00:00:02Alex just miscarried his baby.
00:00:04Trying to my dude.
00:00:05Were you pregnant with J.K.?
00:00:07I was, yes.
00:00:08Have you been this bitch?
00:00:09Oh.
00:00:10Alex, you know, she's pregnant.
00:00:11What is the chance of this baby being mine?
00:00:13I'd have to say 50%.
00:00:14I'm about to pull up to Alex's house
00:00:16and see what the is really going on.
00:00:18Mike and I were going to have another wedding.
00:00:20I don't sleep on my schedule, it's like...
00:00:22I'm 37 and I'm still trying to work on a relationship with my mom.
00:00:25This is so pretty.
00:00:2640 grand for five hours, right?
00:00:28Minimum.
00:00:29My mom was $100,000.
00:00:30There's something I haven't told her about
00:00:32what's really going on with our finances.
00:00:34We can't do that.
00:00:35I would pay for my parts.
00:00:37What?
00:00:38You know too much right now.
00:00:40And what's this?
00:00:41The money for your tie.
00:00:42I'm not dropping no charges.
00:00:43There's a criminal charge filed against you
00:00:45and you do actually have an active warrant for your arrest.
00:00:49You okay?
00:00:50All the drama with Demotic's baby mama
00:00:52puts a lot on the relationship.
00:00:53If you'd be willing to sign this affidavit of non-prosecution.
00:00:57I need a meeting with Kiana.
00:01:00I feel like my baby mama is trying to get me to go back to prison.
00:01:04If you can't have me, nobody will at this point.
00:01:06As long as me and you get through it together, that's all that matters.
00:01:10Until me and you can build co-parents' stability, it can't be anybody else involved, Troy.
00:01:16Where's Troy?
00:01:17In Buffalo.
00:01:18He may have a conversation with his baby mother.
00:01:20Do you think she still has feelings for him or something?
00:01:22Absolutely.
00:01:23Y'all always want to keep involving Yana.
00:01:25No, just get my baby.
00:01:26You have to have a decent conversation.
00:01:28No!
00:01:29Right now!
00:01:30It's not the time.
00:01:31I apologize for leaving you for all those years, but daddy here now.
00:01:34I have to tell you something.
00:01:36You pregnant?
00:01:37Yeah.
00:01:38I can't believe this is real.
00:01:40I love you.
00:01:41I have a criminal case that I'm dealing with.
00:01:44Right now, I'm fighting a charge dealing with a dispute with a client of my tax business.
00:01:50I'm facing a 15-year charge.
00:01:52That's my attorney.
00:01:53Okay.
00:01:54All right.
00:01:55Are you serious?
00:01:57Oh, my God.
00:01:58I've been calling you for two days, Courtney.
00:02:00Who have you been sleeping with?
00:02:02What?
00:02:03You have 24 hours.
00:02:04Sign those papers, or I will have the court compel you to.
00:02:08You want me to sign some divorce papers?
00:02:10You guys jumped in it quickly anyways.
00:02:12I do.
00:02:13Marrying somebody the next day out of freaking prison.
00:02:15You want these papers or not?
00:02:16Give me the f***ing paper.
00:02:17You can go back with Mark, or whoever the f*** you're having sex with.
00:02:20Have a good life.
00:02:21Yeah, bye!
00:02:22Going into this interview today, seeing Courtney pull up in the car with somebody else was f***ing
00:02:27devastating.
00:02:28Tell me, basically, what just happened right now?
00:02:47Courtney just pulled up with her new dude, which is just lightning fast.
00:02:50I don't understand why that just happened like that, or what kind of games she's trying
00:02:54to play.
00:03:03It feels like a slap in the face.
00:03:05Wild.
00:03:06How are you feeling right now?
00:03:09Are you ready for this interview with Will?
00:03:11Um, you know what?
00:03:14I'm ready for this interview with Will to be over.
00:03:19I was giving serious thought as to whether or not I made the right decision, whether or
00:03:24not I was letting go of something real.
00:03:28And now, man, man, yeah, seeing her pull up with this other dude, this made it really
00:03:35easy for me.
00:03:36This made it abundantly clear.
00:03:38What I meant to her was exactly the amount of money that she could get out of me is what
00:03:44is all that she wanted.
00:03:49I definitely suspected Courtney's been cheating on me.
00:03:52She's very clearly seeing other people.
00:03:55And I mean, whatever, like we're breaking up.
00:03:59Do your thing.
00:04:00But don't lie to me.
00:04:01You could probably apologize for lying to me.
00:04:03That would be nice.
00:04:04Um, but yeah, there's, there's a laundry list of things that she owes me an apology for.
00:04:10To have all of those fears confirmed, it hurts, dude.
00:04:15It feels up.
00:04:16It feels, I've been so used and I've been so naive.
00:04:20Like what?
00:04:21Like, dude, why did I reach out to anyone on the website?
00:04:27I was just lonely, man.
00:04:29I really hope like everything stays calm and chill.
00:04:37But like, if he fights, if he fights me, I'm not fighting back.
00:04:44I'm not.
00:04:45No.
00:04:46I mean, it's got time for all that.
00:04:48I can't believe I have to do this today.
00:04:57This is the most humiliating thing I've ever been through.
00:04:59I mean, there's nothing to fight for anymore.
00:05:11It's over.
00:05:13Anyone who's been cheated on knows exactly how hard this is.
00:05:21I don't know if what I know is a for sure thing.
00:05:24And all I have to go off of is gut instinct.
00:05:26All I have to go off of is as soon as I left Portland, she just stopped talking to me.
00:05:31Silly me, I guess, dude.
00:05:35She just didn't care.
00:05:40I've been so stupid.
00:05:45Yeah, yeah.
00:05:49This is the last time we're going to see each other ever again.
00:05:54Ever again.
00:05:55And this is heartbreaking for me.
00:06:01I feel like my heart's beating so fast, my hands are going numb.
00:06:26I know this is tough.
00:06:27This is the closure.
00:06:28Who was that that dropped you off?
00:06:29I just had a friend drop me off at interviews today.
00:06:54The truth this time, I think.
00:07:03Oh, man.
00:07:04If you only knew.
00:07:06Oh, I have a feeling.
00:07:09It's probably been, what, a dozen since I've been gone?
00:07:12At least.
00:07:14Oh, boy.
00:07:15This is going to be a long day.
00:07:17Are you ready to meet the investigator?
00:07:18I'm ready.
00:07:22This is your final boy.
00:07:23And I am the final boy.
00:07:24I hope everything good.
00:07:25Get this up for you.
00:07:26At this point, it's mad annoying.
00:07:27I have been falsely accused of vandalizing Demodric's baby mama's car.
00:07:32Kiana allegedly put dumb on my window and allegedly flattened my tires.
00:07:37You're okay.
00:07:38I feel a lot of emotions because this mess with Joela could jeopardize everything I have.
00:07:44It's too much.
00:07:45You hear your presence.
00:07:46It really does mean a lot to me.
00:07:51And I appreciate you for that.
00:07:52You know, I got you.
00:07:53You know, I got you.
00:07:54You're okay.
00:07:55You're okay.
00:07:56I feel a lot of emotions because this mess with Joela could jeopardize everything I have.
00:08:04It's too much.
00:08:05You hear your presence.
00:08:08It really does mean a lot to me.
00:08:11And I appreciate you for that.
00:08:14You know, I got you.
00:08:17Baby mama, what's happening?
00:08:29Sir, I got a name.
00:08:32What's up?
00:08:33Talk to me.
00:08:34I was looking for your son, but I'm cool with talking to you.
00:08:37Well, talk to me.
00:08:38Tell me what's going on.
00:08:39The investigator came by the house.
00:08:42They want me to drop the charges.
00:08:44I understand why she would go about stuff that way because of her feelings.
00:08:49But at the same time, like, I got his kids.
00:08:52And I don't want these situations to keep happening.
00:08:56I feel like I wouldn't have did something like that to her because she got kids.
00:09:00Kiana take care of her business.
00:09:01She go to work.
00:09:02She go to school.
00:09:03You know what I'm saying?
00:09:04So that'll be me taking from her and her kids.
00:09:09We've got some updates.
00:09:10So I've got the police reports and all the evidence that the prosecutor's office is presented to.
00:09:14me.
00:09:15I've reviewed it.
00:09:16And Keith has met with Juela.
00:09:18So I can kind of let him give you an update on what he learned through that meeting.
00:09:23OK.
00:09:24So in talking with Juela, obviously she wants whoever did it to be held responsible for it.
00:09:30She truly believes, I think, it's one of you guys.
00:09:33She's not sure which one.
00:09:35But she's indicated to me she absolutely did not do this herself.
00:09:39I did talk to her about signing an affidavit of non-prosecution.
00:09:44It's a document that we present to her and it lays out the fact that you want this case
00:09:49to go away and she was more about what's in it for me if I do this.
00:09:54She wants to be reimbursed for the property damage.
00:09:57But I already reimbursed her money before anything happened.
00:10:02OK.
00:10:03Yeah.
00:10:04You told me you paid for the tires.
00:10:05I asked you, how much did they cost?
00:10:07Paid for them as soon as I could.
00:10:09Well, she indicated there was some property inside her vehicle that was destroyed.
00:10:13So what she's looking for is money.
00:10:16And she indicated she wants to have a one-on-one meeting with you.
00:10:21And this is an affidavit of non-prosecution.
00:10:24I ain't decided what to do.
00:10:26I'm not going to try to tell you what to do.
00:10:28But growing up here, it's hard sometimes when you feel someone's done you wrong.
00:10:33You want to be justified.
00:10:35But being magnanimous and just granting someone forgiveness just because that's growth.
00:10:43I think Joela made an emotional decision by pressing the charges.
00:10:48But when you're going to act out like that, I can't defend that.
00:10:53Think about the things that you do before you do them.
00:10:56Growth is always more important than justice.
00:11:00Money is not enough for me to drop the charges against.
00:11:04Kiana, because I feel like she can face me as a woman if you can mess up my stuff.
00:11:09All right, pups. I'll see you later.
00:11:11I'm going to go to the house.
00:11:13Tell the boys to say what's up.
00:11:14All right.
00:11:17Everybody always make me feel ugly inside or feel like bullied.
00:11:23After this, I want to fuck them out of my life.
00:11:38Her wanting to meet with you.
00:11:42What are your thoughts on that?
00:11:44Um...
00:11:50Where's your son?
00:11:51I don't know.
00:11:52He's here.
00:11:53What are you following your tongue with me?
00:11:54To go get a brick?
00:11:55I'd make that money in one day.
00:11:56Is there something going on that I need to know about?
00:11:59Lurie, do you know what's going on with Troy?
00:12:01I love you genuinely.
00:12:03Moving forward, I just...
00:12:12If I go this way, I'm going to Kathy's.
00:12:16If I go that way, I'm going to Alex's.
00:12:19I guess we're gonna go...
00:12:35What do you want to talk about?
00:12:37No, there's nothing to talk about.
00:12:39You haven't wanted to talk this entire time.
00:12:42Now you find out about a baby.
00:12:44Now you want to talk.
00:12:46Now you want to figure it out.
00:12:48Where the was that energy when we were screwing?
00:12:52When you was coming over here late nights?
00:12:55When you weren't happy with her?
00:12:58Feeding me all the lies.
00:13:00I'm not that person.
00:13:01I'm not that way.
00:13:02They weren't lies.
00:13:03Nothing I told you was a lie.
00:13:04It's just goddamn complicated.
00:13:06How do I...
00:13:07Walk the away from it, James.
00:13:09Walk the away from it.
00:13:10James?
00:13:11Run for a long time.
00:13:13Run on for a long time.
00:13:18I'll like you.
00:13:19Bye.
00:13:20I'll like you.
00:13:24I have a great amount of love for Alex.
00:13:29For anyone who's ever met her, you would understand that Alex is one of a kind.
00:13:34She's a genuine person, so it's easy to be around us, easy to like her.
00:13:38Eleven missed calls. That's crazy.
00:13:41But, like, Brooke, it's my baby, you know?
00:13:44Like, she been there when a lot of people wouldn't.
00:13:46I met her when I was at one of my lowest points in my life.
00:13:49She looked out for me, you know what I'm saying?
00:13:51But I ain't sitting here just saying I hope that Alex's child is mine.
00:13:56I'm just saying that, like, I've been one of a child in my life.
00:13:59And it's like, if God bless me for one and it happened to be from her, then I'm going to accept it.
00:14:06James, I don't know what the going on, but it takes two seconds to answer a goddamn phone call.
00:14:12You ain't too busy. You probably got the in your hand playing with your little
00:14:17into the phone. Press the green button.
00:14:21Answer the goddamn phone.
00:14:26And then people wonder why I act the way I act and do what I do.
00:14:29I mean, come on, man.
00:14:29I shouldn't have to deal with the all the goddamn time.
00:14:31I don't...
00:14:32I'm tired of dealing with the man.
00:14:35I ain't going to tell Brooke about the pregnancy.
00:14:37I think that I will just wait to see if it's real and if it is mine.
00:14:41And if it is, then I'll probably just tell it in.
00:14:44Like, I'm at the end of my rope, you know what I'm saying?
00:14:48Like, I'm to my last straw.
00:14:49Like, I don't know what to do no more.
00:14:53Hey, babe.
00:14:54What's up, mama?
00:14:55So how was your day, hon?
00:15:00Well, I, uh, had to go talk to Alex.
00:15:07Alex?
00:15:08Yeah.
00:15:09I mean...
00:15:10And what do you got to go talk to Alex for?
00:15:13Well, because apparently she's, uh...
00:15:16She's pregnant.
00:15:19Oh, Lord.
00:15:22And that has to do with you what?
00:15:26I mean, goddamn, mama put it together.
00:15:30What the hell are you doing, JK?
00:15:34So you were sleeping with Alex and Brooke?
00:15:37Right, what you mean?
00:15:38Don't think they were sleeping.
00:15:39You had Alex and Brooke.
00:15:45Well, you know, when you first get out,
00:15:47you kind of, uh...
00:15:49You know, you kind of got...
00:15:50Don't add some nonchalant about it.
00:15:52You're supposed to be committed to this girl.
00:15:55You told me you didn't want anything else
00:15:57to do with Alex ever again.
00:16:00You called me and told me...
00:16:02That's right, I told you everything.
00:16:03...do not have anything more to do with this woman.
00:16:05That's right.
00:16:05And I did what you said.
00:16:08I did that. I said that.
00:16:09Okay, and if this baby happens to be yours...
00:16:14I'm gonna love the out of it and raise it.
00:16:17But I'm still gonna tell you
00:16:19when she has that baby,
00:16:20if she tries to pin it on you...
00:16:22Well, we DNA all the way.
00:16:24DNA all the way?
00:16:24What do you mean?
00:16:25We DNA all the way?
00:16:26Mama, I understand that.
00:16:27I'm just gonna see if he's there.
00:16:33Just go from there, I guess.
00:16:37Good God, JK.
00:16:38When are you gonna grow up?
00:16:40I don't know what kind of game
00:16:41you're playing with these females,
00:16:43but it's not a good game.
00:16:45You're better than that.
00:16:48And you were taught better than that.
00:16:49I'll be damned if it's an
00:16:56okay in here.
00:16:59That's a bet.
00:17:02All right, well,
00:17:03I'm gonna take a shower.
00:17:05If Brooke calls,
00:17:06tell her I ain't here.
00:17:07I ain't telling her nothing,
00:17:08because I'm not lying to her.
00:17:10I'm saying,
00:17:11tell her I ain't here or something?
00:17:12You can lie to her,
00:17:13but I ain't gonna lie to her.
00:17:19JK, answer this
00:17:21Oh, I hear her mouth.
00:17:30Do you know what's going on with Troy?
00:17:33I love you, Gene.
00:17:34I'm always loving you.
00:17:35Are you okay with Troy?
00:17:37What the is wrong with you?
00:17:39If it was good then,
00:17:40it's good now.
00:17:41It's not good, it's not.
00:17:42No, you know what?
00:17:43back.
00:17:48The attraction is definitely there.
00:17:50I need to have a smoke, dude.
00:17:52I don't give a what you think.
00:17:53You're mad that I moved on already.
00:17:55You want to know the craziest thing?
00:17:56We the other day.
00:18:05What's been going on with you?
00:18:07I need to hear from my attorney.
00:18:09I mean, I'm just not a patient person,
00:18:10but in this case,
00:18:11he has such a huge weight
00:18:13on his shoulders or something.
00:18:14Yeah, but...
00:18:15Like, it's a lot.
00:18:16And it sucks.
00:18:17Mm-hmm.
00:18:18And, but that's,
00:18:19I've been through this enough to know,
00:18:21you know,
00:18:22prepare for the worst,
00:18:23but expect the best.
00:18:24Yes.
00:18:26It's my attorney, okay?
00:18:27I'm gonna go.
00:18:27All right.
00:18:28Hi.
00:18:31Yes.
00:18:35Are you serious?
00:18:38Done.
00:18:39I'm done filming.
00:18:40I gotta go.
00:18:40I gotta go.
00:18:41I gotta go.
00:18:42I gotta go.
00:18:47Oh.
00:18:49I wish I could just not have to worry about,
00:18:51like,
00:18:52it's just,
00:18:55it's a lot.
00:18:56Scary situation.
00:18:59My attorney finally calls me,
00:19:02says,
00:19:02not really what I wanted to hear,
00:19:04what I wanted to hear,
00:19:05what the charges are gonna be dropped.
00:19:07Mommy.
00:19:08Mommy, baby.
00:19:11It does concern me,
00:19:13because what would happen to my daughters,
00:19:16my husband and Mari,
00:19:18if I was to go away?
00:19:21I'm just not sure really what to do.
00:19:25I mean,
00:19:25this case is just really different from my past.
00:19:29My past cases from years and years ago.
00:19:33I do have another felony
00:19:34that was from a fraud.
00:19:36It was a fraud situation.
00:19:38So I was writing bad checks.
00:19:40So I would have multiple banks
00:19:43and write checks between them.
00:19:45Check for $12,000, $13,000.
00:19:49Knowing that there wasn't no money in there,
00:19:52and cash them out.
00:19:53Then I started getting in trouble.
00:19:56Then I lied on my food stamp application.
00:19:59I didn't claim the income that I was receiving.
00:20:02I eventually went to prison for the fraud charge.
00:20:07The white color crimes that I have gotten convicted for in the past,
00:20:11I did eight months in 2018.
00:20:15I only had one child at the time,
00:20:17but just allowing my parents to take care of her while I was incarcerated was very hard.
00:20:24I feel like nobody can take care of my kids better than I can.
00:20:27So I swore to myself that I would never be taken away from my kids again.
00:20:34If you have a prior criminal history through the court,
00:20:39they really can enhance your charge.
00:20:41So you can go from, in my case, five years to a 15-year charge
00:20:46just because I got in trouble in my past.
00:20:50Son, you grab that pot and put some water in it, please.
00:20:53What's up, Bajora?
00:20:54Hi, Dajai.
00:20:56Eggs.
00:20:57Ew.
00:21:00I'm ready to eat like yesterday.
00:21:01You hear me?
00:21:02I know.
00:21:02I'm sorry.
00:21:03It's almost done.
00:21:04What about Naraya?
00:21:04Where's she at?
00:21:05Work?
00:21:05Oh, yep, yep.
00:21:07Mara, what's she doing?
00:21:08You know he ready to eat?
00:21:09I know you like to eat, so I've made plenty of chicken, okay?
00:21:14Well, I'm thankful for family.
00:21:16They provide a home for me.
00:21:18Aw.
00:21:19Come on now.
00:21:22I'm going to always be here for you.
00:21:24I'm going to always have your bag.
00:21:26Yeah.
00:21:31Cool.
00:21:32It's all right.
00:21:33Oh, God.
00:21:36Mara, you see what you're going to do, Mara?
00:21:37No, no, teary tracker, okay?
00:21:41I'm dead.
00:21:42All right, go clear your plate.
00:21:48So I talk with my lawyer today.
00:21:51They mentioned a plea.
00:21:54Oh, yeah?
00:21:54That right.
00:21:55Mm-hmm.
00:21:56How do you feel about it?
00:21:57I don't think it's fair for me to plead for something that technically isn't what they're saying.
00:22:06If I take it to trial and I lose, then I'm looking at, you know, quite some time.
00:22:11If something, God forbid, was to happen as far as you having to go through time, what would happen with the kids and whatnot, you know?
00:22:20Um, as far as Mara, yeah.
00:22:22I mean, her dad is obviously active, so she would definitely, no question, you know, I mean, that's his child.
00:22:29Then we have the situation with Kira.
00:22:31If something was to happen to me, the biological person, he might try to take her from me.
00:22:36Wow.
00:22:37And he could, unless somebody fought for her, you know?
00:22:41You're her father.
00:22:42You've been there since she was three years old.
00:22:45If you were to adopt her, you've got rights, equal rights, just like me.
00:22:53I feel like, you know, we got a lot on our plates right now with this whole case thing and everything.
00:22:58You definitely did your part, as far as I know, to help hold me down while I was incarcerated.
00:23:05Five years.
00:23:05I was there, too, so I know what comes with that.
00:23:14I'm like, what the f**k?
00:23:16While he was locked up, I was out there, you know, visiting.
00:23:20I mean, I've done a lot.
00:23:22And he has done things for me, too, but it is not a comparison.
00:23:28It's definitely different holding somebody down when you're out, you know?
00:23:33I don't like the little stuff being thrown around.
00:23:36She did this.
00:23:38People may feel that it's just me leaning on somebody.
00:23:41That's not reality.
00:23:42I was able to put work in, too.
00:23:44You know what I'm saying?
00:23:45It ain't just what Tis was able to do for Keefe.
00:23:48I went out the warehouse and pictures, money, all that.
00:23:50You know what I'm saying?
00:23:52Oh, no, you got a delivery.
00:23:54Oh, my God.
00:23:55He is always surprising me.
00:23:57But the possibility of her having to go to jail, it could be messed up for all of us.
00:24:03They got duck.
00:24:19Ew.
00:24:19I had duck when I was in jail.
00:24:21You're eating a duck?
00:24:23Yeah.
00:24:24You eat chicken.
00:24:25That's not a duck.
00:24:27They're cousins.
00:24:27About to do it.
00:24:36Let's go, girl.
00:24:40I feel like my Buffalo trip was successful.
00:24:43I got to reunite some family members together.
00:24:47I got to get my dad's ashes, which meant a lot to me.
00:24:50I got to surprisingly see my daughter.
00:24:53I know how to write my name in person.
00:24:54Maybe that's just my way of maturing and God trying to show me something.
00:25:05Hey, everybody.
00:25:07So, thank you all for being here.
00:25:11I appreciate you.
00:25:14And moving forward into my future and my new life, we got re-engaged.
00:25:20I re-proposed to my wife and asked her to re-marry me.
00:25:23And if it's possible, I would like for my family to be able to attend our wedding.
00:25:27Obviously, it's going to be bigger than all of us can expect it to be.
00:25:30Right.
00:25:31And they're trying to all these families together and we're going to get re-married to my wife.
00:25:35I love you, beautiful.
00:25:36Congratulations.
00:25:37Cheers.
00:25:37We're here today.
00:25:38You too.
00:25:39Cheers.
00:25:40You did it?
00:25:40Yay!
00:25:41Yay!
00:25:42Yay!
00:25:43Yay!
00:25:45Yes!
00:25:45Yeah!
00:25:45Look, you're so excited.
00:25:48George.
00:25:48Huh?
00:25:49George.
00:25:49You don't plan on having it anymore.
00:25:52Yeah, after we have our wedding.
00:25:53Yes.
00:25:55You sure you don't want to announce the pregnancy right now?
00:25:57Everybody here.
00:25:59It's a perfect time.
00:26:01No, I don't.
00:26:02Because I don't have my family, you know, and I'm only a month along.
00:26:09I don't have time for, you know, any bad luck or anything.
00:26:13So.
00:26:14I ain't going to say that.
00:26:15Do me a solid.
00:26:16I'm not going to say nothing.
00:26:17Okay.
00:26:19I ain't even there.
00:26:21I got a hot one in the car.
00:26:24Yeah, daddy took it.
00:26:25It's so hard.
00:26:27Do you really know what's going on with Troy?
00:26:30I don't know.
00:26:31I think he's just really emotional from today, you know?
00:26:35It's a lot.
00:26:36Well, I'm here to get Troy.
00:26:42We good as far as co-parenting.
00:26:45It's no issue.
00:26:46No drama, none of that.
00:26:48Because Troy happiness is what matters, though.
00:26:50Man, she's happy right now.
00:26:52Right.
00:26:53She's chilling.
00:26:53She got to eat what she want, do what she want to do.
00:26:55She got to be with her dad.
00:26:56She had fun.
00:26:57And I am ready to move forward.
00:27:00Me and Zaria, we don't hold nothing from each other.
00:27:03But, like, I'm striving to build this relationship with my baby mother as well.
00:27:08So she could trust me enough to be like, you know what?
00:27:11All right, you can take your daughter for a week or two, you know?
00:27:15My daughter's mother, I love you genuinely.
00:27:17I'm going to always love you.
00:27:18I don't got no problem with you.
00:27:20And I just want you to be happy.
00:27:23I am, thank you.
00:27:24Just striving to be a better woman and a better mother.
00:27:27I see that.
00:27:28I pay attention.
00:27:28I appreciate that.
00:27:30Moving forward.
00:27:31Hopefully one day, you, my wife, y'all on your own time, however y'all see fit.
00:27:36Yeah, it has nothing to do with you, but we don't got to never reiterate that choice.
00:27:40So it's nothing like I'm being childish or I'm being a kid and not being a woman.
00:27:45But there's no reason for me and her to have to deal.
00:27:48You understand what I'm saying?
00:27:50That's the way to keep everything peaceful.
00:27:51That's how I see it.
00:27:53That's just how I see fit.
00:27:55That's all.
00:27:55I would love you for that.
00:27:56Appreciate you.
00:27:58Welcome.
00:27:59I don't want to deal with Zaria at all.
00:28:01There's no reason for me to deal with her.
00:28:02I don't have a child with her.
00:28:03Okay, that's enough.
00:28:10Just stay in your lane when it comes to my daughter.
00:28:12My daughter is none of your concern.
00:28:15Hi.
00:28:16Hi, mom.
00:28:16How was your stay with your dad?
00:28:18Good.
00:28:19I'm off of my daughter's smile.
00:28:21That's it.
00:28:22All right.
00:28:23Love you.
00:28:23I love you, beautiful.
00:28:25You can call your daddy whenever you want to.
00:28:26Okay.
00:28:27As long as I got breath in my body.
00:28:29There's no part of me that won't be a part of Zaria life.
00:28:32Absolutely not.
00:28:32Are you okay, Zaria?
00:28:37I'm okay.
00:28:38Keep going.
00:28:38Yeah, baby.
00:28:39I'm just tired of you mentally.
00:28:42I don't tell you the phone, but you got through it.
00:28:45I love you.
00:28:46You got like a G you can send me real quick?
00:28:56She's going to end up leaving.
00:28:58And at this point, I'm willing to do anything to make this happen.
00:29:01You're charged with a class B misdemeanor.
00:29:04The ball's in her court.
00:29:06We're playing her game.
00:29:07Keanu knew the consequences.
00:29:09You the conniving bitch.
00:29:11We just had this big mom talk.
00:29:13Don't come to my mom's house.
00:29:15And so the woman, I won't have to come to your mom's house.
00:29:17He got to get out.
00:29:18Brooke, you don't need to come over no more.
00:29:19No way.
00:29:26Police, open up!
00:29:31All you don't have to do all that.
00:29:34Thank you, Commissioner.
00:29:35Poor dad.
00:29:36We like things done by the book.
00:29:46I would pay for my parts.
00:29:49What?
00:29:51My dress.
00:29:55My family.
00:29:56Yo, I need a sec.
00:29:57You're doing too much right now.
00:29:59Pay for your part.
00:30:00Pay for the dinner.
00:30:01It's going to be costly.
00:30:06I'm just going to let go now.
00:30:13And I get it.
00:30:15Got nine kids.
00:30:17One in college.
00:30:19Actually, I'm having two in college now.
00:30:25Aggregated.
00:30:26Pissed off.
00:30:28I mean, who says that?
00:30:29She'll pay for her part.
00:30:32I'm going to talk to him.
00:30:33Today was too good of a day.
00:30:36I don't want it to be a hot mess.
00:30:38The s*** don't make sense, man.
00:30:40She's done so much for me.
00:30:41And now it's time to do for her.
00:30:43And I'm coming up short.
00:30:45It's becoming unrealistic.
00:30:46And the more we talk about it,
00:30:48the more I'm just starting to feel like a f***ing failure.
00:30:51I'm frustrated because back in the days,
00:30:53I'd make that money in one day.
00:30:54All I got to do is make a few calls.
00:30:56And everyone else is happy.
00:30:58But the reason why I moved to Vegas
00:30:59was to get away from this.
00:31:00this type of lifestyle
00:31:02and, you know,
00:31:03the thoughts of being in that lifestyle.
00:31:05It's too much.
00:31:11So you were such a good day.
00:31:13Like, I don't want to ruin it like this.
00:31:15I just don't understand why you're getting so upset.
00:31:17It's just because it's not realistic.
00:31:19At this point, it's not.
00:31:20Okay, but...
00:31:21Look, I had a certain budget in my head
00:31:23because I thought that that was going to be
00:31:25something that we could handle just fine.
00:31:29Like, I'm not trying to go back and forth with you.
00:31:33And it is what it is.
00:31:35There is a disappointment.
00:31:36I'm not disappointed.
00:31:37Right there.
00:31:37No, no, no, no, no.
00:31:38Not yet.
00:31:40Not yet.
00:31:41It's fine.
00:31:43You want me to go get a brick?
00:31:44I could do that real quick.
00:31:46I'll take the money, get a brick,
00:31:48and I'll flip that s*** into three.
00:31:49Now there's wedding, there's s***.
00:31:51A Ferrari if you want it.
00:31:53I'm not going to tell a grown man
00:31:54how to stay out of jail.
00:31:56It's dumb.
00:31:57Why would it put me in jail?
00:31:58It's a one-time thing.
00:32:01Okay.
00:32:02We're supposed to be partners.
00:32:06I would never ask you,
00:32:07whether it be a wedding or not,
00:32:09to compromise your freedom
00:32:11or do anything like that.
00:32:11Of course, but I know that.
00:32:13I'm just saying that.
00:32:14Sometimes, you know,
00:32:15I bust my ass for the $3,000 or $4,000 with my mate.
00:32:18And then I remember that I made that s***.
00:32:21In 25 seconds back then,
00:32:23by 12 o'clock, I had 12 grand.
00:32:25I understand.
00:32:26But, you know,
00:32:27that 12 grand was completely useless to you
00:32:30while you were gone.
00:32:31So is it really worth it?
00:32:33Do you plan on going back to jail?
00:32:35No.
00:32:38I don't want to stay in there.
00:32:39I don't want to start f***ing, cursing and s***.
00:32:42We don't need to get to that point.
00:32:44That's crazy.
00:32:44I already have a stigma on me.
00:32:46I'm the jailbird.
00:32:47Okay, but those are stigmas you put on yourself.
00:32:50Nobody's saying that about you.
00:32:51Those are things you're putting on yourself.
00:32:53We're all in there trying to find a solution.
00:32:55We're all in there trying to make it work.
00:32:58There's something else going on.
00:33:01I need to know how to read you,
00:33:02and I can tell when something's up.
00:33:04I don't want to talk about it anymore right now.
00:33:07I'm really honestly confused.
00:33:09He's the one who promised me this big wedding,
00:33:11and now feels like he's going back on his word.
00:33:14You're going to wait for me at least?
00:33:15I'm just wondering,
00:33:17is there something going on that I need to know about?
00:33:30She indicated she wants to have a one-on-one meeting with you.
00:33:34What are your thoughts on that?
00:33:35At this point, I don't know.
00:33:48Okay.
00:33:49Because there's no talking with someone like that.
00:33:53All she's going to do is bark.
00:33:56Keith, what do you think's the chance that she's going to sign
00:33:59without all these contingencies that she wants?
00:34:01I'd say it's almost a 0% chance.
00:34:04Okay.
00:34:05As a reminder, you're charged with a Class B misdemeanor.
00:34:08The ball's in her court if she wants to sign the affidavit or not,
00:34:12but we're playing her game.
00:34:14Right.
00:34:15But either way, we're not going to push it at all,
00:34:18but just see what develops there naturally through Joela.
00:34:22I feel like it's a setup.
00:34:25My focus is on trying to resolve your criminal case
00:34:27so you don't have that hanging on your shoulders.
00:34:29I don't know what I'm going to do.
00:34:34Any other questions y'all have or you have?
00:34:37No questions.
00:34:38It sounds pretty good to me.
00:34:40Joela, again.
00:34:42Man, if a gorilla was mad at the lion,
00:34:48do you think we could put the gorilla and the lion in the same cage?
00:34:53On any terms.
00:34:54F*** up.
00:34:56Demandrick, it's nice meeting you, man.
00:34:57I appreciate you.
00:34:58Y'all have a good one.
00:34:59Have a good rest of your day.
00:35:00Let's get it, baby.
00:35:01Let's go.
00:35:02These people are going to fight.
00:35:03The king of the jungle versus the biggest ape.
00:35:06These women, territorial, territorial, common enemies.
00:35:11Definitely, definitely not going to work.
00:35:13Definitely not going to work.
00:35:14It's really a hard decision because I feel like everybody playing me.
00:35:20I mean, I was all in for not signing it and just, you know, letting happen or whatever happens.
00:35:25But this paper is burning a hole in my pocket.
00:35:30I'm sorry.
00:35:38I'm a woman that's going to express herself.
00:35:40And Kiana might not do that, but baby, I'm going to let you know how I feel.
00:35:45She knew the consequences.
00:35:47Let's get out of it.
00:35:48Come on.
00:35:48Hey, f*** happens.
00:35:51You the conniving bitch.
00:35:52She can't move on because she's too busy focusing her eyes on my life and wishing she was in my position.
00:36:02But you're not going to falsely accuse me and think you're going to get away with it.
00:36:06Oh, Lord, what's the price you got from me?
00:36:15It's giving me anxiety.
00:36:17I just need to do it.
00:36:18Got some news that I need to tell you.
00:36:20What, y'all breaking up?
00:36:23God forbid I do have to go away.
00:36:25A man cannot hold a woman down the same way that a woman has held them down.
00:36:30Did you even want to marry me?
00:36:33Don't come to my f***ing mom's house tripping like this.
00:36:36He's going to the other girl's house.
00:36:37He got to get out.
00:36:39No f***ing way.
00:36:57So is the wife.
00:36:58Ready to get this f*** off the whip?
00:37:01You're looking good.
00:37:03You all look good for a possible mugshot.
00:37:06I'm a stiletto wearing felon.
00:37:13How you feeling though, man?
00:37:15I'm ready to go in there, sign this plea.
00:37:19I just want to get it over with.
00:37:20Did you consider taking that f***?
00:37:22I thought you wanted to go all the way.
00:37:23Yeah, I mean, if I didn't have all this, you know, you, the kid, I would have fought it.
00:37:29Last night, it was kind of hard to sleep.
00:37:32My case and court date was on my mind heavy.
00:37:35But I decided I'm going to take the plea so that I don't got to worry about them using my mother f***ing history against me and losing and doing more time.
00:37:45Just because we have agreed on a plea doesn't mean that it's set in stone.
00:37:51You still got to go before a judge and the judge has to accept that plea.
00:37:56Let's say if they don't take the deal, let's say the f***ing judge don't accept it.
00:37:59You know what I mean?
00:38:00So if the judge doesn't accept that plea, then, b***h, we going to trial.
00:38:04I'm actually facing 15 years, okay?
00:38:07The thing is, you need to be out here holding me down, taking care of the kids, okay?
00:38:13No b***hes, none of that f***.
00:38:15B***h, what the f*** a b***h got to do with this?
00:38:17No, I'm just saying.
00:38:18One, you already know what the f*** I am or what the f*** I do, you know what I'm saying?
00:38:21You might be put to the test.
00:38:23Bring all the f*** tests, do it.
00:38:25I did time with you, you might have to do some time with me.
00:38:28I did my time with you while I was in there, too.
00:38:30You did, we did time together.
00:38:32This is not about, this is my court date that we're getting ready for.
00:38:36So hype me up, goddammit.
00:38:38I'm going to go in here and f***ing face this m***h judge.
00:38:41You don't f***ing bystander at this point when we go in here.
00:38:44But y'all felt, look, the f*** said that my man has held me down.
00:38:47I have gone into specific with certain things, okay?
00:38:51So don't ever make it seem like I'm just like, oh yeah, I held him down, I held him.
00:38:55I'm not that type of b***h.
00:38:56But b***h stayed by your side out here on the street, okay?
00:39:01You know what I'm saying?
00:39:02So, and I dropped everything to come and see you.
00:39:05Tish did this, Tish did that.
00:39:07I did a f***ing lot, you know what I'm saying?
00:39:09You shouldn't have got me f***ing started, okay?
00:39:11Let's eat, let's go, come on.
00:39:13I'm going, get off me.
00:39:15I need to pack this because I'm going to have to recurl my hair again.
00:39:17F***.
00:39:18Keith is pissing me the f*** off.
00:39:20It's a never-ending argument.
00:39:22I don't need this right now.
00:39:24Let's go.
00:39:24God forbid I do have to go away.
00:39:27Ah, f***.
00:39:29Because even though Keith is a very loyal man, a man cannot hold a woman down the same way
00:39:35that a woman has held them down.
00:39:38Let's go.
00:39:39Your wife is ready to go.
00:39:41This is a strategy.
00:39:42I'm going to take the plea so that I don't got to worry about my husband.
00:39:47All the energy today, you know?
00:39:49I wonder who started it.
00:39:53You?
00:39:56If Tisha ended up going to jail, let's run.
00:40:01Now I have to get used for her not being there.
00:40:05That ain't something I really want to go through.
00:40:09Come on.
00:40:10Okay.
00:40:11Yeah.
00:40:17There's been enough ups and downs, I feel like.
00:40:20F***.
00:40:22Where's he at?
00:40:23What the f*** is wrong with you?
00:40:24You are.
00:40:25What's wrong with me?
00:40:26I'm damn near like to where I've had enough.
00:40:28I'm going to walk away.
00:40:28F***.
00:40:29Damn.
00:40:29No f***ing way.
00:40:42Feeling okay?
00:40:44Yeah.
00:40:45Going to have a good day.
00:40:46We're going to go to Times Square.
00:40:48Go see a show and I'll give my goodbyes to my mother.
00:40:52The last thing I want to do is like go back to Vegas and then we kind of like fall back
00:41:03into the old ways type thing, you know?
00:41:06Yeah.
00:41:07I'm extremely nervous.
00:41:08I prayed all night.
00:41:10I haven't been honest and I haven't told Justine what's going on.
00:41:14I don't want to ruin our relationship.
00:41:18Sherry.
00:41:19Hey.
00:41:19What's going on?
00:41:21Hey.
00:41:21Did you get some rest last night?
00:41:23That's to my ability.
00:41:25I am ready.
00:41:28All right.
00:41:30Are those upside down?
00:41:31No.
00:41:32But my life at times is.
00:41:34Very New York.
00:41:36All right.
00:41:37I'm going to make a few phone calls while I'm up here real quick.
00:41:40Sherry, have a safe trip.
00:41:41Bye.
00:41:42Nice seeing you.
00:41:43Thank you for everything.
00:41:44You're welcome.
00:41:49You want to get something to drink?
00:41:50Yeah.
00:41:51So you liked the place yesterday?
00:41:54Yeah, I did.
00:41:55I liked it a lot.
00:41:57You know, I wouldn't want to plan a wedding and not be planning it with me, obviously, because
00:42:01that wasn't the way I wanted it.
00:42:02That wasn't the way I would have ever thought of it being.
00:42:05So I'm just hoping that we could do something better, because I was even contemplating if I was even going to ask you to come to New York.
00:42:12Well, did you think I would say no?
00:42:13Well, sometimes it's a toss-up.
00:42:16I don't know how things are going to go.
00:42:18And I don't want things to be bad.
00:42:20Yeah, but your biggest problem, Justine, is since you turned maybe 12, 13, you just rebelled.
00:42:29I know.
00:42:29And you had so much anger in you that you just wanted to do whatever you wanted to do, whether it was right or wrong.
00:42:38And that's how we butt heads.
00:42:40I know that.
00:42:41That's where it comes from.
00:42:43But it's clear that, you know, maybe I'm not as solid with all that father s**t.
00:42:53You blame me to some degree for your father.
00:42:58There's only so many things I can tell you.
00:43:01I mean, I had you, and I think it was two weeks later he took off into the Navy.
00:43:08That was it.
00:43:08The relationship with my father growing up was, I seen my dad a couple times.
00:43:16The last time we seen each other, just a few years ago, we left off on such s**t terms.
00:43:23Then, you know, my kids, before they became part of Mike's family, didn't have a grandfather.
00:43:29And that's, that's horrible.
00:43:35A lot of the reasons why I was so angry so young, it wasn't my fault.
00:43:39It's just like, I have these weird flashes of things that I remember.
00:43:42Like, I remember he walked out on my birthday.
00:43:45I was turning 16, and all the other girls get to dance with their dad on their birthday.
00:43:49And so he comes in, and I was, like, super excited about it, and I turned my head to tell my friend, oh, yeah, that's my dad.
00:43:59And I turned back, and he was gone.
00:44:03Gone.
00:44:03Left the property gone.
00:44:04I'm just glad I have this family, and these kids, and an amazing husband, and this beautiful life that we built.
00:44:13But, you know, I feel like something, for sure, is always missing with me.
00:44:19I think his absence is the reason why the relationship kind of has been messy with you and I.
00:44:29But it's not because of you, it's because of how his absence affected me.
00:44:36But you know what, Justin, he made those choices a long, long time ago.
00:44:41There were times he was going to pick you up, and I'd have you all dressed up.
00:44:45You'd be sitting on the couch, and lo and behold, never show up.
00:44:48I'm a couch kid, and sad, because I ended up raising a couple couch kids myself.
00:44:56The only thing that confuses me about the whole thing is, when you grow up with something right from day one that is not in the picture,
00:45:06how do you end up with these abandonment issues?
00:45:08Sometimes it can be hard for me to understand, so I think our relationship is starting to get better,
00:45:15but I think there's a lot of work that still needs to be done.
00:45:19But I've seen a lot of growth in her, and I love Justine.
00:45:25Maybe you can come out to Vegas more, you know, because I want you to know the kids, obviously.
00:45:31Like, I know you know them, but I want them to know you and stuff like that.
00:45:38There's been enough ups and downs, I feel like.
00:45:42I just don't feel like they're necessary.
00:45:44You know what I mean?
00:45:45Yeah.
00:45:49Good morning.
00:45:53Do you got, like, a G you can send me real quick?
00:45:57Yeah, I'll give it back to you once I get home.
00:45:59When I was in the streets, I didn't have to worry about, money was never an issue.
00:46:06And now that I'm thinking or formulating that the only way to please everyone is to go back to that lifestyle,
00:46:14an acquiring in these things isn't hard at all.
00:46:17All right, Ma, I love you.
00:46:18Bye, I love you.
00:46:20Bye.
00:46:21If I can't provide a glamorous wedding for Justine, she's going to end up leaving me.
00:46:25All right, here's my ride.
00:46:27All right.
00:46:28All right.
00:46:29And I do like the place.
00:46:31It looks good.
00:46:32At this point, I'm willing to do anything to make this happen.
00:46:35Loving you is a fantasy.
00:46:44John, do you like it's gravity?
00:46:46We're six months along.
00:46:49Yeah.
00:46:50Yeah, we're so excited.
00:46:52We are having a what?
00:46:55Boy.
00:46:56Oh, boy.
00:46:57Look, he kicking too.
00:46:59That's crazy.
00:46:59All day, all night, anywhere you want to be, I'm yours, you're mine.
00:47:08I don't ever want to leave.
00:47:12Hey, Ma.
00:47:13Hi.
00:47:14I got something that I need to tell you in person.
00:47:18Can you get on the train and come down here?
00:47:20Now, you calling me out the blue.
00:47:22This better be real important.
00:47:25It's real important.
00:47:26I wouldn't call you to come way out here for no nonsense.
00:47:30Who get me a ticket?
00:47:31Because I damn sure ain't.
00:47:33Ma, I'm about to get the ticket.
00:47:34I'm going to book the train.
00:47:36All right.
00:47:36To call me when you get everything booked.
00:47:39All right.
00:47:41Bye.
00:47:44Troy.
00:47:45Yes, baby?
00:47:47We got to open up the gifts from the people at your job, remember?
00:47:52I'm not going to open them until you get here.
00:47:56How did it go?
00:47:58I guess it went well.
00:48:01Get her train ticket and get her out here.
00:48:04I really hope that she does not come out here and pop off or give me any stress.
00:48:12But we're bringing a new baby into this world.
00:48:16We don't want there to be, you know, this rift.
00:48:20We have told my family about the baby and they're so excited.
00:48:27What is it, a little plush doll?
00:48:28But we have not told Karen because it's hot and colds with Karen and she's a handful.
00:48:37I ain't been home long and it's like everything just happened so fast and it got way too out of hand, way beyond my control.
00:48:53Now that I'm home, why didn't you never feel the need to come and see me while I was in prison?
00:48:59Alcohol made me take a fall.
00:49:01How do you feel like your relationship is going to now be with my wife?
00:49:05Y'all don't know each other outside of the jail.
00:49:08If it don't fit, don't force it.
00:49:10She's been very active and vocal in our relationship since I met Troy and things that she said and the things that she's done is just egregious.
00:49:20It's disrespectful.
00:49:22And certain things you just can't come right back from.
00:49:25Some boy been up in here and him and her having an affair and...
00:49:30Who?
00:49:31Zabria.
00:49:31You already know, you dumb...
00:49:34Stop acting like it's new information.
00:49:35Because she just now told me that...
00:49:37Stop acting like it's new information.
00:49:39He the one who cried to you.
00:49:41And what did you say?
00:49:42You need...
00:49:43I told you.
00:49:44Move on.
00:49:45What the...
00:49:45She's a psychopathic ass bitch.
00:49:49I'm spiraling out of control, trying to keep my family and everything in order.
00:49:56It's like, nah, I just got to focus on home first before I can worry about anything else.
00:49:59Yeah.
00:50:00I mean, and I totally get it.
00:50:04I don't know what the real issue is.
00:50:07I just know that every time she get mad at me, she decides that she want to take that shit out on my wife
00:50:11and make it seem like my wife is, you know, antagonizing her, being disrespectful.
00:50:16Whatever the case may be, she starts and then play victim about it.
00:50:23Aw, look at the little onesies.
00:50:27I hope telling Karen that we're about to have a new baby
00:50:30will kind of help us bring things together, squash all the beef and move forward.
00:50:36That's your mother at the end of the day.
00:50:41And I've done things and somebody had to forgive me.
00:50:45So you have to forgive her as well.
00:50:50I love you.
00:50:52And I love you too.
00:50:56Just stay positive.
00:50:58That's what you said, right?
00:51:00Karen, she's kind of like the last loose string in what we need to move forward.
00:51:06I just want my mother and Zaria to just develop their own relationship.
00:51:13Hey, Karen.
00:51:15What's up, ma?
00:51:17Zaria's my wife, and now it's more than my wife.
00:51:20Like, she's burying your grandchild.
00:51:23Ah, Lord, what surprise she got from me.
00:51:30So this is like your last chance in being in your grandchild's life.
00:51:35All right, ma, we on our way to the house.
00:51:37When we get there, just be kind, nice, Zaria.
00:51:40This is nice over here.
00:51:42I like this.
00:51:43Got some news that I need to tell you.
00:51:45I'm going to wait until we get in the house.
00:51:46What, y'all breaking up?
00:51:48No, ma, I'm not breaking up.
00:51:50Why would I call you way out here to tell you that we're breaking up?
00:51:52I don't even make sense.
00:51:53Well, I'm just taking a wild guess.
00:51:55I don't know.
00:51:56My mother and my wife seeing each other is giving me anxiety.
00:52:00I'm overly worried now, and it's just like, okay, I made the decision.
00:52:05There's no if, ands, or busts about it.
00:52:07I just need to do it.
00:52:09I'm just guessing.
00:52:13I don't care.
00:52:15You've grown.
00:52:16You've grown.
00:52:17You can do whatever you want to do.
00:52:26I have no remorse for that whole relationship.
00:52:29You're mad that I moved on already.
00:52:30There's everybody else except me.
00:52:32I should have just had a beer and spanked my went to bed, bro.
00:52:37This is crazy.
00:52:38Where's your son?
00:52:40He's here.
00:52:40He got to get out.
00:52:42Don't come to my mom's house.
00:52:43Answer the phone, and I won't have to come to your mom's house.
00:52:46No way.
00:52:56Who was that that dropped you off?
00:52:59I just had a friend drop me off.
00:53:01At interviews today.
00:53:08The truth this time, I think.
00:53:13Oh, man.
00:53:15If you only knew.
00:53:17Oh, I have a feeling.
00:53:20It's probably been, what, a dozen since I've been gone?
00:53:23At least.
00:53:25Oh, boy.
00:53:26This is going to be a long day.
00:53:31Like I'm trying to find.
00:53:34This is too good.
00:53:36You're dating the guy that dropped you off this morning?
00:53:40No, I'm not dating the guy that dropped me off this morning.
00:53:44The attraction is definitely there.
00:53:46There's no chance that I want to spend any more time with Courtney outside of this interview.
00:53:53As soon as I leave Portland, I'd be very happy to forget any of this ever happened.
00:53:57And I'm sure Courtney feels the same.
00:53:59I'm good on all that bull****, all that bull**** stability, all that bull**** knowing exactly what you're getting into every day.
00:54:06All that bull****, that dude that sends you flowers when you don't expect it.
00:54:09All that bull**** is wild.
00:54:11Yeah.
00:54:12That dude that just surprised you with bull****s and gifts and love.
00:54:18Oh, dude, yes.
00:54:20Damn, having a mother f*** love you unconditionally, that's hard as f***, huh?
00:54:24You're just like so negative all the time and like...
00:54:26Every day that we were having consistent conversations, every day that you were actually communicating with me...
00:54:32When I was in prison, we were non-stop laughing over the phone.
00:54:35And then what happened?
00:54:36And then the moment I get out...
00:54:38What happened when you got out?
00:54:39You stopped f***ing calling me.
00:54:41Where the hell have you been?
00:54:43I haven't heard from you in days.
00:54:44Oh, my God, dude.
00:54:52Not who I wanted that to be.
00:54:54Just answer the phone.
00:54:56I would have to chase you down for a conversation, Courtney.
00:54:58You're right.
00:54:59Isn't it wild that the moment that you don't have any other choice but me, that you talk to me.
00:55:04But when you have the world of choices in front of you, there's everybody else except me.
00:55:09You're right, Courtney, because I was texting you all the f***ing time.
00:55:12I was calling you constantly.
00:55:14Up until the point where I gave up, I was doing all the legwork to keep us in contact.
00:55:20I need to have a f***ing smoke, dude.
00:55:21I don't give a f***ing what you think.
00:55:24Wait, what does he think?
00:55:25That, like, you pulled up a dude in a car and threw it in his face.
00:55:29Kind of.
00:55:30Yeah.
00:55:30I mean, it kind of worked out that way.
00:55:32What's his f***ing up?
00:55:33You know the real story?
00:55:34Yeah.
00:55:35I just met that guy last time.
00:55:36Come on, bro.
00:55:40That little f***ing, little kid f***ing, like stomping your feet because you're still mad.
00:55:44I have no remorse for that whole relationship.
00:55:47That's just, I just chucked that up to the game.
00:55:49You're mad that I moved on already.
00:55:51So f***ing, that ain't my problem.
00:55:53You want to know the craziest thing?
00:55:55We f***ed the other day.
00:55:56I should have just had a beer and spanked my f***ing and went to bed, bro.
00:56:01This is crazy.
00:56:07I had to go talk to Alex today.
00:56:08For what?
00:56:09What?
00:56:12No f***ing way.
00:56:13What the f***?
00:56:14Come on.
00:56:37You.
00:56:42Yeah, I'm definitely getting me some tonight.
00:56:44You can have it all, baby, because I'm coming home.
00:56:48That's right.
00:56:50We walked into the courtroom, met with my attorney, and she went over, you know, the plea agreement
00:56:55with us, pretty much told us to pay the restitution, probation, went in front of the judge.
00:57:02Judge accepted our plea, thank God.
00:57:04And I feel like I could just get back to being a wife and a mom.
00:57:08I don't have that over my head anymore.
00:57:11I'm happy to be able to go home with my children, knowing that when I tuck them in, I'm going
00:57:14to see them again tomorrow.
00:57:16I'm so happy.
00:57:17I'm glad I'm over with two, ma.
00:57:20What are some of the things you negotiated for yourself?
00:57:22I can't talk no more about my plea agreement until everything is finalized.
00:57:27You ready to go?
00:57:28Make a baby.
00:57:29So we start that right now.
00:57:31You going to park your life?
00:57:33We're going to catch another charge.
00:57:34Call right there.
00:57:35Hey, I'm a rebel.
00:57:36Let's do it.
00:57:37Whatever my wife go through, I go through.
00:57:39We're a team.
00:57:40So I'm just glad that that is over with, you know?
00:57:45I kind of want to suck some right now.
00:57:47Oh, .
00:57:48To think that I wasn't for the handle for a few years.
00:57:53What you mean a few years?
00:57:54We're all about to get on there in a few years.
00:57:55I know.
00:57:56Well, now we know that.
00:57:58It's hard to call it.
00:57:59Get it.
00:58:04I didn't really beat the case, but I beat going to prison, okay?
00:58:09So I'm ready to have babies.
00:58:13Thank you, baby.
00:58:14It's all type of everything.
00:58:15Let's just go.
00:58:16I'm going to run for president.
00:58:19Hell yeah.
00:58:20Cheers to you, you know?
00:58:23Oh, you just took that straight leg down, huh?
00:58:25You probably still.
00:58:26I'm going to go ahead and text Marcia and send her the address so that she can come celebrate with us.
00:58:34I can't wait to go home, hug the kids.
00:58:36I feel like I can put that energy that I was using to hold that weight towards being in love.
00:58:44I thought we been in love, baby.
00:58:46Like, what you mean?
00:58:46I mean, of course.
00:58:47We just never celebrated our union.
00:58:51Even though we got married and filed it with the court.
00:58:54You know, I've been thinking wedding.
00:58:56We need to say our vows.
00:58:58I do, you know, to death do us part.
00:59:01You don't feel like you married to me, Tess?
00:59:02No, I definitely feel like I'm married to you.
00:59:04But I think it's not a true marriage if we don't say our vows before God.
00:59:10It's not a true marriage.
00:59:13We are in love.
00:59:13I feel like it was good then.
00:59:15It's good now.
00:59:16It's not good enough.
00:59:18That's how I feel.
00:59:18See, that's the right there, man.
00:59:21You're too bossy.
00:59:22Hear me out.
00:59:23But what I'm saying is it's going to cost, Tess.
00:59:25It's going to cost for you to write down some words and say it to me.
00:59:28We never had an in-person wedding.
00:59:30And I vowed to stay by your mother's side while you was incarcerated.
00:59:35So, yeah, you need to pledge your allegiance to me, goddamnit.
00:59:39When you say your vows, you're dedicating yourself.
00:59:42I want to hear the words out of your mouth.
00:59:44You didn't say that when I was up in there.
00:59:47You didn't say that when I was up in there.
00:59:48We're going to be able to do all that,
00:59:50but it got to be the perfect timing, Tess.
00:59:52Our anniversary is coming up, okay?
00:59:55So I don't understand why it's such a big problem,
00:59:58unless you just don't want to be married to me or something.
01:00:00No, but we locked in, man.
01:00:01You're making a big old issue over really nothing,
01:00:03you know what I'm saying?
01:00:04You said, will you marry me?
01:00:07Yeah, but what I'm saying is...
01:00:08Yeah, that's how you say it, though.
01:00:10You said, will you marry me?
01:00:13That wasn't romantic at all.
01:00:15I don't remember that.
01:00:16You don't remember even asking me to marry you?
01:00:19What the is wrong with you?
01:00:21No, you know what?
01:00:22You tweaking right now.
01:00:24Yeah, I'm irritated until you say you don't even remember.
01:00:26That is horrible.
01:00:27Did you even want to marry me?
01:00:29What the did you want?
01:00:31What the did you want?
01:00:32I ain't telling her nothing,
01:00:46because I'm not lying to her.
01:00:47You can lie to her,
01:00:48but I ain't going to lie to her.
01:00:51J.K., answer this door.
01:00:53Oh, I hear her mouth.
01:00:56That's what you're doing?
01:00:57Oh, hell.
01:01:05Hello?
01:01:06Yeah, hello.
01:01:07That's the door.
01:01:08Oh, my God.
01:01:12What?
01:01:13Where's your son?
01:01:14I don't know.
01:01:14He ain't here.
01:01:15The truck's here.
01:01:16They walk somewhere.
01:01:18His fat ass ain't gonna walk nowhere.
01:01:20I don't...
01:01:21He's here.
01:01:22He might go down to the store.
01:01:23Where's he at?
01:01:25He ain't here.
01:01:26Where's your son?
01:01:29Well, first of all...
01:01:31Hi.
01:01:33Calm your tone with me.
01:01:35My tone is calm.
01:01:37As calm as it's gonna get.
01:01:40Where's your son?
01:01:40Okay, he's in the shower.
01:01:42He been in the shower all day?
01:01:45I've been at work today.
01:01:47Okay, we're gonna find out.
01:01:49If he was, who doesn't know?
01:01:49Don't worry about it.
01:01:50We'll find out.
01:01:51Hey, y'all ain't gonna do this in my house.
01:01:53It's okay.
01:01:55Oh, all of a sudden,
01:01:56you shower with the door locked.
01:01:59Hey.
01:02:00Hello?
01:02:01Come on.
01:02:03What's wrong with you?
01:02:05What are you doing here?
01:02:06You are what's wrong with me.
01:02:07You can't answer your goddamn phone.
01:02:08I'm gonna use that kind of language in my house.
01:02:09We just had this big, long talk
01:02:11walking in these promises
01:02:13about you answering...
01:02:14I don't have any neighbors here.
01:02:15Lower down.
01:02:15Don't answer me.
01:02:16I'm not saying...
01:02:17No, hell no.
01:02:18And you can't answer the phone.
01:02:18Why are you even screaming in my pool house like that?
01:02:20Answer the phone and I won't answer
01:02:21that of your people's house.
01:02:22Come on.
01:02:23Get out of the house.
01:02:24Come on, man.
01:02:24Calm the down.
01:02:25I got neighbors.
01:02:26He's right here screaming.
01:02:28Well, because you're acting a idiot.
01:02:30I'm not screaming.

01:02:34tripping like that.
01:02:34Answer the phone and I won't have to come
01:02:35to your mom's house.

01:02:38That relationship is what they call toxic
01:02:41and he got to get out.

01:02:54Yeah, I'm not happy about Brooke bringing the drama here.
01:03:00I live in a quiet neighborhood.
01:03:01You're going to be coming over here with that.
01:03:03You don't need to come over no more.
01:03:04You can't even answer a phone for your girlfriend.
01:03:11That is the easiest step of all of them.
01:03:14Picking up the phone.
01:03:16I've been busy.
01:03:18Doing what?
01:03:19Popping your ass?

01:03:49about not going to her anymore.

01:03:54But here you are going to her house.
