00:00They put their fence way over on our property, over 30 feet.

00:05Dealing with our neighbors for the last four years.

00:08His neighbors are angry because he took down their fence.

00:11Today we go to small claims court because they're trying to sue us over a fence that was technically on my property.

00:18We pulled it up like the cops told us to.

00:20Well, they're suing us.

00:22His neighbors don't seem to know where the property line is.

00:25You read what you're showing, motherf***ing?

00:27I'm going to show y'all our property line.

00:29The red line is about where our property line is.

00:33Now we're having to have that surveyor coming back again because now they're trying to dispute it after we already went to court.

00:39Beat them in court over this land case.

00:42We gave them over 45 days to get their fence off our property and made it.

00:47So once the 45 days were up, we took the fence and the cops were involved and they told us that it's on our property so it's ours.

00:56So they should have moved it.

00:58So just wish us luck today in court.

01:00Suddenly the court date was rescheduled.

01:02Court was rescheduled because the judge's clerk, whatever, failed to give us the right date for court.

01:10They were over 30 feet on my property and we went in court over that and then so we did.

01:16At first we was cordial with the neighbors, then that went sour because of them.

01:27They started destroying our property.

01:29Well, we wanted to put a fence up.

01:31Well, that started a big issue.

01:33We took them to court for the true property line.

01:36While we was in court, they put their fence way over on our property, over 30 feet.

01:42Then we finally got our court.

01:44We won in court and now everything's settled and now they're trying to sue us over a year later.

01:50A month later, they finally got an update.

01:52Our surveyor is finally coming out this next week to approve our line to our neighbors and for the court.

01:59From the survey they did over a year ago and they had a survey come out like less than eight months ago.

02:06Then now they're trying to say our fence is their property.

02:09But we put our fence three feet off the property line, then put T post down the property line,

02:15the true property line, painted on purple and put string everything straight as arrow.

02:21Nobody can dispute that.

02:22The cops were called and the neighbor disputes their claims.

02:26They've all said our line is straight, so they don't know what they're talking about.

02:31Well, their surveyor came out and said it's over by our fence, which we did that where we

02:36could maintenance both sides of our fence and not have to be on their property because

02:41they sure are not going to maintain nothing on their side.

02:46Where we don't trespass, they don't trespass, but they don't care.

02:51They just keep on going, going, going.

02:53And that's how this keeps on for the last four years.

02:56This is all it's been is a tip for tap with them.
