00:10a two-state solution. And it really does feel very odd because when you make a move like
00:17this, you would typically do it by using it as leverage within a negotiation. And that's
00:22not what's happening here. There's nothing that's being received in return. And when
00:25you ask the question, well, why has that happened? It's really the Prime Minister being dictated
00:29to by his cabinet and backbenchers, et cetera, and bobbing around like a cork on the tide.
00:34So not a good way to conduct foreign policy.
