsur-unsur data sciences
00:58dengan bantuan teknologi remote sensing, satellite imagery,
01:02dan light detection and ranging LIDAR
01:05bersama predictive and generative AI, artificial intelligence,
01:13untuk menjadikan modul-modul ini lebih berkesan, efisien dan interaktif
01:19dengan maklumat masa nyata, real-time,
01:23untuk meningkatkan penyampaian perkhidmatan MBPP.
01:27The Geotechnical Module can detect soil movement for early preventive action,
01:32while the tree inspection system uses remote sensing
01:35to identify tree conditions with 87 per cent accuracy.
01:40The platform is also being expanded to upgrade existing CCTV infrastructure
01:45with new capabilities such as vehicle speed detection and movement tracking.
01:50Chief Minister Chao Konyao, who officiated the launch,
01:54said the VIP platform will strengthen city governance,
01:57particularly in emergency response and enforcement.
