00:25I think he should get some time, and I think it should be appropriate and consistent with folks who have been convicted of similar or same crimes.
00:38If you want to throw some aggravated assault in there, or aggravated circumstances based on,
00:47there's a couple of things you may have heard.
00:49They're on the airplane, the E-Forces, Cassie, et cetera, et cetera.
00:53Things he wasn't actually tried for, or that he did, a little more extensive than the jury might have felt,
01:01or the judge felt differently.
01:04He might get aggravating circumstances, which adds on the time.
01:08But typically, for his crime, it would be less than two years for each one.
01:13So then he already did a year and a half, so where would that leave?
