00:10Edinburgh Bar thanks locals for many wonderful years ahead of closure.
00:14A popular Edinburgh Bar in the south of the city has announced it will close its doors after many wonderful years.
00:21Southport on Newington Road has been a regular haunt for many in the community, but now owners have revealed it will close soon.
00:28Writing on social media they said,
00:30We want to take a moment to thank our incredible locals, regulars, and everyone who has joined us for coffees, brunches, dinners, and celebrations over the years.
00:39You've made this place so much more than a cafe and bar, you've made it a community.
00:50Concerns are growing for a missing Edinburgh teenager who is understood to have travelled to Glasgow's city centre.
00:55Isika Arnautu, who is from the Wester Hales area of the city, was reported missing on Saturday, September 27th.
01:02Inquiries so far have established that she has been in Aberdeen from around Friday, September 19th,
01:06and subsequently travelled to Glasgow city centre on Saturday, September 27th.
01:11She is described as being white, 5 feet 4, with long brown hair.

01:18Edinburgh Filmhouse may be bailed to self-certify films under new plans.
01:29An independent cinema may get permission to self-certify films for screening, under plans set to be considered by Edinburgh councillors.
01:37The filmhouse on Lothian Road has to seek permission from councillors if it wishes to show films which have not been certified by the British Board of Film Classification.
01:44Due to the amount of independent films it shows, it ends up needing to request councillors' permission to screen a film around 10 times a month, and up to 50 times during festivals.
