This video shows you how to make loaf pan chicken, a kitchen hack combining a delicious meal and easy cleanup all in one! The hack uses one loaf pan to layer and marinate your chicken thighs in, baking until they're cooked through, juicy, and tender. Don’t let anything go to waste, use the leftover juice to hold the chicken for even more flavor or as a drizzling sauce.

00:00Apparently the easiest and most foolproof way
00:02to cook chicken thighs is in a loaf pan.
00:04Starts with Greek yogurt,
00:05then in goes some lemon zest and lemon juice,
00:08a little extra virgin olive oil,
00:09some garlic, some spices, salt and pepper.
00:12Mix it up and then coat your chicken in the marinade.
00:14Remember, this is all about the method,
00:15less about the recipe.
00:16You can do this with whatever marinade you like.
00:19Just layer your chicken in your loaf pan,
00:21give it a press and then into the oven, 425 degrees.
00:24It's gonna be the most flavorful, tender,
00:26perfect chicken ever, gorgeous.
00:28Beautiful and perfectly cooked
00:29and you get this liquid gold that can be a sauce
00:32for whatever you're gonna serve it with.
00:34Now you just chop it up and it's ready to go when you are.
00:36That's a lot of chicken to come out of a little pan.
00:38Another flavor hack, take your chicken back into the pan juices
00:42for extra flavor.
00:43And what I love is you only have one small thing to wash,
00:46no big skillet or sheet pan.
00:47Next time you have a big batch of chicken thighs to cook,
00:50do it this way.
00:50It's just smart and delicious.
