00:09Police looking to speak to man after child assaulted in Edinburgh Street.

00:14Detectives have launched an investigation after a child was assaulted in an Edinburgh Street.

00:18The youngster was assaulted at around 3.45pm on Tuesday, April 15th, on Colton's Road, Edinburgh.

00:24Police have now released an image of a man they believe may be able to help with enquiries.

00:30The man is described as white, 5 feet 7 and of slim build.

00:35Officers say he is around 30 years old and has blue or green eyes, short light brown hair and a light beard.

00:41At the time of the incident he was wearing a dark coloured zip-up bomber jacket with a hood

00:45as well as dark tracksuit bottoms and black and white trainers.

00:48Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 2191 of April 15th.

00:58Edinburgh Police seized 10 e-bikes after residents complain of antisocial behaviour.

01:04Police in Edinburgh have seized 10 e-bikes after receiving reports from residents about antisocial behaviour.

01:10Officers carried out high visibility patrols this week after residents in Fountainbridge and Dalry

01:14reported antisocial behaviour and dangerous riding of e-bikes in the area.

01:19Police Scotland said a large number of riders were stopped and spoken to as a result.

01:24Ten e-bikes were also seized for road traffic offences,

01:27including red light offences and having no insurance, no licence or no crash helmets.

01:34Footpath to Island Village could still be two years away, councillors told.

01:38Plans for a path from West Lothian's Island Village of Stonyburn

01:41are set to go before the council later this year,

01:44but it could be another two years before the path is built,

01:47councillors on the Faldhouse and Brake Valley Local Area Committee heard this week.

01:51By that time the original £2 million funding package will have expired

01:55and new money will have to be found.
