00:00I'm delighted to come here today for the new Chorley Police Station, seeing the progress
00:05that is being made already. It'll be a while before we get to the stage of opening the new
00:12station. It'll probably be about 18 months' time, but real significant work going on.
00:19This is a station that is going to be really important for delivery of modern policing in
00:24Lancashire, not just for the Chorley area. It will house around 600 police officers and
00:31staff. These facilities will ensure that we can deliver the best possible services for
00:36the people of Chorley and the rest of Lancashire.
