00:09Michael, maybe that was just one game too far, but I think you should be very proud of your players tonight.
00:15I know it's a 6-1 loss here at Tunbridge. Very difficult team to play against, I would imagine, here at home.
00:22Yeah, it's certainly a lot bigger picture than ours, but not taking anything away from Tunbridge.
00:28But our boys, for 100 minutes, based on over two games, we went toe-to-toe of them.
00:35I think looking back at it now, maybe Saturday was the day to take them.
00:39We come here, we had a few missing, picked up injuries Saturday.
00:45A few of them called up to the squad, but it's not an excuse. Their quality came through in the end.
00:49But yeah, I'm over the moon with the boys. Obviously, they're a new squad.
00:53And to start our journey together like this, coming this far for the club is brilliant.
01:02And I just hope that we just go on and on from here, really.

01:08Because I think you're going to the FA Vars on Saturday against...

01:17And then you go straight into league on Tuesday after that, Rothy away, I believe.
01:21Yeah, well, I forgot what the league's like. We haven't played a league, it feels like, in weeks.
01:26Well, you're going to have to get your head round it.
01:28Yeah. No, we've... It's good and bad, having the games, having momentum.
01:34But when we're sort of picking up injuries week on week, it takes its toll.
01:39But yeah, the Vars, again, that'll be another... It'll be a hard game at Lewisham's side.
01:46So we'll just prepare in the same ways that we always do, like we did for Tunbridge and any other game that we do.
01:52Yeah. Well, from everybody out there, you've done Sussex really proud to get this far.
01:57There aren't many county leagues still in the competition at this stage, so you've done us really proud.
02:04Tonight, I thought your team gave 110% out there. Nobody shirked their responsibilities.
02:10I thought your number nine absolutely ran his socks off. I thought he was brilliant.
02:15Unfortunately, he didn't get much space out there, but he actually never stopped running.
