00:00When making chicken parmesan, here's the easiest way to keep your chicken crispy and your cheese
00:04gooey. We're just laying down some of our sauce first. Plenty of creamy mozzarella and some
00:07freshly grated parm. A little black pepper, a little bit of salt. Put it in the oven at 400
00:11until the cheese is nice and bubbly. Go ahead and prepare your chicken like you would for
00:14chicken parmesan and then wait on the cheese. If a waterfall of cheese doesn't get you excited
00:17about dinner, I don't know what will. It's like dinner with a show. I kind of didn't think it
00:20was going to work, but it works really good. A little basil. It's nice and cheesy. The chicken
00:25is still very crispy. Can't ask for a better chicken parmesan.
