The judge has finally weighed in on whether to grant Diddy a mistrial ... and he's giving the disgraced music mogul a big thumbs down.

00:08Diddy thought that his attorneys asked for a mistrial.

00:11The judge gave them their answer this morning.

00:13The short answer, no.

00:14No.

00:15There is no mistrial.

00:16They're moving forward.

00:17In fact, there's testimony going on right now.

00:19But the judge cleared up all of this rigamarole about the testimony, about whether or not Cassie

00:26actually saw Diddy allegedly dangle Breonna Bonglin over a balcony.

00:31And the judge said, yeah, maybe Breonna got the date wrong.

00:34But I'm cool with that.

00:35The judge slapped down this whole mistrial motion, said, look, there's discrepancies in the testimony.

00:40There's no doubt about it.

00:42And you're allowed to expose those in front of the jury so that they can assess the credibility

00:45of these witnesses.

00:46But this isn't grounds for a mistrial.

00:48Trials move very quickly.

00:50And there are going to be mistakes along the way that don't impact the outcome.

00:53So I'm not going to call a mistrial here.

00:55She also said that she testified that she was on drugs during this period.

00:58So you're talking about 2016 and specific dates.

01:01Those could be all a haze to her.

01:02She's now sober.

01:03That's a wonderful thing.

01:04But I'm not going to call a mistrial over a discrepancy over some dates.

01:08Yeah.

01:09And the judge said, you know, defense, take what you can get.

01:11You kind of had your Perry Mason moment here when you caught her in this maybe a lie or

01:15something or false testimony or whatever.

01:18And said, you know, take your win.

01:19But it's not a mistrial.

01:20Yeah.

01:21And that's it.

01:22And so they are moving forward.

01:30They're getting all sorts of testimony about sort of Diddy's nicknames for her.

01:34I think he called her Crack Pipe at some point in a voicemail because he was so addicted

01:39So they're trying to elicit testimony that shows this was a very warm and consensual relationship

01:43most of the time.

01:45She even said she compared them to some famous NBA players.

01:47NBA players.

01:48She said, we are a trifecta.

01:50I was Kobe.

01:51Diddy was Michael Jordan.

01:53And a male entertainer was Shaq.

01:56So she's had a lot to say today.
