00:00So we know now the prosecutors and the court have released his potential release date, which is in
00:102028. And of course there were a lot of people speaking that there was a pardon coming. Where
00:18are we with this? I know that the 2028 date has been mentioned. That's his tentative date,
00:24you know, as of now. Can we see it being sooner than that? I know it's a tricky question.
00:29I think it'll be, I think it's a fair question. I think it'll be sooner than that. Okay. How much sooner than that? I don't know. There are a lot of variables. Okay. You know, we just want to kind of get him situated where he's going to be, get him comfortable. The MTC is, the people there have done the best they could to take care of him. Right. But, you know, he's going to go on to another facility and, you know, I have no doubt he'll be a perfect prisoner and I have no doubt that he'll get out as soon as the system wants him.
00:57Can you tell us more about the incident with the knife? I know Brian still mentioned it during the sentencing and we're hearing more about it now. Is that person being charged or is there something?
01:11I actually, I don't know, honestly. Okay. I don't know. I don't know. He had very, very few negative incidents. I mean, you know, he really, I think, was just an outstanding, you know, inmate and had great kind of restraint and circumspection throughout his time there. That's what I've heard from all the folks at MDC. I don't know what's going to happen to this person though.
01:34Okay. How is Sean himself?
01:38He misses his family terribly. He misses his children. He misses his mother. He's anxious to get out. And I really believe he has a wonderful series of chapters, hopefully many, many chapters in the rest of his life. He deserves to have life after this.
01:57Um, I'm grateful for the jury, uh, for giving him that opportunity. And I think he's going to make the most of it.
02:04Okay, cool. Can we see any like books or anything coming? I know that's like a weird question, but a lot of people tend to write books and those kinds of things while they're doing their sentence. I know that's like a interesting question, but I know he must make a comment.
02:15I don't know. Um, I don't know what his plans are. I think he wants to serve his time, get out, you know, and, and just be with his family.
