00:00Tomorrow is the day, the day Diddy will find out just how long he is going to spend, not just behind bars, but in prison.
00:09Right, and right before that sentence comes down, one of his alleged victims is actually speaking out on his behalf,
00:18speaking to the judge specifically, and the person was known in the indictment as Victim 3,
00:25but Gina Hun wants to make it clear she was not a victim at all, and she has spelled it all out in a pretty detailed letter to the judge.
00:34And blasting prosecutors.
00:36Really, that's the point of her letter, is to say that prosecutors kind of play dirty pool,
00:41because Gina Hun is Victim 3, who mysteriously did not show up to testify.
00:48Remember, it started with just one victim, Cassie, and then they added two others, Jane,
00:54and this victim 3.
00:56But prosecutors were saying, we can't find her.
00:59We can't find her, we don't know where she is.
01:01Telling the judge this.
01:02Right, and then she never showed up, never testified.
01:05Well, I think we know why now.
01:07Gina said in this letter,
01:08I cooperated fully with prosecutors.
01:11I met with them three times.
01:13During those meetings, I felt pressured to feel like a victim.
01:17They insisted that I was, even when I expressed my truth otherwise.
01:21I understand they concluded that I had been sex trafficked and involved in, quote, forced prostitution.
01:26I did not agree with that conclusion.
01:29I was not trafficked.
01:30I did not engage in prostitution.
01:33That would have been my testimony.
01:35I was subpoenaed and fully prepared to testify and answer all questions truthfully.
01:40But I was informed by my lawyer that I would not be called to take the stand.
01:44So that's different than saying, we can't find her.
01:47It's a much different story.
01:47And I got to say, two things.
01:50One, it's really, you know, if you believe it, it's an indictment on prosecutors who were just doing everything they could to convict this guy,
01:59even if the evidence didn't show it in part.
02:03And with Gina, she said it didn't.
02:05But the second thing is, I don't think this matters.
02:08I don't think it matters in terms of whether the judge is going to get a sense.
02:11Even if it is a black eye for the prosecutors, how is it going to affect the sentence?
02:16She never testified, so she's not relevant in the case.
02:20And Cassie and Jane did testify.
02:23So in deciding what to sentence did he do, the judge—
02:27The people who showed up in court are going to have more of an effect.
02:30They should have the only effect.
02:31Right.
02:31Because they're the ones before the judge where the judge can evaluate what they said
02:36and decide if it's appropriate to take what they said into consideration in imposing a sentence.
02:42Let me just throw this out at you.
02:44So yesterday, I believe it was, the prosecution argued a couple days ago for 11 years in prison.
02:49And this goes to, according to Diddy's people, the idea that the prosecutors are being overzealous in the prosecution.
02:57That's a ridiculous request that shouldn't even be entertained by the judge.
03:02The judge has come way down.
03:02Maybe they could use this witness, Gina, to suggest there's a pattern of overzealous prosecution here
03:10and really to discount their 11-year recommendation.
03:15You know what?
03:16That's a good point.
03:17You're right.
03:18I have to say—
03:18You're right.
03:19Actually, they'll probably make that point tomorrow.
03:22Yeah.
03:22Because I also don't think that Gina wrote this just on her own.
03:25Yeah, no.
03:26I think this was a conversation with Diddy's attorneys to share her experience.
03:29And there are a lot of people who believe—and that's a really good point.
03:32She's teeing it up for what they're going to say.
03:34There are a lot of people who believe, you know, what the defense is almost saying is time served.
03:39They're willing to do 20 months or whatever.
03:41But that effectively is time served because he's already served a year.
03:44So if they do 20 months to 30 months, which is probably what the defense wants, versus 11 years,
03:50a lot of people thought the judge might just split the difference between the middle.
03:53If they can discount the 11 years by saying that this is just more evidence that they just have it out for this guy,
04:01then their argument is the centerpiece.
04:04That's right.
04:04Right.
04:04So that's actually a really good point.
04:05That is another point, though.
04:06If prosecutors did, in fact, misrepresent to the court that they could not find Gina,
04:11and she says they could find her—I was speaking, I was prepared to testify—that's a big deal.
04:15The judge would not look fondly on that.
04:17I almost have a difficult time believing it.
04:19These are career prosecutors.
04:20They are very good prosecutors.
04:21But one of them's been fired.
04:22One of them—yes.
04:24But not gay.
04:25No, but it's a political vendetta.
04:28Right, it's a political vendetta.
04:29Right, exactly.
04:30But I just—that's a big—you do not—when you're a prosecutor, you do not mislead the court like that.
04:35You will lose your job.
04:36You will get reprimanded by courts.
04:38That's a big deal.
04:38I almost have a difficult time—I have no idea, right?
04:41But I have a difficult time believing it.
04:42Just lifetime prosecutors who are this established, don't do that.
04:46My name is Brene.
04:47I'm from Atlanta.
04:48And I feel like Gina's definitely changing her story now to stay on the Diddy money train.
04:54I feel like she's seeing the big payout for Cassie, and she thought that she was going to secure a really big win.
05:01She really thought that she would possibly get a good payout as well.
05:05And her switching up right now and saying, oh, well, you know, I was pressured and this, that, and the third.
05:12It's all to stay on the Diddy's money train.
05:14I did several tarot readings around this.
05:16I don't see him walking away from this.
05:19But here's the problem.
05:21Hold on.
05:21Did you hear what she said?
05:22Did you say you did several tarot readings around this?
05:25That's correct.
05:27Do we want to explore that?
05:29Go.
05:30I don't—wait, so you were watching the trial and you were doing tarot readings as it was going on?
05:36Yes, I actually do tarot reading for a living, and I—
05:40So did you see the verdict coming?
05:42Ten years.
05:43Ten years or less.
05:44Oh, that's the sentence.
05:44Wait, wait, wait.
05:45The sentence you see.
05:46Ten years or less.
05:46Of course it's going to be ten years or less.
05:48But I predicted this before—
05:50I mean, I'm 6'2".
05:51I am 6'2".
05:52It could be 20.
05:53It could be 20.
05:54I mean—
05:55I predicted this before trial.
05:58He hadn't even made it to trial.
05:59But did you know that—
06:00I'm not messing with the tarot cards.
06:01Hold on, hold on, hold on.
06:01Whatever you say—
06:02Did the tarot—did those cards show you that he was going to get acquitted on three counts?
06:06The main counts?
06:07Yes, I've seen that there would be a lot of confusion around what they were going to charge him with,
06:13because it wasn't about what has been said.
06:16They have a lot of evidence on him.
06:17It was about who was willing to testify.
06:19A lot of people did not testify.
06:22And, you know, the cards revealed a lot of other things that he does behind the scenes to get these things done for him.
06:29We need to keep her number for the next big trial that comes up.
06:32Well, I do have one other question.
06:33Jackson, Jackson's flying tomorrow.
06:37Good idea, bad idea.
06:39It's going to be good, Jackson.
06:41It'll run smooth.
06:42Okay.
06:43Okay.
06:44Just a look at the cards.
06:45Thank God.
06:46Yeah, well, you didn't even look at your cards, miss.
06:48I don't have to.
06:50It's a gift.
06:51It's a gift.
