00:00Buffalo is good.

00:01They're very, very good.

00:02They have one of a very good quarterback, if you haven't heard.

00:06This is a litmus test for the Patriots.

00:10Do they have a chance on a Sunday night in Buffalo?

00:13Yes.

00:13Okay.

00:14Why is that?

00:15What do you like in terms of matchups and these things?

00:17Well, for starters, I like the calendar.

00:19You get them in early October before Josh Allen and this offense

00:23and their defense, their defense is soft, by the way,

00:25kind of tightens the screws and gets to be who they're going to be.

00:28I'd rather get a good team early in the season.

00:30There's more unpredictability.

00:32Second to that is, again, you can move the ball in this defense.

00:34And so the Patriots have had struggles running the ball,

00:37but they're starting to hone in on what are our best plays

00:40when we do want to run the ball.

00:42It's not all the outside zone stuff we saw in Miami

00:44and the bootlegs off of that.

00:45It's more man-block stuff.

00:46And, again, didn't run the ball particularly well against Carolina

00:49except for some scheme stuff.

00:51But this is a game where if Drake May can be as good as Josh Allen,

00:55a big ask, but we're seeing the best football from him,

00:58all you need then is a turnover to go the other way.

01:02And those are two big asks, unlikely to happen.

01:04But what do you mean Drake May plays like Josh Allen?

01:07So the expectation is that he matches an MVP of the league?

01:12So, again, unlikely.

01:13But when you look at their –

01:13But that's a big ask.

01:15So you understand, like, all it takes is, like, the impossible.

01:19That's why I follow up with this is unlikely to happen.

01:21But just give me a second here because, again, early in the season.

01:25So far, I don't like it.

01:27When you look at their basic box score stats,

01:29wherever you see Drake May, Josh Allen is right there, right below.

01:33Drake May has more completions.

01:34He has more yards.

01:35They had the same number of touchdowns.

01:37Their quarterback rating is separated by a point,

01:40if not a little bit less than that.

01:41All right.

01:42That's how good Drake May has been playing.

01:43And this is not a defense with the Bills.

01:45It's going to go, yeah, we're really going to get in your way.

01:47Even some of their best players, Christian Bentford,

01:49who was a great corner for them last year,

01:51is just, like, out to lunch so far this season.
